All good but i hope they can change the red carpets. I personally really don't like it, cuz feels dirty.

The hotel was good, the breakfast buffet was good but our room wasn’t sound Proof. We could hear the noise yelling from downstairs at night. We couldn’t sleep.

Far from city .. no view at all.

Grand Sierra Pines has always been our go-to place whenever we're in Baguio. We've tried other hotels, and so far, nothing beats the functionality of the place. The staff at the reception are very kind. Trixia and Yuri were very welcoming and provided assistance when we checked out. Although the room could really use some renovation.

The room is great. The breakfast is good. It needs more variety of breakfast foods. Balcony view is relaxing. Its good that the hotel is pet friendly. The front desks (yuri and trixia) are accomodating and friendly and also the other staffs. They have provided our needs in a timely manner

Lovely hotel and staff. This place was very relaxing and the food was delicious and also their staff are very friendly specially jonathan from reception he was very jolly and assisted us with excellent service promptly answering our calls and request ensuring us that our needs are met. The place is very suitable for garden weddings and other events you can feel the "baguio vibes" i'll surely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. :)

I have been in baguio several times just to unwind and release from work and city stress. But this time is different. I am with my 2 fur babies. Luckily I found this hotel that treats fur babies as family. Thank you so much for a warm accommodation and enjoyable experience. Big thanks to the staffs for being welcoming and super friendly. Thank you for assisting us Jonathan and Urie. Will surely come back.
