Hotel vicini a SM Baguio Sky Garden a Baguio

Been checking in here regularly since November for business purposes. This is actually a good hotel specially for a quick fix for a back to back meeting or a long days work. Rooms are clean and necessary sanitary protocols are intact specially being a rooms division manager and working in the industry for almost 12 years i can personally attest that they are maintaining cleanliness on their rooms... Wifi is good though you need to re log in every 5 min of down time,,, though again its good when in use... overall this hotel is really qualified for a 3-4 star review... unfortunately they hired a someone that pulls them down... a rotten apple mixed with good ones... their front office agent named “LYN” made our stay here terrible specially when shes on duty.. (We are having a pleasant stay though when shes on day off or areadly off duty) Take note that we are staying on this property for 5 or more times per month. At first meeting, she even mentioned they dont accept card transaction, as mentioned i told her that im a rooms div manager and i can see a credit card terminal, even offered to teach her how to use it. And yes!!! Its confirmed that she really doesn’t know how to use one. Next is fro a simple request for a simple shampoo, borrowing of extra slippers, all this request are all being denied by this front office agent named LYN... Oh did i forget to mention that its hard to contact the front desk when shes on duty on graveyard? Again we are exactly on point shes sleeping on duty!!! I just dont get the point why does lyn always ask for my id when checking in well in fact all of her colleagues does not do this as im already on their records,,, maybe she also doesn’t know to use the system... lastly we ordered food outside as their resto is close... ever since it is being directly delivered by their staff after the food is being handed to the fo... I dont know if her stupidity struck again and just decided to ask me to go down and pick it up even lying that she only has the guard with him,, after mentioning to her that its always being delivered here on our room, then instantly one of the hk guys gave it with all respect.. To the general manager of this eurotel property, maam / sir, this agent will pull your property down. I really hope that necessary actions will be done. I also understand that maybe she is just hired recently and lack of training is not given due to the pandemic. But being a seasoned hotelier, this type of attitudes are usually untrainable already specially for someone working upfront.. I guess we already know what im suggesting. The guy front office supervisor is someone to commend though adding the new hk male attendant,,,actually all of the staff except Lyn...again a rotten apple on a set of good ones.. 😔

Grande spaziosa camera, 20-30 camminare verso la vista delle mine e buon pastore, 15-20 camminare verso Wright Park e The Mansion. Le strutture sono piuttosto vecchie ma ancora ok. Opzione di colazione limitata ma anche non male. Grande e cortese personale. L'unico lato negativo, la nostra camera quadrupla è al livello 1 che si trova di fronte alla rossa principale, quindi quando le auto passano soprattutto di notte, è piuttosto rumoroso.

Questa è la nostra prima volta con Microtel da Wyndham Baguio. Ci siamo trasferiti per 3 giorni e 2 notti con la mia famiglia, abbiamo avuto una fantastica esperienza. La zona e la stanza sono pulite, il lobby puzza meraviglioso. Il colazione complementare era anche buono, il gusto, i servizi e la selezione erano accettabili. Il Wi-Fi è buono, ma a volte si sta tagliando in e fuori (ci siamo rimasti nel terreno inferiore). Ma una cosa che ha reso questo hotel magnifico è la gente. Il personale del desk front are professional, reliable, and courtyard. I custodi della casa vi salutano con un sorriso, anche le guardie di sicurezza sono ospiti. La posizione è stata anche un grande plus. Sicuramente saremo indietro. Mantenetelo in alto 😀

Vorrei congratularmi con il Dipartimento del Front Desk per la sua grandezza! Mi sorprende il modo in cui ci si tratta, ma posso dire che il loro servizio di custodia deve essere migliorato, devono assicurarsi che abbiano i propri elenco di controllo per garantire la fornitura di servizi completi. Il buffet è grande e i server F&B sono amichevoli, ma non serveno cena, quindi tutti gli ospiti vanno a trovare una cena e perdono il loro reddito per F&B. Nonostante tutte le carenze, rimarrò a Sotogrande Hotel come mi piace la sicurezza, il servizio di front office, i server in F&B.

Per la sua aria di lusso, il ristorante sul posto dell'alloggio offre una deliziosa selezione di piatti locali e internazionali. In conclusione, Safari Lodge Baguio è un giardino per i ricercatori di emozioni, gli entusiasti della natura e chiunque voglia sfuggire al normale. È un luogo dove si può riconnettersi con la natura, sfidarsi con attività eccitanti, e creare esperienze inoltrabili. Uploaded herewith is a photo of an advisory by Baguio Burnham Suites management regarding the LIMITATION in their supply of hot water. This photo was taken inside my hotel room, after I checked-in the hotel. The hotel management should have been honest enough to publish the same advisory in their website. I checked their website BEFORE booking a 9-night stay in their hotel. Had I read their advisory in their website at that time, I would NOT have booked a stay in their hotel at all! When I actually checked-in Baguio Burnham Suites hotel, I discovered that the problem with their supply of hot water was MUCH WORSE that what their advisory admits. The hot water failed literally everyday that I was there. Engineering came twice to try to fix the hot water problem, but the ”fix” did not last! I had to take FREEZING showers in the bathroom twice. This was because Baguio City has COLD weather and there was NO hot water. I asked myself, how about the men's restroom in the ground floor of the hotel? Does it provide hot water? I tested said restroom for 5-10 minutes. NO hot water. I had to check-out of the hotel, after a stay of only 3 nights. I did NOT use the remaining 6 nights of my booking. In a cold climate, NO reliable hot water! Unbearable!

Ogni volta che andiamo a Baguio, restiamo sempre a Forest Lodge. Perché continuiamo a tornare? Perché ti faranno sempre sentire a casa. A volte si verificano situazioni inattese e questo è il momento che verrà a testimoniare ciò che taglia questo hotel sopra il resto. Sono stato recentemente diagnosticato con asma e, poiché non sapevo di tutti i miei attivi, non sapevo che le fume e il delizioso odore della cucina peggiorerebbero la mia condizione. Le nostre camere erano vicine alla cucina e io mi sono mantenuto a tosse così dura che mio marito chiamava l’infermiera. Il manager (Neil Dominic), l’infermiera e il campanello sono venuti al mio salvataggio. Ci hanno trasferiti in un piano diverso in pochi minuti. L’infermiera mi ha controllato l’ossigeno e mi ha comprato i miei medici prescritti dal negozio per farmi sentire meglio. Dopo di che, mi stavo già andando bene, il manager e l’infermiera ci hanno controllati. Ci hanno anche detto che c'è una navetta di guardia pronta per portarci in un ospedale più vicino. Ci hanno fornito servizi oltre le mie aspettative in un breve periodo di tempo. La nostra famiglia in generale pensa che siamo davvero sicuri e ben curati ogni volta che siamo qui. Per questo, chiamerò sempre Forest Lodge a casa mia a Baguio. Grazie per averci curato durante il nostro soggiorno lì Gennaio 2024. Arrivederci presto.

L'hotel è nuovo. Il personale è molto amichevole e bello. Il colazione è buono ma non eccellente. La stanza ha un ventilatore soffitto, quindi dobbiamo aprire la finestra e la porta scivolando. La nostra stanza era di fronte a zona residenziale, quindi ci sono cani che barbavano in mezzo alla notte.

We booked in this hotel because we already tried the other hotels in the city (Manor etc.) and our practice is to try others as well. We went in without any high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the service is good and the people are courteous, attentive, friendly and accommodating. The layout of the hotel is designed to allow breezy circulation of air. Lobby and Atrium layout is good. Rooms are also good, with AC (now a necessity in Baguio specially in summer!), ceiling fans and with balcony access (the views though may not be that great.) There is Wifi and the room TVs are Smart, for those who can't live without their Netflix and Youtube. Toilet and shower is also great, with good water pressure and hot water. Shower area is a bit narrow though, and there are no bidets for those looking for one. The usual toiletries are relatively complete with everything needed. The atrium is a nice venue and eating area. Speaking of eating, the buffet selection is OK with a variety of dishes, fruits, bread, drinks etc. The hotel resto (Outlook) is also good, albeit a bit on the expensive side. No hotel is perfect though and we had some concerns with this one. Some minor nitpicks we had are: the toilet paper in the CR is a bit flimsy/thin and only 1 roll is provided. There are no room napkins. Two not-so-minor issues we had are: The bed of my wife had a loud creaking for some reason, but mine was OK and so were the beds of our family members in the other room, so we lost a bit of sleep on that. Also, soundproofing was a bit lacking, as in both of the rooms we booked we could hear the neighbors talking and their TVs (I think the adjoining doors are a bit too thin.) Despite these, we still easily recommend this hotel to everyone who want to stay in the city. The facilities, service and people are above-average. An added advantage is that this hotel are just short drives from typical tourist spots (Mines View, Mansion, Wright park etc.), excepting the traffic, of course.

Stavo qui per l'Anno Nuovo. Mi è stato dato un letto matrimoniale dal momento che la capacità era piena. Mi è venuto sorpreso che al mio arrivo mi è stato dato un buono che mi dà cena gratuita per tutta la mia permanenza per 2 notti! La scelta di cibo era leggermente limitata, ma il gusto era molto buono! Colazione saggia la diffusione era buona per un piccolo hotel, non essere sconvolto di gustare un buon colazione qui! Situazione wise it’s a poca distanza dalla città principale, come questo hotel si trova accanto a Lafayette , che si trova sulla collina, così il tempo è freddo alla notte, che è una bella cosa da vivere!
