It my no longer the same holiday inn, yet the bond and the ambience was still there. I hope to visit this hotel again soon and still be able to meet the faces that I met here last year.

I can't help but compare to the old Holiday Inn. The place feels gloomy. It's not very lively at all. You will certainly notice the lack of maintenance and lack of customers. The positives: The staff are very friendly. Decent selection for breakfast. Still has the comforts in the room from Holiday Inn. Highly recommend their High Tea for 299+ from 2pm to 5pm. Great food and value for money!

Very nice hotel。 But, It would be better if there is more pork for breakfast buffet, as my parent and me is non-beef.

The staff ate very courteous. The room is clean. The food in the breakfast buffet is superb. I would like to come back again next vacation

Friendly staff. Very good location. The place is near Burnham park, but with no heavy traffic unlike other streets.

Everything was okay except for the difficulty in contacting the hotel. This is quite important especially in emergency situations.

Our stay was great, the staff were accommodating and kind. One thing to consider is that there is no air conditioning in the room (Baguio CIty has a very cool climate). While the lack of an AC unit is acceptable during the nighttime, it can be quite warm during the day - forcing you to open your windows. The air quality, despite being along the highway can be acceptable, but the noise from the vehicles can be heard inside the rooms when the windows are open.

Kid-friendly hotel because they accept our 3 yr old baby to check-in and enjoy the vacation. Friendly staff too. During this pandemic, this hotel is highly recommendable, they ensure safety of the guests, allowed strictly only 2 adults and 1 kid inside the room. Not crowded, and totally enjoyed my families stay. Thank you!

The staffs are so accomodating. The resort naman is nice and clean.. and i will definitely visit again. The kids really enjoyed our stay. Mejo maalon lang kaya d maxado nkapagswimming ng matagal. Sarap sna mag snorkling kaso maalon nabubugaw mga fish and mejo mabato. Wala din signal pero ok lang nmnnkase mas makakpagbonding ang family but u can go at their lobby if u need a wifi naman.

We had a comfortable 2 nights stay at de luxe king room. The staff were accommodating. Some minor issues (clogged toilet bowl) but settled immediately upon calling the housekeeping. All in all we had a great stay

사진보다시설도낡고 조식도 3성급보다못하고 기본적인것도안되어 있고담배도 안피는사람에게 담배피었다고사진찍어 청구하고 방키잃어버렸다고 1000페소씩이나 페널티 물리고 시설 서비스 등 기본이 안된호텔임 다시오고싶지않은 호텔임

部屋の床が汚くて部屋を変更してもらう。本当に4星ホテル？チェックイン後の部屋は3階の窓から見えるのは2階の屋根。Trip.com で予約したのに。

碧瑤這邊就是差不多這樣啦。睡一晚還是可以的。水壓小
