"We recently stayed at V HOTEL Apartel and had a generally pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist us with our needs.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its convenient location very close to popular tourist destinations, which made it easy for us to explore the area without much hassle.
However, the internet connection was quite slow during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially for those who need to stay connected for work or communication.
Overall, V HOTEL Apartel offers great service and cleanliness in a prime location, but it would benefit from improving its internet speed."

"The place is perfect!
The location is great, we walk 30 minutes to session (bf & i love brisk walking) but its just less then 10 mins from session road. The host is very responsive and helpful especially when there was a city brownout, she responded right away how to connect woth the generator (1 socket and 1 light working). The place itself was clean and cozy, bed and sofabed was so comfy and the blankies helps with the cold Baguio weather plus the carpet is also perfect so we dont have to step right into the cold floor of the unit. Theres a provided water, sleepers, towels and napkin. The mobile device signal is a bit weak but their internet is strong and fast, we also enjoyed the netflix! Regarding the rest room, the bidet and hot shower are working perfectly and there is also a hand soap.
I go to Baguio every year and we plan to book from them nalang every time.

"Second time booking at this hotel and I must say it’s worth going back to Baguio with Travelite as my choice of place to stay. Location wise it was very accessible to all especially Burnham and the city market. All staffs are very accommodating. Room is big and cozy. Though the water is not always warm as it is centralized per the staff but overall it was still a good experience staying in Travelite."

Io rispecchio le denunce degli altri ospiti sulla pressione dell'acqua. E' intermittente e a volte ti farò bagnare. Anche il personale dell'hotel deve tagliare la carta ogni volta che devi alzarti al suo piano, che è un po' di sconforte.
In generale, nonostante le questioni che ho menzionato, abbiamo ancora avuto un'esperienza positiva con questo hotel e ci aspettiamo di prenotare di nuovo con loro."

The space
We designed the space with Comfort in mind, from the oversized sofa bed and big screen tv, the thick oversized main bed to the relaxing lounge chair at the balcony. We would like our guest to feel so comfortable that they wouldn't want to leave the unit. We also provided a fully functional kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, stove, microwave, water dispenser, toaster and a refrigerator for their cooking needs. The Bathroom is also very spacious with hot shower and a bidet.
Guest access
The standard CHECK IN TIME IS 2PM and CHECK OUT @ 11am.
- You are required to register and present your valid IDs (all adult guests and for guests who are still students, school ID's are accepted).
- Please manage your expectation that check-in may take up to 15 minutes, Brenthill management needs to validate guest list upon registration for security purposes.
- Only REGISTERED GUESTS listed during booking are allowed to enter the unit. Guest is NOT ALLOWED TO ACCEPT VISITORS.
- Pease take note that basement parking/pay parking will only be accommodated at 2pm onwards and not earlier than 2pm.
- For LATE CHECK IN/ SELF CHECK IN: upon arrival at brenthill condominium kindly approach the guard on duty for assistance please mention your unit number and present your IDs. After registration you can now proceed to your unit.
NOTE: For Late/self check in, the keycard for elevator is located at (L1) mailbox number 305. Please ask assistance from the guard on duty 😊

"Maganda and malinis yung unit. The unit owner is Very accommodating. Na-surprise lang po kami sa 3 thousand pesos deposit per room for room damage. Hindi po kasi naka indicate sa booking confirmation. For kitchen amenities hindi rin nakalagay sa booking confirmation yung mga gamit like microwave oven, heater, rice cooker and electric stove, so hindi kami naka pag prepared and nakapag dala ng food na pwedeng macook for breakfast. But over all maganda and safe ang lugar. So far na enjoy naman namin ang pag stay namin and travel in baguio. Thank you."

BBerjunAdorava il nostro soggiorno qui! La stanza era senza spot e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. No AC, ma non si perderà la brisa fredda di Baguio è come avere l'aria condizionata della natura, e il ventilatore fornito ha tenuto l'aria in buona direzione.
La posizione è super comoda, solo un breve passo a Session Road. E 'sotto la collina, quindi si ottiene un mini-workout sul modo backperfetto scusa per bruciare tutti quei Baguio cibo! Taxi sono sempre disponibili se preferisci saltare l'ascensione. Il riscaldatore d'acqua potrebbe usare un po' di fine-tuning, ma non ci ha fermati a goderci il nostro soggiorno. ☺️

UUtente anonimoWe recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

AAngelica EranaThe staff are all nice and friendly as they allowed us to leave our belongings on the reception area since we arrived early as the check in time is 2pm. They also allowed us to leave our bags even after our check in at 12 nn because we still roam around Baguio and left at night. The room service is also kind of good as we manage to get a help in setting up the hot shower. The room is also clean and worthy of the price you paid since we did not stay much at the hotel as we most the time outside while the location is kind of far from Burnham park but it is just near the La trinidad benguet and few blocks aways from Bell church which is also a great place to visit. The only issue we had is the service water as it seems to have an after taste and the breakfast that did not manage to finish because it also has a aftertaste. Overall the stay is good.

UUtente ospiteThe picture of the room I selected showed a double bed. The mention said you could get either one on arrival...a double bed or a single bunk bed.
But that is not true. The price for the room I selected was for a single bunk bed only. This is what we were told after arrving. The double bed was P200 extra a night. We paid but complained at Trip.com. We got P400 credit for the next booking. How to call this practice from the hotel? Not honest. Advertising something that is not true. I will make sure Trip.com
change that.
Hotel near a road with a lot of traffic. Walls very thin, can hear people next room. Same for the floor...could hear people walking above.
