"The location of this hotel makes our 1st trip to Baguio very very convenient. This location is very accessible, most of the attractions are walking distance. I just hope they have a family room that can accommodate a family of 4 so that we can still stay here together with our kids. Hotel staff are very courteous and polite."

"Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico! Non è andare a piedi dai luoghi turistici ma tutti sono all'interno della zona e il saluto di un taxi non è un problema affatto. Preferiamo anche non andare 😅 Ma se preferito, è possibile perché tutto è vicino alla zona! Abbiamo provato la piscina riscaldata mentre pioveva, e ci è piovuta! Una simile esperienza con un freddo tempo a Baguio! Il buffet del colazione è fantastico! Amiamo tutto e il loro menu differisce ogni giorno! Il sapore originale taho, la fragola e l'ube sono così divertenti! Penso che l'unica mancata sia cereali. Prima volta a mangiare champagne champagne! 😁 All'inizio ero dubbioso se la stanza avesse un WiFi veloce per me da lavorare. Viola! La stanza come router! Ho potuto lavorare facilmente! Amiamo la TV intelligente - tu devi solo firmare nel tuo account Netflix. Amiamo la nostra vista della stanza. Non dobbiamo andare a SM per vedere le luci della città di Baguio.. lo abbiamo già nella stanza. Abbiamo anche un balcone che sorveglia la zona della piscina! Così amamo la nostra stanza! 😍 Solo forse dovrebbero aggiungere un altro desk o un desk più lungo. La TV è già sul tavolo e non c'è un desktop separato per il portatile o se avete un snack/diner. Ci siamo chiesti, ma non hanno un tavolo da riparare. Penso che possono anche aggiungere un altro sedia, perché la stanza è buona per due. C'è solo una sedia nella stanza, ma quando abbiamo chiesto, erano in grado di fornire. La nostra camera ci ha anche permesso di sentire il vento di Baguio! Possiamo spengere il CA e aprire le finestre protette da rete di mosquito! Ero solo sorpreso di questa funzionalità! Apprezziamo il loro servizio immediato ogni volta che chiamiamo la ricezione. Non dobbiamo chiamare per il follow-up! Li amo! Ci piace che ci sia un bagno e speriamo che possano anche fornire vestiti da bagno per un bagno perfetto! 🙏 In verità, ci piace tornare a SotoGrande ogni volta a Baguio! 🫶 Grazie SotoGrande per una splendida esperienza!"

"456 hotel ambiance has a good sophisticated designs, thats makes everyone take selfies in every corner of the hotel's atrium.. the room is good and has complete amenities.good and accomodating staff's. i highly recommend it to travellers."

"The picture of the room I selected showed a double bed. The mention said you could get either one on arrival...a double bed or a single bunk bed. But that is not true. The price for the room I selected was for a single bunk bed only. This is what we were told after arrving. The double bed was P200 extra a night. We paid but complained at Trip.com. We got P400 credit for the next booking. How to call this practice from the hotel? Not honest. Advertising something that is not true. I will make sure Trip.com change that. Hotel near a road with a lot of traffic. Walls very thin, can hear people next room. Same for the floor...could hear people walking above."

"I chose this hotel because of its location. It has a great ambiance, the garden at the back is really good. The view is amazing. It was nice having my tea there. The room itself is good. They also have complimentary Nagaraya and Blend 45 coffee (no tea, good thing I brought my own). The downside for me is that there is no hot water. I was so excited to use the bathtub but the water was so cold. I think that it was the fastest shower I ever had.😂😂😂. The location might be a bit far from the town center, but just right outside the gate of the hotel is the terminal for the jeep bound Baguio plaza- Tiptop."

"La stanza è ok, ma il vestello non è confortevole per usare la stessa colore del tovagliolo, sembra intagliato. Non riesco a riconoscere se il colore grigio o bianco che diventa sporco dahil sa catalán."

"Location is good. This is about right in front of the City Hall and very near to Burnham Park. There’s water dispenser in the hallways.  Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. I echo though the complaints of other guests about the water pressure. It is intermittent and will get you wet sometimes. Also hotel staff needs to tap their card everytime you have to get up to your floor which is a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, despite of the issues I mentioned, we still had a positive experience with this hotel and we’re looking forward in booking again with them."

"La seconda prenotazione in questo hotel e devo dire che vale la pena tornare a Baguio con Travelite come la mia scelta di soggiorno. La posizione è molto accessibile a tutti, soprattutto Burnham e il mercato della città. Tutti i dipendenti sono molto accoglienti. La camera è grande e accogliente.L'acqua non è sempre calda, poiché è centralizzata per il personale, ma in generale è stata ancora una buona esperienza di soggiorno in Travelite."

"I booked this for my parents. My mom celebrated her birthday and we opt yo have them relax at Baguio and fortunately we choose Microtel. Very accomodating even for our request for the personal birthday greetings (bouquet and cake). My parents were very happy and they really feel the warm welcome from the crew. Location is very accesible also to Victory liner. Very recommendable!! For the next Baguio Trip, Microtel will be our top choice"
