Il servizio è stato buono in generale, anche se ci sono cose da migliorare. La stanza era comoda ma per qualche motivo, il ventilatore è lento, che importa perché non c'è aria condizionata. La colazione è buona, anche. La posizione è camminabile da SM e Sessione, che è buono. Un po'di rumore dal sito di costruzione vicino e le campane della cattedrale di Baguio, ma niente di sconvolgente. Una cosa, tuttavia, quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, il personale ha detto che non sono affiliati con Trip.com, quindi la nostra prenotazione è stata rimandata ad Agoda/Expedia, che è stato strano. Booked 3 rooms for me and my family. The location was somehow far from the center, and the parking space was quite small. Nevertheless, the staff was really welcoming and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean. The lobby on the 2nd floor was great for working and chilling. Will recommend to friends and relatives who’s visiting Baguio with their own transportation as taxi is quite expensive.

Our stay was great, the staff were accommodating and kind. One thing to consider is that there is no air conditioning in the room (Baguio CIty has a very cool climate). While the lack of an AC unit is acceptable during the nighttime, it can be quite warm during the day - forcing you to open your windows. The air quality, despite being along the highway can be acceptable, but the noise from the vehicles can be heard inside the rooms when the windows are open.
