⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Our stay at Selendra Suites was absolutely wonderful! Location: If you're looking for a quiet, laid-back vacation in Baguio away from the busy city center, I highly recommend this place. The area is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, yet still very accessible. We had no trouble booking Grab rides at any time of the day or night, with an average wait time of less than 4 minutes. Cleanliness: The unit was spotless when we arrived. Everything was squeaky clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Accuracy: The property was exactly as advertised, if not better. The photos don't fully capture how beautiful the place is in person. The balcony ambiance and view were spectacular and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Communication: Maryam was an exceptional host. She was very responsive, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. She provided clear instructions and was always available whenever we had questions. Overall Experience: We highly recommend this place! What made our stay even more special was that it was my partner's birthday, and Maryam graciously agreed to help arrange a simple birthday surprise setup for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Baguio. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Bene per le famiglie, soprattutto con i bambini, hanno un Kidzone, che è un bel bonus. Il luogo ha una grande vibe vacanza, e in generale abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno. Tuttavia, non è molto più amico da quando ci sono molte scale e nessuna rampa, che possono anche essere sfidanti per gli anziani. Il cibo era buono, e apprezziamo che hanno cambiato alcuni del menu quotidiano, che manteneva cibi interessanti. In generale, è ancora un bel posto per rimanere. 😊

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso a Sotogrande Hotel Baguio come famiglia. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e confortevole per viaggiare con un bambino. Il personale era caldo, gentile e molto accogliente, che rendeva il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Amo l'atmosfera tranquilla, rilassante e il freddo clima di Baguio. In generale, è stato un soggiorno confortevole e senza stress, e lo consigliamo felicemente alle famiglie che visitano Baguio.

Questa è la seconda volta per stare a Azalea. Il prezzo è buono per la stanza. La stanza è spaziosa. Puoi cucinare e immagazzinare le tue bevande e cibo al frigo. La vista è incredibile.

Questo hotel ha alcuni punti positivi: 1. Buffet grande bfast con una varietà di selezioni alimentari. Mi piace il loro pesce secco, omelette, langgonisa, caffè, pane, frutta. Ma notato che non servivano banane. Il personale guarda attentamente le esigenze degli ospiti. 2. Abbiamo grandi ristoranti e negozi vicino, anche vicino alla zona di conferenza della CJH. 3. Ha un ampio parcheggio e un bel giardino più piscina riscaldata. Tuttavia, questo hotel ha anche bisogno di miglioramento nei seguenti settori: 1. Il desk front sembra non coordinato. Fai una prenotazione separata per tre notti via Agoda e Trip.com e informa l'hotel di questo accordo. Tuttavia, dopo la nostra prima notte, il desk front ci ha chiesto se stiamo prolungando il nostro soggiorno. Peggio, hanno disattivato le nostre carte chiave, quindi dobbiamo andare di nuovo a riattivarle, che hanno causato qualche sconforte. Il bagno ha un odore di stupidità chiamato custodia che ci ha voluto un po'di tempo per venire a casa.Ci hanno detto cosa fare per evitare l'odore di stupidità, ma alcuni odori sgradevoli sono rimasti così segnalati al capo della squadra che ha mandato il loro ingegnere a controllare. Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel perché è vicino alla zona di conferenza ma deluso perché non abbiamo avuto il valore e i servizi che ci aspettavamo.

had a great stay during my visit. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, making the entire experience hassle-free. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

La nostra camera mancava di spazio di lavoro, ma il nostro soggiorno era davvero comodo. Il personale era molto accogliente. Ci sono molti ristoranti e caffè vicino. Ci prenotiamo al 100% di nuovo.

Terrible entrance, entry through basement carpark, needed to walk up 3 floors of stairs and no convenient stores nearby. The idea of walking sort of like under construction site is scary enough. Hotel was ok…location terrible.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners

Room was supposed to be 30 sq meters, but was 15 sq meters...including bathroom. The sink drain pipe had just been put in the bigger wall pipe...meaning it was not sealed at all and seawage smell was coming into the bathroom. We could smell it too in the room during the night.
