UUtente ospiteWe were a little bit shocked that there's no aircon, maybe our lapse forgetting to ask, but since it is Baguio, it is cold at night. Everything was nice and homey! I think it['s good for families, but we are just 2 business travelers. Also a little far from the city proper, traffic in Baguio was a little inconvenient.

the cleanliness? spotless. every corner of the hotel felt fresh & well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. plus, the overall service was top-tier—smooth check-in, comfy rooms, and that warm baguio hospitality that just hits different.
the best part? the city view from our room was insane. waking up to the sight of baguio’s skyline was such a dream—perfect for slow mornings with coffee or just vibing at night with the city lights.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The amenities are fine and the room met expectations. Unfortunately, the guest service needs improvement. We arrived at 7:30 PM and our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait, but there were no updates unless we repeatedly asked, which was inconvenient after a long trip. There was also an issue with Netflix being logged in under another guest’s account. When we asked if it could be logged out, we were bluntly told it couldn’t be done, without any effort to assist or offer alternatives. A more service-oriented response would have made a big difference. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but better staff training and guest handling are needed to improve the stay.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

SSolamia AñascoQuesta è la nostra seconda permanenza a Travelite Legarda. In genere andiamo a Baguio ogni gennaio. Durante la nostra precedente visita, abbiamo soggiornato presso Travelite Express Hotel vicino al Burnham Park, e l'anno successivo abbiamo deciso di provare Travelite Legarda. Questa è la nostra seconda volta che ci fermiamo qui.
Inizialmente abbiamo acceduto alla stanza 321 e abbiamo notato che non c'era acqua calda nella stanza. Ho immediatamente chiesto aiuto dal desk front, perché l'acqua calda è davvero importante, soprattutto perché Baguio è molto freddo. FO Erica e HK Arnold ci hanno aiutati a trasferirci in un'altra stanza con acqua calda, Room 309.
A circa le 9:32, avevamo già trasferito nella nuova stanza. Dopo che l'acqua calda era in funzione, ho iniziato a fare una doccia. Dopo pochi minuti, due ospiti maschi hanno aperto improvvisamente la nostra stanza, che ci ha sconvolti perché erano in grado di accedere alla stanza. I due ospiti hanno detto che anche l'ufficio frontale aveva assegnato loro la stanza 309.
Dopo aver finito la doccia, aspettavo che qualunque personale o personale di front office venisse, colpisse o almeno scusasse per quello che è successo, ma nessuno è venuto.Ero davvero sconvolto e deluso.
Lavoro anche nell'industria alberghiera, quindi capisco che si possano verificare errori, ma questa situazione è stata chiaramente una grave negligenza, almeno un'osservazione che avrebbe dovuto essere espressa al cliente. Non so se il personale era occupato o inconsapevole, ma questa esperienza non era buona per nessun ospite.
Spero che in futuro questo incidente non accada di nuovo ad altri ospiti.

Wala msyadong Taxi kaya no choice magpapabook k tlga ng GRAB (200+ ang taxi fare pag grab pero pag regular nsa 100 or less) One thing nakakahilo yung paakyat s main lobby ng hotel, spiral ramp ksi tpos ang tarik pag di sanay un mgdrive mhhirapn tlga ska sana may nag aassist dun sa pag akyat at pagbaba ng sasakyan pra di nagkakasalubungan at maiwasan yung disgrasya.
