PPatricia TejanoWe had a wonderful stay at Sotogrande Hotel Baguio as a family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for traveling with a child. The staff were warm, polite, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. We loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the cool Baguio weather. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay, and we’d gladly recommend it to families visiting Baguio.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

KKang RichelL'unità era pulita, tranquilla e spaziale, rendendola adatto per 3-4 ospiti. L'ospite ha risposto in modo rapido ogni volta che abbiamo avuto domande, che sono state apprezzate.
La posizione è un po' lontana dalla strada principale e dal centro della città, ma è una buona opzione per coloro che preferiscono un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante.
L'iscrizione era in generale benvenuta, anche se il personale del desk front non era molto accogliente e quando ho menzionato il numero di unità, non ci ha aiutato o guidato, nemmeno per mostrare dove fosse l'ascensore.
Inoltre, non c'erano problemi con l'unità; l'ospite si è accorto e ci ha informato se ci serviva qualcosa per il nostro conforto.

●Although the hotel is relatively new, the amenities appear poorly maintained.”
Specially for the Pool area/Gym Area - Poor ventilation has caused the area to smell damp and moldy.
●8th floor, place is not very well lit, especially at night.”
●Pool hours is not consistent with what is posted online.
Suggestions: Timely repairs are necessary to maintain guest safety and provide a relaxing stay.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The amenities are fine and the room met expectations. Unfortunately, the guest service needs improvement. We arrived at 7:30 PM and our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait, but there were no updates unless we repeatedly asked, which was inconvenient after a long trip. There was also an issue with Netflix being logged in under another guest’s account. When we asked if it could be logged out, we were bluntly told it couldn’t be done, without any effort to assist or offer alternatives. A more service-oriented response would have made a big difference. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but better staff training and guest handling are needed to improve the stay.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

UUtente anonimoOverall good experience. The location is very good. Situated near burnham park and also a lot of things to do around Legarda. Staff are great.
Points for improvement:
1. Just a bit of hair at the restroom floor. Tolerable but still better if squeaky clean as I’m particular with restrooms.
2. I don’t know what’s with the blankets but it’s itchy.

Il letto e le lenzuola è pulita e grigia ... abbiamo prenotato alla regina deluxe solo con un ventilatore soffitto, ma si sente come il tuo interno in una camera con aria condizionata.. il personale è amichevole e cute. Servono colazione a buffet se gli ospiti sono 30p ax e sopra solo.. benché solo poche scelte di cibo al buffet, ci sentiamo ancora sfiati ... sicuramente, ci prenoteremo di nuovo..

Aarmie dometitahotel is a bit old but really serves the purpose. staff are accommodating and polite. they are very welcoming. food esp the breakfast is quite good. but I didnt get the chance to eat on their resto. amenities is also good, they have lift. our towels are late delivered on our room. there is also no shampoo and soap available for guest. just toothbrush. no slippers and laundry bag.

But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
