MMiss PKOur stay at The Forest Lodge at Camp John Hay was truly pleasant. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, surrounded by pine trees and cool mountain air. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were courteous and accommodating, making sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
Its location within Camp John Hay made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions while still enjoying peace and quiet. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Baguio.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

UUtente ospite1. The host is quick to respond. On the first day I found out that the kitchen cabnets were not clean and the sink was clogged. The host quickly sent people to clean the cabinet and unclog the sink.
2. There is a small store on the main road, just around 10 minute walk from the condo. You can buy a small bottle of oil so you can cook in the condo. The place is quiet so having a cup of tea in the balcony is a really good experience. Regarding transportation, you can take grab or jeepney so you still get around in Baguio pretty easily.
3. This is not a hotel. It's more like airbnb. You need to get connected with the host on whatsapp or viber to inform the time of your arrival and departure for the key handover and takeover.
4. Generally, staying in this condo is a pretty positive and relaxed experience. Recommned for people who would like to have some laid-back and slow-living vacation in Baguio.

CChrish_OGThe hotel location is very nice, we were able to walk around Burnham Park in the morning, and the view is also nice. The breakfast is ok, and could have been perfect if the food is hot/warm. My only concern would be the facilities... The aircon is not as cold as we wanted to, and this is probably because a lot of hotels in Baguio does not have AC due to the cold weather. But when we visited, it was too warm already. They also dont have any electric fans. The comfort room smelled like mold, and the hot/cold shower is not working as well. The good thing is when we asked the front desk staff for assistance, they immediately helped and sent the maintenance staff for assistance. Overall, we enjoyed our trip in Baguio, but will probably consider other hotels instead.

The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. Rooms were set up nicely and clean. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite requesting a mountain or pine view room in advance, I was assigned a roadside room instead. Additionally, when I inquired about the possibility of packing breakfast earlier or have it plated and serve later on, I never received a response.
The room itself was lacking in basic amenities. Double lock on the door for added security was broken, and essential items such as room slippers, a laundry bag, and a blow dryer were missing. Overall, the front desk staff could improve in handling requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Il letto e le lenzuola è pulita e grigia ... abbiamo prenotato alla regina deluxe solo con un ventilatore soffitto, ma si sente come il tuo interno in una camera con aria condizionata.. il personale è amichevole e cute. Servono colazione a buffet se gli ospiti sono 30p ax e sopra solo.. benché solo poche scelte di cibo al buffet, ci sentiamo ancora sfiati ... sicuramente, ci prenoteremo di nuovo..

Sono arrivato a Baguio molto presto, ma dal momento che potevo controllare più tardi l'oggi pomeriggio, ho cercato di chiedere al ricevitore se potevo controllare presto. L'hotel è diventato una casa piena la notte prima della mia arrivo, così presto non è stato amabile, ma hanno offerto che potessi lasciare le mie proprietà, così che non mi sarebbe stato un bagno mentre andavo in città mentre aspettavo il mio arrivo.
Le tolette e i tovaglioli sono forniti, eccetto per i pannolini da letto, che ritengo un problema molto modesto.
In generale, è stato un piacevole soggiorno! 👌🏻
