⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Our stay at Selendra Suites was absolutely wonderful! Location: If you're looking for a quiet, laid-back vacation in Baguio away from the busy city center, I highly recommend this place. The area is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, yet still very accessible. We had no trouble booking Grab rides at any time of the day or night, with an average wait time of less than 4 minutes. Cleanliness: The unit was spotless when we arrived. Everything was squeaky clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Accuracy: The property was exactly as advertised, if not better. The photos don't fully capture how beautiful the place is in person. The balcony ambiance and view were spectacular and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Communication: Maryam was an exceptional host. She was very responsive, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. She provided clear instructions and was always available whenever we had questions. Overall Experience: We highly recommend this place! What made our stay even more special was that it was my partner's birthday, and Maryam graciously agreed to help arrange a simple birthday surprise setup for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Baguio. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location: Infront of a street. Can easily get a taxi. Walking distance down the street to reach a supermarket, laundry and food shops. Part city view and part mountain view in front of my business suite room, best view at night with all the bustling city lights next to the silent mountains. Near Botanical Gardens park where I go for a daily walk. Cleanliness: My room was cleaned and tidied up well on my request on alternate days. The toilet at the ground floor next to the restaurant needs constant cleaning and drying up. My frequent visitors find the floor mini - flooded few times. Service: Best service so far was from the amazing lovely room cleaners who were always smiling and quite courteous as they work tirelessly. The hotel's Elements Restaurant staff were also hardworking and respectful. The proficient chefs and sous chefs cooked relentlessly without pressure to deliver yummy food on the table! I ate way too much delicious Filipino food! The front desk staff needs to be a bit more approachable by smiling a little more as they are the first main contact of clients. Also I reckon management staff responsible in receiving communication via emails from clients need to be more pro-active by replying or acknowledging receipt of emails. Facilities: I enjoyed using the treadmill at the hotel gym. They have the equipment that you can find in a basic gym which is wonderful albeit one of the 2 treadmills was out of order. The hotel restaurant is mostly busy and cramped. They have delicious buffets for breakfast, lunch, merienda/snack and dinner and are not too expensive. Hence a huge crowd from outside the hotel also flock this restaurant. There is a small pool next to the restaurant but way too closed to the dining tables where patrons are eating. My other suggestion for hotel management is to ensure that the electric power points are safe. All the power points in my room were eliciting a mini-spark every time I plug in to charge my laptop, mobile phones and electric gadgets including the room's bedside lamps, lounge lamp, kitchen kettle. Beware to foreign hotel guests not to flush used toilet tissues as it can block the toilet bowl which happened on the second day of my one-month stay. Yes, chuck it into the bin next to it instead. The room lounge's sofas are already worn-out and scratchy; covering it with throw blankets would be much comfortable and cleaner-looking. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will potentially return in a year's time.

When visiting Baguio, this is a great stay. The staff is extremely friendly abd supportive durinf your stay, from the porter or the guard till the waiters and the reception. The rooms are not big, but comfortable. Nice to stay in Camp John Hay.

I stayed at Azalea Residences Baguio and unfortunately my experience was disappointing, despite the hotel having a good and convenient location in Baguio. The first issue happened during check-in. I was initially assigned a room that was not yet ready. I went up only to find that the room was still being prepared. I went back down to the front desk hoping they would immediately give me another available room. Instead, I was told that the room was ready but just needed to be checked by a supervisor. Since it was taking time, I decided to just go out and have lunch. When I came back, they eventually gave me a different room, which honestly could have been done from the start. When I finally got to the room, the cleanliness was questionable. There was a water bottle left inside the fridge that likely belonged to the previous guest, and there were shoe marks visible on the tiles, which made it feel like the room had not been properly cleaned. The biggest issue for me was the Wi-Fi. Reliable internet is already a necessity nowadays. While the main connection might be strong, the signal extender or booster in the room appears very weak, causing frequent disconnections. Cellular signal inside the room is also poor, so guests rely heavily on Wi-Fi. Improving the Wi-Fi coverage would greatly improve the stay. In terms of price, the hotel is around the average range for accommodations in Baguio—not particularly cheap but not luxury either. Considering the issues I experienced, there are many Airbnb options and other hotels in Baguio that may offer better value for the price. The location is definitely a plus, but overall the stay did not meet expectations.

Questa è la nostra seconda permanenza a Travelite Legarda. In genere andiamo a Baguio ogni gennaio. Durante la nostra precedente visita, abbiamo soggiornato presso Travelite Express Hotel vicino al Burnham Park, e l'anno successivo abbiamo deciso di provare Travelite Legarda. Questa è la nostra seconda volta che ci fermiamo qui. Inizialmente abbiamo acceduto alla stanza 321 e abbiamo notato che non c'era acqua calda nella stanza. Ho immediatamente chiesto aiuto dal desk front, perché l'acqua calda è davvero importante, soprattutto perché Baguio è molto freddo. FO Erica e HK Arnold ci hanno aiutati a trasferirci in un'altra stanza con acqua calda, Room 309. A circa le 9:32, avevamo già trasferito nella nuova stanza. Dopo che l'acqua calda era in funzione, ho iniziato a fare una doccia. Dopo pochi minuti, due ospiti maschi hanno aperto improvvisamente la nostra stanza, che ci ha sconvolti perché erano in grado di accedere alla stanza. I due ospiti hanno detto che anche l'ufficio frontale aveva assegnato loro la stanza 309. Dopo aver finito la doccia, aspettavo che qualunque personale o personale di front office venisse, colpisse o almeno scusasse per quello che è successo, ma nessuno è venuto.Ero davvero sconvolto e deluso. Lavoro anche nell'industria alberghiera, quindi capisco che si possano verificare errori, ma questa situazione è stata chiaramente una grave negligenza, almeno un'osservazione che avrebbe dovuto essere espressa al cliente. Non so se il personale era occupato o inconsapevole, ma questa esperienza non era buona per nessun ospite. Spero che in futuro questo incidente non accada di nuovo ad altri ospiti.

Veri nice and clean hotel. Food on restaurant very good. I liked. I will come back 100% to this location.

had a great stay during my visit. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, making the entire experience hassle-free. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners

Room was supposed to be 30 sq meters, but was 15 sq meters...including bathroom. The sink drain pipe had just been put in the bigger wall pipe...meaning it was not sealed at all and seawage smell was coming into the bathroom. We could smell it too in the room during the night.
