Esperienza irreale. Dal personale, alle strutture, al cibo, tutti erano di altissimo livello. Le piscine erano di un altro livello e anche se non vedevo altri hotel, non sarei davvero in grado di immaginare un altro hotel così adatto ai bambini. Nel complesso do all'hotel 10 su 10.

I really like this Hotel. Me and my friend we had an amazing long weekend in this hotel. We got a swim-up room with was a nice experience, very comfy sunbeds on our terrace. Pros: - location - opposite Nissi Beach - lots of activity and entertainment - delicious food - big territory - excellent Hotel for Family Cons: - only small - little old but it wasn't a big problem for us

We returned from a 7 night stay on 9th June. Despite the delay in arriving the first 5 days were lovely however the holiday took a turn for the worse the last 2 nights. The weather was amazing this week and had reached temps of late 30s. On the evening of 7th June, our air con didn’t seem to be working. The reception sent maintenance round to reset it although it didn’t make a difference. An hour later after the temperature had done nothing but rise in the room, members of staff were informing us that there was a problem and it was being fixed and told us that we needed to sleep with the doors open. Not the best idea when you have young ones! Various calls were made through the night and throughout the day on Saturday but was just told it was still being fixed and would be an hour. By 8pm Saturday 8th we asked for an update and they had said it had been fixed but we all needed to sit in our rooms for 90mins so the system could circulate. Load of rubbish, instead we all sat in our rooms like fools, sweating watching the temp increase! There was a number of guests in the reception all waiting for an update and waiting for the manager to come back with answers on whether we would be moved to a different room or hotel. He suggested us stay in the reception and pointed at my 5month baby and asked why he couldn’t sleep in his pram in reception - is that a joke! My 3 year old had come out in a heat rash and has scratched his skin to shreds due to the heat. The manager went into one of the rooms and agreed it was too hot. Temps in the rooms had reached over 30 degrees. By 11.30pm that evening we were still waiting for the manager to return with some sort of plan. The majority of the guests with kids had to make alternative arrangements in different hotels for the night. The hotel did move guests to other hotels but that wasn’t until 3am Sunday 9th! I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times and never had an issue but the way we were treated during our most recent stay, I won’t be returning in a hurry. Pros: Food is great, variety of food available in the buffet restaurant and the grill restaurant. Our room was great, with the steps on our terrace directly into the pool - my toddler loved it. The entertainment team were brilliant with the children, loads of games going on throughout the day and the mini disco in evening

We stayed here for 7 nights from 2 June 2024. Our last 2 nights were unbearable. From 11pm on Friday 7 June until we checked out on Sunday 9 June the air con was broken. Our room temperature was 28.4 degrees celsius. The hotel receptionists advised that the issue was affecting the entire resort and that they were working on resolving the issue. This was followed by continuous lies from them for 2 nights straight such as the air-con will be working in 1 hour, then another hour and another hour etc. Then at 8pm on Saturday 8 June they advised that the issue had been resolved and we just need to stay in the room for 1.5 hours so that the smart sensors can pick up the motion to enable the air to start circulating... this was another lie. There was a multitude of guests in the lobby complaining and demanding answers. Some guests had to source alternative accommodation at their own expense. The hotel receptionists said they would allow guests to sleep in the lobby and keep their babies in their prams or that people could sleep with both doors to their rooms open because "there aren't any criminals". Nobody can guarantee that there are no criminals and people with children cannot sleep with either of their doors open regardless of whether they have a balcony, direct pool access or ground floor terrace for obvious safety reasons. Now for the good parts: the direct pool access rooms were lovely, food was mostly excellent, the children's entertainment was fantastic and the restaurant staff and entertainment staff were amazing and very helpful.

Terrible! Food rubbish in the on site restaurants. OK at best in buffet. Air con not working and our room was over 30degrees at night with a small child this was distressing. I can’t stress enough that this is NOT a 5 star hotel, 3 star at the very best. Book elsewhere - this place is not worth your money. Staff all trying their best and trying to make the best of what they have but it’s really shocking. For what we paid and for what we’ve experienced, terrible. We go on several holidays per year and this is the first time I’ve left a negative review as I always try to look for the positives but this has been the worst experience possible from a hotel where you expect (and pay for) the basics to be working. I could write pages of things that are not as expected but I think the air con not working for two nights with lies about it being fixed is enough, dreadful. With all windows and doors open at night (having a small child in bed) we couldn’t get it below 30 degrees and had to accept getting bitten all night by bugs.

Arrival on Weds and check in smooth and quick, which was nice because we arrived very late in the evening. To be offered hot soup as a snack at 11pm in 30 degree heat was a bit if a head scratcher. First night exhausted so slept very wel, By day 3 the aircom still wasn't cooling the room below 26 degrees. Mentioned it to reception, they sent maintenance if they didn't come once they came 4 times over the next 2 days. Tui rep organised for us to change rooms day 7 as aircon faulty/not working. Moved rooms, on day 2 in the new room came back from a day out to ants all over the bed. Housekeeping hoovered these up and will do deep clean in the morning. Put the aircon on to "cool" and 3 hours later the room temperature has gone up 3 degrees to 26.9 degrees. So trying to sleep whilst mopping the sweat from my brow! 1/10 for aircon reliability. Check which excursions have to meet a minimum number of participants, ours was cancelled last minute due to insufficient numbers. We're here for two weeks so may get to go next week. Food varied albeit a bit samey if staying for 2 weeks. Staff friendly enough some more than others. Pool facilities ok, sunbeds a plenty but perhaps could do with being washed / rinsed off. Especially the beds on the swim up rooms as they have canvas covers on and ours heavily stained with sun lotion/tanning oil. There's no water at the pool bars you have to obtain this from the coolers placed around the hotel. The one outside the buffet restaurant is the best, others in the corridors didn't seem to be able to chill the water. Would I stay again? No, you shouldn't have to try sleep in 27 degree heat in your room at night in a 5 star hotel room.

Just back from an amazing holiday at this lovely hotel , this is my 3rd Atlantica Hotel and so far the best by far . We stayed in a main building swim up room which was lovely and private the swim up had a jacuzzi part & went out to a infinity pool shared by I think 8 other swim up rooms it was lovely and quiet with the option of going to the other noisier pools when we wanted to . The hotel is lovely and clean I did notice a few cracked tiles around but nothing major, our rooms were lovely and spacious with the most comfortable beds ever and black out curtains to keep the rooms dark , great selection of pools the splash park wasn’t as big as others at previous Atlantica hotels I have visited but my 7 year old still had fun . The food selection is really good and the food delicious every night there was a carvery meat , salads , pasta , theme night meals and the children area has a low down buffet area , the desert and fruit selection was great also . The staff all work really hard and are so friendly , there were lots of lifeguards around and the lady in the quiet pool bar made the most delicious cocktails , the one thing this hotel does lack which they had at previous Atlantica hotels is the slushies non alcoholic and alcoholic these are really refreshing in the heat . My favourite thing about this hotel is the location it is opposite the most gorgeous family friendly sandy beach with clear shallow water that is so shallow you can walk over to a little island . We watched a couple of the evening entertainment shows the magic show and Michael Jackson night but preferred walking to the local shops or along the beach in the evenings . The area is really safe I travelled alone with my son and felt really safe walking around . I will definitely return to the hotel it ticked all the boxes for what we look for in a holiday and the only problem we had was our mini bar hadn’t been stocked on arrival which was in the middle of the night but the staff sorted this out the next morning.

The hotel is okay, food is mediocre and worse in the on site restaurants - the same food most nights. Entertainment fluctuates between good and painful. Rooms are nice, nice big shower and pools are clean. Bars are quick to get a drink and waiting staff work fast and efficiently. TUI Blue staff do a lot of performances and entertainment and really get involved. Water stations everywhere which is a great idea, some nice little shops and restaurants in walking distance. 2 days we had to ask for clean towels as the old were taken and not replaced and sand all over the room. Our biggest complaint is we booked the spa for a mother and daughter massage and a separate one for my husband. We couldn’t get the time we wanted which is fine so we got late morning. Hung around all morning, walk up to the spa - closed. Had to walk to the bar to ask them to call reception who then informed us to go there (the other side of the hotel). Get there and no one knows what’s going on, they say that they’ll get the spa to rebook and we’ll have a 50% discount. I ask on numerous occasions was it confirmed and could they leave a note in the room when it was. Get back that evening, nothing. Went down the next morning and they said they called them and it was 100% confirmed. Go there - staff know nothing about it and were not booked in. Now 2 days in a row my 5 year old is upset, 2 days I’ve traipsed round the hotel for nothing, 2 days no one has had the decency to tell us and we could of booked a trip out. To say I’m not impressed wouldn’t come close. Suddenly the could book us in after I complained and they confirmed my partners was also confirmed for this afternoon - shocker that again, they knew nothing about it. Ridiculously poor organisation between the spa and hotel and ruined the last 2 days for us. As you can imagine, we wasn’t relaxed for our spa experience. The discount does not cover the time we’ve lost. The kids pool has only chairs and no sunbeds with no bars nearby so no relaxing for parents with smaller children. All in all, there’s some great things about the hotel but I would not ever return and I wouldn’t recommend.
