So, Where to start? We were here for 2 times, first time was amazing but this second.. it was also last. No english speaking staff, so it was hard to comunicate, they ignored us many times just because of we dont speak russian, how profesional. We stayed here for 8days, paid for all inclusive but we had sunbed only one day - sorry, half day cause of one russian lady who occupied our sunbed and threw away our personal stuff and refused to leave, hotel staff tried to help us but they can’t do nothing because she was a women, so.. i can go on and on about russian privilages all over the hotel, they can do everything and if you are not one of them, u can do shhhiiiiit, no one talking to you, on reception they are bothered that u speak english or german. It’s hotel just for russian and it’s shame cause the hotel itself is beautiful. If u are Europian, British, American,.. just read all the non russian feedback, they are all real, they are truthfull.

We stay in an apartmant with two separeted rooms (one for us and one for our children). The room was clean and everyday the housekeeping came, cleaned and chanched towels. There was various activities for all family members at the pool or in the sport area. In the restorant was a lot of food diversity for all taste. We had a personal assistant from the TUI agency who keep us inform every day about activities, weather, make reservation for a la carte restaurant.

I honestly can't believe how some people have given this a rating above 1 star. The hotel is supposed to be a 4 star, but this can't possibly be correct. The description of facilities is way out. The location is very isolated, no where to go nearby unless you pay quite a price to go in a taxi. Hotel itself is dirty and and in desperate need of a facelift, but if I am honest, knocking down. Rooms have had a poor attempt to be upgraded, new laminate floors in bedroom, bathrooms are a shambles, full of mold and filthy. Blood stains on pillows, holes in pillow cases. Lots of disrepair throughout the hotel, tried to put as many pics as possible on. Restaurant is riddled with cats, there is no way that these cats will have be wormed or treated for fleas, far too many of them and breeding constantly. Encouraged by staff, they roam all over the hotel climb on food surfaces and tables, lounge around on the sofas, not good for anyone with allergies. Food is mundane and a little weird, labels where not changed so you had to guess what things where. I asked staff one said lamb the other said beef. Beach is dull, gritty and pebbly, not safe for young children to go in sea as its quite a drop down that's if they can stand the pain on feet due to stones and pebbles. Cats use the sand as a toilet area so not good for children to be digging with bucket and spade. Overall the description on brochures and websites fail to advertise it correctly

L'hotel è stato un ottimo soggiorno per la mia famiglia, il cibo è fantastico, il personale è meraviglioso e tutto è stato di alta qualità. L'unica ragione per cui lascio una cattiva recensione è la delusione che abbiamo incontrato a causa della condizione dei gatti stravaganti in questo hotel. Siamo stati ad altri hotel in Antalya e Side, ma non abbiamo mai visto un tale sguardo per gatti stravaganti. La maggior parte dei gatti sembrano feriti, alcuni con infezioni oculari o anche tagli e altre disabilità. Abbiamo visto un gatto bere acqua da un muffin sulla nostra strada verso la piscina e quando gli abbiamo portato acqua fresca, ha bevuto così tanto che ci ha sconvolti. C'è così tanto spreco di cibo che significa tanto denaro gettato via, ma l'hotel non investe in cura minima per questi gatti. Altri hotel abbiamo visto distributori di cibo, bocche d'acqua e anche poche case intorno per gli animali poveri, ma qui non c'è assolutamente nulla per loro. Il minimo che questo hotel potrebbe fare è mettere in giro alcune bolle d'acqua e di cibo, in modo che questi gatti non affamati. Parliamo con la receptionista e anche lei si dice che non c'è nessuno che si prenda cura di questi gatti. Come proprietari di gatti e fegato, questo ha rovinato la nostra immagine dell'hotel e ci ha resi super delusi e turbati durante il nostro soggiorno. Spero che tu tenga conto di queste informazioni.
