Molto pulito! Ha avuto una notte solo per dormire. Sono contento di quanto l'hotel fosse pulito. Il personale era molto gentile. Tutti i membri del personale che ci siamo incontrati hanno detto ”ciao”. Quando si è verificato il membro del personale era super piacevole e molto utile. La suite 222 ci fermavamo in cerca di nuovi tessuti e mobili. Anche i pannelli di bagno erano super puliti. Abbiamo anche un caldo colazione di uova, salsa, waffles, bagaglia e cose fredde. L'unica cosa che mi tolgo è che le tole erano un po' grosse, ma rimarrò se fossi in zona.

We were greeted with friendly front door staff evertime we entered the hotel. The front reception/sitting area is rather large and the fire place was on making for a warm reception on this chilly evening. The room itself is very nice, the kitchen has two burners, a microwave, a full fridge and dishes for a family of four as well as pots and pan. There is a desk area with space to spread out and a lamp. The sofa is a hotel sofa, so stiff and not too comfy but clean. The large TV is in between the sofa and bed so it could be seen from either but would need to be turned. A turntable for the TV would be a nice addition. The shower was clean with glass sliding doors and shower gel/conditioner and shampoo available. The water was very hot! It was a really nice shower. The bed was comfortable, pillows are a tad too soft for me, but there are two so you can pile them up. The room AC is adjustable and definitely heated and cooled well. The room was vacuumed and appeared clean, but was dusty behind the TV (we had to pull it out as the cable was misbehaving) and the bottom of the lamps/baseboards are dusty. The free breakfast was nice! Sometimes the hotel breaksfasts are meager. This was not. First day was biscuits, gravy, sausage, pre made omelets (slightly rubbery), oatmeal with fruit, brown sugar and nuts, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, OJ, coffee, milk and tea. Second day was grits instead of oatmeal and potatoes instead of biscuits. The ladies in the breakfast area are soo sweet. One of them told me today that they take care of their customers and this is the best Homewood suites, she just wishes she could stay here :). apparently you can't stay if you work here. They were So kind and attentive. If we ever ran into staff they smiled and were kind. My husband said to me ”they must have good management to have staff who appear happy”. In the eating area: The seats were clean, available and no crumbs etc on the tables. Outside the parking lot is well lit, but some of the parking lot is a dirt lot which was not as nice. Overall I am very grateful to have found this hotel. GREAT stay. It was too cold to even think about the hotel pool...so I don't know and did not visit the gym. I did notice that there were construction workers staying here, and using the grill out back two evenings we were here. I thought that was great that they had that as an option. It says something that people are staying here for long term stays. I saw a travel nurse here as well. You can't go wrong staying here! I saw one of the negative reviews, she was NOT reviewing this hotel. She must have picked the wrong one to review by accident. This is a nice hotel!

Pro: personale amichevole, camera spaziale e pulita, tutto funzionava, wifi buono, aree pubbliche erano pulite, un sacco di parcheggio. L'hotel era abbastanza vuoto. Lavatrice sembrava nuova. Cons: la sedia per il tavolo era una sedia ordinaria e era troppo bassa per il tavolo. L’ingresso dalla strada non è ben marcato. Il parcheggio è scorretto in basso, che lo dà il fascino, ma caricare un bagaglio e portarlo fino alla porta è difficile. Generale: nessun colazione. Hotel molto pulito. Le letti sono estremamente confortevoli! L'agente di front desk Joy è stato molto utile e l'attenzione più attenta quasi si è sentita come un'esperienza concierge. L'hotel è una nuova costruzione situata su un campus medico. L'hotel è uno dei migliori ospedali del Burn Center nel paese, l'ospedale del Doctor di Augusta.

The hotel is central to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Easy to get around the area with lots of parking onsite. The room has a separate living room and bedroom. The extra space is a nice perk, along with a full kitchen area. I would stay here again.

Mi sorprendeva piacevolmente la dimensione dell’appartamento, c’era una stanza per muovermi in bagno e un sacco di stanza per diffondere i miei bagagli. Ho solo qualche piccolo disavanzo. Il letto re era essenzialmente un paio di quadri di cotone con una grande materassi, che lasciavano un lato notevolmente più alto dell’altro; e non c’era nemmeno un bel coperchio sul letto. Era più come un cavo di lancio sottile, che mi costringeva a prendere un cavo di fleece dal mio veicolo per rimanere caldo. Le televisioni sono piuttosto piccole, che non era un gran numero di ore, eccetto per le poche ore che ero in camera, e il divano non era confortevole sedersi per molto tempo, perché era un letto di divano, ma si vedeva certamente la sua età. Non erano molto turbolenti a causa del tempo che io ero in camera ogni giorno, ma un soggiorno più lungo avrebbe reso doloroso per sopportarli.
