Hotel in zona Playground, Auckland

I reserved two rooms on points and arrived from AKL at 630am with my family of 4. I knew we were very early and had expected we wouldn’t be able to check in. We were greeted by Front desk manager Anna (sp?). She initially told us we could store our luggage and use the gym to change our clothes. After a few minutes m, she came back and said she was able to get two rooms for us to check into immediately. It was greatly appreciated. After that, check in was quick. My Diamond status was recognized and was offered free continental breakfast. We were given rooms 109 and 111 which are connecting. The rooms were well appointed and very stylish. Everything was modern from climate control to all the outlets available (including wireless charging areas on nightstands). Don’t worry if you don’t have an adapter here! The mattress is very comfortable, but I didn’t like the pillows. They made my neck hurt. Bath products are Crabtree and Evelyn and the water pressure is great. We did use room service one night and it was delivered within 30 minutes. The crispy Korean chicken was quite good. Breakfast in the restaurant is also good. $20 for continental and $30 for full. Standard options available. All the staff in the morning were friendly and welcoming. The location is about 25-30 mins from AKL, and south of CBD. It’s a good spot to base out of if you are exploring area south of Auckland. There are McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Sushi, and convenience store all across the street (5-10 min walk). This is not a place to stay if you are looking to explore CBD or are looking for a lot retail and food within walking distance. But for us, it was just fine. The entire property is new and there is a great modern style to it. All the staff were courteous and welcoming. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Sono stato colpito dal servizio, dalla pulizia, dalla spaziosa stanza e dal design di questo posto, e il personale deve essere lodato per essere così accogliente e utile. La genuina gentilezza da parte loro offre un'atmosfera così buona e non ti senti come ”un altro ospite”. Anche se è difficile lodare il personale, uno in particolare si è espresso. Grazia dal servizio in camera è così umile e gentile e spero che la direzione veda questo recensioni e passa sul feedback positivo. Grazie Grace :) Ho fortemente raccomandato questo posto per soggiorni di breve o lungo periodo. Viveno fino agli standard di Accor e è rinfrescante vedere servizio come questo al meglio! La gente era grande con l'accoglienza dei suoi ospiti, mi hanno dato un aggiornamento gratuito per tenerci nello stesso edificio come l'altro coppia con cui andavamo, appartamento molto pulito e tranquillo, sicuramente rimarrebbe ancora

Tutti gli aspetti dell'hotel sono accettabili, ma si prega di prestare attenzione al problema del rimborso Al momento del check-in è richiesto un deposito di 150 yuan. Quando scorri la tua carta di credito, ti viene chiesto se vuoi spendere o preautorizzare. Check out per confermare che non c'è alcuna detrazione per perdite e nessun rimborso sarà visto dopo cinque giorni, chiama per chiedere, dicendo che l'operazione è fallita durante il rimborso e chiedimi se ho un'altra carta Non ho litigato troppo e ho fornito un altro numero di carta, ma ovviamente la mia carta è sempre facile da usare, e perché non contattare il cliente se il rimborso non va a buon fine? Hanno telefono ed e-mail Gli ospiti che soggiornano sono pregati di conservare la data di check-in e il numero della camera, in modo da evitare situazioni simili, puoi chiarire

Proximity Apartments is my go to accommodation option when I stay in the Auckland area. The staff are excellent and have always made my stay enjoyable and are always professional. The location is really handy close to shopping and transport hubs and other local sights. The facilities provided are always well presented and very clean, I especially like the one/two room apartments, with the bedroom balcony a great spot to relax with coffee and breakfast or a private spot for a date night dinner. The value for money is great considering all of the benefits Proximity has to offer. I actively recommend Proximity Apartments to my friends and family and would also recommend anyone to stay here, Thank you so much to the team at Proximity Apartments Manukau, can’t wait to be back.

Solo a pochi passi dal Manukau Mall, McDonalds, Wendy's, Subway, Burger Fuel, Countdown e Pak'N'Save. Noi volevamo rimanere per un breve periodo, ma un problema medico è emerso e il ricevitore ha riordino altre prenotazioni per assicurarsi che potessimo sta in una stessa stanza. Il personale, compresi i puliziatori, erano molto amichevoli. L'unico motivo per cui ho dato un 4 piuttosto che più alto è che il WiFi è stato colpito e perso.

Non lasciare che il fronte e la posizione siano ridicoli - La stanza era moderna (è apparsa recentemente rinnovata) e aveva un grande bagno. Non grande, ma mi ha adattato a quello che mi serviva come un viaggiatore solitario, e aveva grandi cose come aria condizionata, frigo, microonde, Freeview sulla TV, ed era uno spazio molto pulito.

Awesome base to stay at in South Auckland. Clean rooms, fresh towels available daily-you just need to let the office know between 10am-4pm. Close to heaps of good shopping spots. Absolute value for money, highly recommend!

After 20 hours of traveling we missed our connecting flight and had to find accommodation for the night. The Jet Park Hotel staff took our call and made things easy including arranging for the shuttle to come to the airport to collect us. Our room was lovely with huge, comfortable beds, a refreshing shower and yummy meals from room service we couldn't of ended a stressful day better. Would not hesitate to use again as nothing was a problem with the staff and the room was relaxing, clean and peaceful.
