Great gym and facilities. Overall good location as close to viaduct. Quiet and clean. Good value for money and a good place to stay.

Heritage Hotel is really a grand old dame. Her floor boards creak and often I was woken up by the guests above me. The kitchen sink leaked and flooded the dining area. TV signal got knocked out by blustery winds. Internet reception in the room is rather poor. In public areas no issue. But in the rooms, bad! However, service is great. Issues reported were attended to quickly.

As always a fantastic place to stay!

還是一如既往的選擇住這兒～ 安全～衞生～前台服務也很好：） 離天空塔近～皇後街近～購物&打UBER都方便～ 迷路了衹要朝塔走就一定會找到回來的路：）

服務很好，設施完備，地點適中，保安嚴密，還有充滿曆史味道。附近景點林立，就近海邊碼頭，乘船出海甚為方便，風景優美。

オークランドの中心部にあり、便利な場所にあります。トイレもバスルームも清潔で、特に困ることはありませんでした。チェックインの際にデポジットが必要になるのですが、何もなければキャンセル扱いにしてくれます。つたない英語でもとても親切にしてくださいました。

Christchurch的Heritage酒店沒住上，想着住一下Auckland的，去感受一下歷史建築的風貌！ 有點失望，房間很大，裏面很陳舊，佈局很奇特🤣 窗外是雜亂的廢棄場，無人幫忙行李，房間過道很長，陳舊的木地板吱吱呀呀 有年代久遠的陳舊感，無文化傳統的底藴質感 位置很好， 出門就是天空塔！ 衹是Auckland的大小，走那裡天空塔都在身旁的趕腳😄

Very comfy beds and terrific rooftop pool. Staff friendly and efficient. Sadly the second gym and pool are closed, it looks like indefinitely, and no room service available or easy dining options nearby, had to resort to Uber eats.

We stayed one night in a Tower Room (very very nice!) and two nights in a Hotel Room (nice, but the shower had such low water pressure - on 7th floor - it was difficult to rinse. We appreciated having the small kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The hotel is located near the harbor and also the Sky Tower, both of which we enjoyed.

We had a superior room which located in the tower building. It is a bit far from the main reception but we needed that only when checking in. The room was specious, clean and comfortable. It had a washing machine and a dryer, which was very handy. Harbor, restaurants and Skytower were within a short walk. The hotel does not offer a breakfast but there are many cafes nearby.

Beautiful hotel. Arrived and checked in at 2:30 a.m. Have not yet had a chance to check out the property!!
