The location is great next to big shopping mall, food stall and coffee shop. Breakfast is ok. The room is big and clean. I had a pleasant stay.

This hotel is located right in the center of water festival, so you cant’t be wrong. Everything jjust close by. This is the best choice as a springboard to explore Xishuangbanna

There are 50% good but 50% bad things to say about here. The good: The daily cleaning is thorough and the cleaning staff are friendly and greet you with a smile and a hello. The location is good, not great, just good. The breakfast is fantastic, I unfortunately missed it my first 2 mornings but on the third I was so pleasantly surprised. Again the staff at the kitchen were extremely polite and friendly. The bad: The noise of the road is very bothersome. I have slept in many hotels and it seems like their windows have leaking or something because the sound is so loud. The noise in the hallway. Whoever thought it was a good idea to put doorbells in each room should be fired immediately. They are so excessively loud that when one is rang 10 doors down you almost think it’s your room. Fine during the day but it’s a hotel, people come and go at every hour. The staff at the entrance in reception. Some were nice, there is a small girl with glasses who was pleasant but I found the rest to be emotionless and very bad customer service. Lazy. The gym - do not prepare yourself to use the gym when the sun is up because it is outdoors and the heat becomes unbearable like you’re working out in a Mexican prison yard. Unfortunate as I chose the hotel based on the pictures of the gym thinking it was its own air conditioned room.

Good location, next to shopping malls and Supermarket

房間還可以，比較寬敞明亮、乾淨，寢具毛巾也很好用。靠街房間不會吵。後面是商場比較熱鬧，購物吃飯方便。附近是潑水廣場，晚上很多人跳廣場舞。服務還不錯，當天訂的房無法提前預約接站，酒店還是給我報銷了車費。早餐不算豐富，口味蠻合適。洗衣房條件就比較差，沒有水龍頭，想沖洗一下濾網都沒辦法，放棄洗衣服了。

這一家酒店的位置倒是非常得好，而且十分貼心的還有接機接站的服務。就在潑水廣場旁邊，晚上還擔心比較吵鬧，但是臨街並不吵鬧，樓下就有非常有名的那一家諾泰餐廳，十分的不錯，而且離江邊夜市走路不到20分鐘的時間，性價比倒是很高的。就是早餐稍微有一些些的單調，雲南當地特色的米線味道也沒有那麼的好吃，總體而言還是比較推薦的

酒店服務非常好，主動問詢接送機服務，酒店地理位置也不錯，就在潑水廣場旁邊，周邊交通便捷，去市內景點基本靠打車起步價，門口就有公交車轉車。背後就有一個小商場，靠近江邊夜市。房間內設施齊全，很乾凈。就是靠近馬路的玻璃隔音一般，但不影響入住，介意的可以改換成靠裡麪的房間。

房間不隔音，隔壁房間講話都能聽見，馬路外的車流聲更是刺耳，讓人無法入睡。半夜11點多讓換房間也不換，就送了耳塞過來，但效果一般，幾乎一夜沒睡。早上都7點15分了也沒有早餐吃（説7點半後才能陸續提供），只有麪包點心和水果。找服務員要了2個打包塑料飯盒，裝了1盒麪包蛋糕，1盆散裝水果。沒有任何飲品，連熱水都沒有到位。唯一可圈可點的就是在潑水廣場附近，旁邊有大潤發，去江邊也不遠。1次不愉快的入往體驗。

酒店地理位置很好，基本一分鐘打到車，潑水廣場走路三分鐘就到，參加一日遊很方便。房間很大，衞生間也很大，還有全屋智能的小度，超級方便。雖然臨街，但關上窗户什麼也聽不見。告莊去了一次太鬧心了，又貴人又多。推薦華美達酒店！

家裡長者出行，對酒店的住宿和服務讚不絕口。不但推薦的旅遊項目穩妥有趣，價格也有競爭力，比自己問的都合適。最後還很熱情地把兩位長者送走，提供了送車服務。 住宿性價比高，服務好，我家長者特意電話我一定要給好評，感謝3天的照顧。晚上的航班還允許了晚退房非常完美的一次入住

設施：設施完整比較新 衞生：每日打擾，酒店很乾凈，可以放心入住 服務：因為帶了兩位長者，前台特意調整了同樓的房間，方便照顧長者 接機或接站（需提前1天預約）:酒店的司機師傅都很和氣，可以放心租車。

位置很不錯 市區中間 周圍都是商業區 生活日常都很便利 距離各個景點距離都不遠 酒店乾淨整潔 有電梯 可以寄存行李 有自助早餐 店員也很貼心 是不錯的出遊選擇

地理位置不錯，早餐品種還算比較多，樓下有小吃店，對面有大超市，出行都比較方便，就是房間隔音差了一些。保潔不知是太忙還是什麼的，入住第二天早晨八點半出行，到下午四點半回來還沒有搞衞生，和前台溝通保潔才來收拾房間，可能因為時間緊也只是倒了倒垃圾給了點衞生紙，這次之後趕緊和前台説讓上午及時搞衞生，不明白酒店每天收拾房間還需要和前台説嗎？其他還算比較滿意。
