Mi piace molto l'hotel di Oakland. La posizione è buona. È vicino alla torre del cielo. Non c'è auto in Oakland questa volta, camminare verso il mare e il centro commerciale è super comodo.L'hotel è molto nuovo e la struttura della stanza è anche lo stile che mi piace.L'igiene è anche buona, i prodotti di letto sono molto comodi, e la notte è al mattino. I loved my upgraded room on the ninth flor and just found the Hotel overall to be an oasis of luxury. This was my first time at this property, and I was really well-treated. I was recognised as a Platinum Member and basically, thoroughly spoiled. I had a very restful night's sleep. The bedding was incredibly soft with crisp, fresh linen galore! Like Macarthur, I shall return!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nello scorso mese di dicembre in questo hotel a Auckland, al costo di € 424,00 (camera doppia con colazione compresa): mica male!!!!! L’hotel si trova nel centro della città, in Queen Street, la via dello shopping, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni. Abbiamo scelto una camera “Queen Superior”, di dimensioni non eccezionali (mentre il bagno era stupendo e grande): abbiamo avuto difficoltà a posizionare i bagagli sul pavimento. Purtroppo la pulizia, sebbene si trattava di un hotel 5 stelle superior, non era delle migliori: abbiamo trovato residui dei precedenti occupanti sotto il letto, mai puliti durante il nostro soggiorno. L’ambiente al piano terra è molto bello ma la cosa peggiore è stata la colazione (continental), veramente scadente. NESSUNA SCELTA possibile, ci hanno portato un vassoietto a testa con 2 piccoli dolci, 3 (proprio 3!!!!) fettine di salame, 2 piccolissime fettine di prosciutto, 1 piccolo pezzo di formaggio, 1 piccolo vasetto di yogurth bianco, 1 piccolo vasetto di yogurth con qualche cereale ed un piccolo bicchiere di frutta. Nessuna fetta biscottata o pane. Il tutto con caffè americano e due piccoli contenitori di latte (chiesti un paio di volte). Abbiamo fatto le nostre rimostranze a chi di dovere ma ci è stato risposto che non erano pronti a gestire un numero elevato di persone: ci pare che per l’importo pagato il servizio ricevuto sia stato veramente scadente. Mai più da loro.

I booked out this morning from The Sebel Viaduct and it will be the last time I book out of here. I have stayed several times over the past years and this stay was a disappointment. For the room rate charged, some nights AUD$348.00 I expect a room that does not have a cracked sink, swollen door on the bathroom and tired paint with chips and marks. The room was clean and the cleaning staff do a great job sprucing up this tired old hotel. Add to this a fridge that did not work correctly so the milk I purchased went off before the expiry date it was a poor performance. I do agree with other reviews staff are friendly however more should be provided for the price. Add to that $38.00 a night parking and then want $40.00 for internet access which I did not pay as an Accor member but would have if not a member you have lost my patronage. Certainly not a silver rating, even room service stopped at 9;00pm so could not make use of that.

Sofitel Auckland We arrived at Sofitel Auckland 2 days after the drive staying Auckland floods of 28 January 2023. The hotel had been heavily damaged and affected and was not operational. In spite of this we were received and offered sanctuary and shelter while the hotel staff followed some very well executed businesses continuity processes. We were met by Karim the concierge who invited us in sat us comfortably in the lounge and provided drinks while the assistant manage Lucy’s went about sorting out our repatriation to the JW Marriott. Stephen Gould the GM introduced himself to us and advised he had arranged a car to take us the the JW Marriott as the Sofitel was unserviceable. The staff were professional apologetic and polite. We had every confidence they had the situation under control. We felt very safe and comfortable. We finished our drinks and hopped in the car to leave. We felt very grateful for their professionalism and sorry for their suffering. We hope they get back online very soon. We will be back. Thank-you Stephen and Sofitel Auckland you made a stressful situation so much better while you were yourselves enduring a stressful situation.

This hotel has the most friendly and welcoming reception staff, hotel room is very clean, with all the necessary facilities and especially, its coffee is superb, breakfast is delicious and its location is a great, a walk to everywhere location! Reception opens 24 hrs, and they even packed our breakfast to eat in the car since we had to leave very early for a day tour and would miss our hotel breakfast which was booked with the room. We definitely come back to this hotel, and would 100% recommend others to stay also!

Purtroppo ci sono molte opere stradali intorno all'hotel, quindi è difficile per gli autobus entrare soprattutto. Tuttavia, non lasciate che questo vi metta fuori. Ha una posizione fantastica, proprio oltre la strada Sky Tower, per non perdere mai, un concierge amichevole e conosciuto e un piccolo negozio con alcuni buoni souvenir. Le colazioni sono state, a mio avviso, le migliori che abbia mai avuto in viaggio - e sono stato in molti hotel in molti luoghi negli anni! Grande selezione, ben presentata, perfettamente cucinata e i pancake più dolci del mondo!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno sorprendente nei Four Points in Auckland, grazie al meraviglioso personale e alle eccellenti strutture dell'hotel. In circostanze impreviste abbiamo dovuto cambiare il percorso del nostro viaggio. Questo cambiamento ci ha costretto a prolungare il nostro soggiorno indefinitamente. Il personale ha aiutato a garantire che il prezzo migliore fosse disponibile e ho apprezzato davvero quanto coraggioso e flessibile fossero con noi durante l'intera permanenza. Siamo rimasti in due camere diverse, la prima di essere una stanza di angolo re, che ci piaceva assolutamente. Le finestre di parete al tetto ci hanno dato una vista affascinante della torre. Poi ci siamo trasferiti in una spaziosa stanza doppia regina, che era molto confortevole! I nostri letti erano così confortevoli, non poteva dormire! Il servizio in camera era delizioso! Il calamari e il laxa dovevano morire! Locazione-saggio, non può essere battuto. È una passeggiata molto breve verso i negozi di Queen Street, il doc e una pietra’s throw away from the motorway exit. Colazione deliziosa - un sacco di frutta fresca e una buona quantità di cibo caldo. L’unica cosa che non mi piaceva è la mancanza di auto-parcheggio. Solo parcheggio valet per 50 NZD per notte è stato disponibile; ciò non è stato troppo oneroso perché erano sempre molto veloci per arrivare la nostra auto. In generale, il nostro soggiorno era eccellente e non esitaremo a tornare qui durante il nostro prossimo viaggio in Nuova Zelanda.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was perfectly allocated for our needs on this visit. With all the construction going on around the hotel, we were a bit overwhelmed but the hotel staff directed us perfectly to the security parking as well as to our destination the next morning. Breakfast was very good and the staff was once again very friendly and helpful.

So when we returned after exploring the city, all we had to do was check in and get our key. The room was an efficiency. While it had a kitchen, it was missing things such as pot holders and dish drainer. The bathroom and shower were a slip hazard, step up to the shower and no grab bars. Otherwise, the room was large and would have been comfortable for a long stay. They gave us only one key. The key is needed to keep the lights on. So if one of us went out, they had to leave the key, then call up to the room when they returned, because they need a key to run the elevator. If we had been staying longer, we would have asked for a second key. There is a convenience store across the street and lots of restaurants within a block or two.

總體滿意 地理位置：特別好，離sky tower就5分鐘步行，去queen st也步行可達，大概8-10分鐘，酒店周邊很多好吃的，都在步行範圍，brunch、日料、韓餐都有；酒店正對面就是個公園。 環境衞生：房間帶有洗衣機烘乾機，很方便有需要每天洗衣服的人羣，房間也比較大，有客廳。衹是一次性用品需要問前台要，拖鞋要自備。有的房間能直接看到skytower，有的衹能看到城市夜景。 停車：酒店有自己的停車場🅿️，每晚40刀，周邊也有路邊停車和其他停車場。但酒店停車場勝在停車場可以直達酒店房間。 這次到奧克蘭前三晚就是訂的這個酒店，是個印度人幫忙checkin的，我們想要兩張房卡，結果被告知不能提供，就很無語。玩了幾天後回到奧克蘭，最後一晚還是這的這個酒店，是個白人小哥幫忙checkin的，二話不説就是給了兩張房卡。

Abbiamo avuto un ritardo nel nostro volo e siamo arrivati in ore inesistenti, purtroppo, la nostra internet non funzionava e non aveva l'e-mail con le istruzioni della casella di chiusura. James il ricevitore ci ha lasciato e ci ha visto. Era molto gentile e utile rimanere per aiutare, anche se il suo turno era finito. L'ostello ha bisogno di un po' di aggiornamento e di una chiusura di pittura, ma in generale abbastanza buono, comodo letto, doccia calda. Non si può lamentare. Mi sono perso un po'per togliere le foglie e lasciarle in piedi dopo aver gettato la chiave nella casella di deposizione - scusa.
