This was my second time staying in this property and it is always a great experience. For international travelers like myself, they are very accommodating and make check-in a breeze.
The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. The in-house restaurant is incredible especially their breakfast buffet! I also love that it's so centric and walking distance from great restaurants and entertainment. It is literally a couple of blocks away from the Sky Tower, and it is a very convenient location to get picked up/dropped off if you book tours.
I'll definitely stay here again!

Check in and check outwas excellent and the front desk held our bags. The front desk was very helpful when asked about the area.

Very friendly and professional staff. Centrally located which was great for getting around the city. Concierge did a wonderful job booking ferry tickets and lunch on Waiheke. A bar of soap to wash hands in the bathroom and body lotion would be welcome. Breakfast had a nice variety of food.

Hotel is well located, clean, and updated. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was that our thermostat did not work properly. Room was well cooled when we arrived but when we turned the temp up a degree it instead went up to full heat and stayed there. We were only there one night, so it is quite possible the hotel would have fixed it if we stayed longer. Other than that it was a great stay!

We were allowed to check in early which is always a plus. Staff very friendly and made suggestions for our visit of Auckland. Hotel is in a great location. Easy to get around downtown. Room was very comfortable
