The hotel is lovely with fantastic views of the sea and local hospital! The pool was inviting a tad cold but that’s to be expected this time of year. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms big lounge and 6 sunbeds. The apartment needs some updating but the beds were very comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat in the restaurant only drinks which were a bit pricey The rooms were not cleaned unless you asked them to be neither were the towels changed again unless you asked. We didn’t bother in the end and picked up new towels from reception. There are pool towels if you want them. If you want a takeaway reception will give you a menu which was very good There is a small supermarket up the hill for basics and if you are happy to walk 10mins up a hill the treehouse restaurant is a must. The biggest downfall is the location you can not walk into town due to it being on a main road. The accommodation is very close to the main road so always woken up by motorbikes and cars from 5am. Taxis are easy to get hold of through reception or you can try getting a bus either the 418 or 482 but the times are hit and miss. Overall if you want something out the way but very comfortable this is the place for you.

Wir buchten für eine Nacht hier in diesem Hotel. Wir warteten auf die Überfahrt zur Insel El Hierro am nächsten Tag. Vorab haben wir die Preise mit den Hotels in Los Cristianos verglichen. Die Entscheidung, hier die Zwischenübernachtung einzuplanen, war genau richtig: Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einer kleinen Sackgasse, von einer ruhigen Nebenstraße ausgehend. Alles war sauber, unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich. Auch der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Morgens gab es ein kleines Buffet. Es wurde auf kleine Teller angerichtet,so dass immer frischer Käse, frisches Obst und frische Wurts von der Theke zu holen war. Da es ein kleines Hotel ist, war die Frühstücksatmosphäre sehr gemütlich. Es gab morgens frischen Kaffee ... frisch aufgebrüht. Das Hotel befindet sich abseits der Touristenzone, 10 Minuten mit dem Auto direkt zum Strand und Hafen von Los Cristianos. Abends im naheliegenden kleinen Café in der Nähe des Sportplatzes tauchten wir gleich in die dörfliche Kultur der ”Insulaner” ein. Die Preise in dem kleinen Restaurant (es gibt einige in der Nähe, 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß) sind deutlich günstiger sind als in Los Cristianos (große Portionen für 10 €). Auf jeden Fall kann hier gut und ruhig geschlafen werden in einem sehr guten Hotel.

First of all, If you are looking for a quiet place far from big crowd this is the one. Many many special thanks to Martha the bartender and the other lady I don’t know her name. They were both attentive and nice and provided a great service and also one of the receptionist guy who was nice too. You can relax here but unfortunately there are few things I was not satisfied with at all. I would like to emphasize the safe in the room. It is terrible. It is at the bottom of the wardrobe. It is not easy to get access to it. I am a young healthy man but what If someone who is ager or somebody who has back or knee problems? Apart from that, There is not enough light in the room to see the safe. I almost always had to use the flash light on my phone to see it. Another thing which was bothering is the swimming pool which is called heated. It is not heated at least you can’t feel it. It is just not that cold which is fine but it may be confusing. I know what is a heated swimming pool because I quite often go to spas and It is so unfortunate that It was open just untill 17:00. It should be open at least till 18:00.

L'hotel è molto amico, molto vicino al centro commerciale Siam Park Siam Mall. È un po' lontano dalla spiaggia, ma abbiamo usato principalmente la piscina del resort. Dopo aver controllato, abbiamo fornito spazio per la doccia e abbiamo dato un sacco di asciugamani. Grazie. Questo è l'ostello che voglio tornare.

Ottimo Apartahotel, servizi degni di un 4 stelle senza problemi. Abbiamo pernottato qui per circa 10 giorni, con 2 bambine di 7 e 4 anni. Abbiamo scelto la formula All Inclusive, e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La camera scelta era con vista piscina, eravamo ad un piano alto, ma tutto facilmente raggiungibile tramite gli ascensori. Tutti i servizi della struttura sono apprezzabili, ottimo il cibo, sempre abbastanza vario e per tutti i gusti, cucinato sapientemente e di qualità, ottimo il servizio snack / bar piscina, e buona anche la scelta dei cocktail, anche se noi non beviamo alcolici! Per i più piccoli c'è davvero tanto, animazione sia al giorno che la sera, presente un mini club, e in totale 3 piscine, di cui 1 per i bambini. Alcuni giorni in piscina è presente un gonfiabile a scivolo, dove i bambini hanno modo di divertirsi come ad un parco giochi. La posizione è strategica, non distante dall'autopista, disponibilità di parcheggi in zona, lungo la strada, il mare facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, con una passeggiata di circa 5-6 minuti si raggiunge la playa di Torviscas, ovvero quella più vicina. Struttura bella e pulita, completa di tutto e a mio avviso molto confortevole. Personale eccezionale, dalla Reception, alla sala, passando per animazione, pulizia e manutenzione, insomma piena e massima soddisfazione ad un buon prezzo, anche in considerazione della posizione in cui si trova! OTTIMO, da consigliare ++++++

Great hostel in a rich area. The hostel is like two mansions teamed up. I stayed in December. I arrived to be greeted by Andrea (who is awesome) training two new volunteers at reception, who all kindly entertained my attempt at speaking Spanish. I did find it quite odd that 90% of the staff were incredibly good looking women. The breakfast is really good in a fantastic underground fancy cave like setting. They have themed food nights each night, while a little pricey for what you get, is a great way to meet some of the other guests. There is a really good Italian pizza place a few minutes walk inland nearby. And a park just over the road with a small calisthenics open gym area. My only note of improvement would be to ditch these squeaky clunky metal bunk beds and replace them with solid wood, maybe even more of a pod style type. Anyway thanks for the great stay

We have had the good fortune to visit this hotel for the last eight years. We normally visit for two weeks three times a year. It is always an excellent experience. We have stayed at eight of the best ten hotels in the World. The Las Madrigueras is as good or better, So much so that we have decided to only holiday in future at the Las Madrigueras. The rooms,restaurant,golf,pool,service is first class. What makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. They are so friendly and attentive. Many have been at the hotel for years. They all seem to enjoy their work. A credit to the Management. We will be back in April and December.
