Within walking distance to Happo-en where I had to be for business. There is a bakery shop opposite the garden and their tarts are superb! Hotel shuttle takes takes to you to the nearest shopping mall with many options for shopping, eating and just walking around to explore.

Spent one night at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa, and would have moved to a different hotel if we had needed to stay longer. The place is outdated, and in desperate need to upgrade rooms and facilities. The room lighting is poor, which accentuates the shabby feel to the room and bath. The bedside tables have ancient light switches, there are no USB ports anywhere in the rooms, but the lack of air conditioning in the hotel is really the worst insult to a weary traveler who is given a room that is 80F and has a tiny window. Ice is available only on select floors, there is no convenient Lawsons or 7-11. We paid 24,000JPY for the night which is hugely overpriced. At least the staff were able to provide a circulating fan to help deal with the heat in the room, but it wasn't really sufficient. I would not recommend and will not go back.

友人と宿泊。当初温泉でも行くつもりがだんだん近場になってきて最終的には温泉無しで雰囲気だけ…と言う企画になってしまいましたが結果的に正解でした。場所はグランドプリンス内。入口は少々わかりづらく、なぜかフロントも玄関も誰も居らずロビーをうろちょろ。やっとスタッフを見つけ案内され4階へ。クラブラウンジでお抹茶とお菓子をいただきながのチェックイン。ラウンジは少々簡素で小さなスペースながらも客室は14室のみとの事なのでキャパ的にはこれでいいのかも。特筆すべきは、この高輪プリンスエリアの3つのホテルの(プラス花香路なので実際は4つ)ラウンジ全てにアクセスできる点(待ってましたw)これはこの花香路のみの特典らしくテンションが上がる。17時から2時間のカクテルタイムで全部制覇しようと言う、ゆっくりしに来たはずがエラいバタバタな企画に急遽変更！17時ちょうどに花香路のラウンジへ行くも先客なし。張り切った私達は恥ずかしい。飲み物はシャンパン、ワイン、日本酒、ウイスキー、良さげなジュース(笑)等少数精鋭。おつまみはプレートに盛り合わせで9品？ここのコンセプトが和なので和のセットです。その後下の階のラウンジへ行くも行列、新高輪はビールと昼間の残りのケーキしかなく、さくらタワーへ行くもお酒、スナックとも気のきいたものは無く、結局振り出しに戻る結果に。振り出しに戻った結果分かったことは、ここはカクテルタイムを過ぎてもお酒の提供があると言う事(オードブルは無し)最終的にここだけ利用するのが正解だと分かったので次回からはそうします。前置きが長くなりましたが、お部屋は旅館のそれと同じ設えで畳にベッド。窓からはお庭の眺めがよく、お風呂からもお庭が見えます(お庭からもお風呂が見えるのか？)バスルームは広くて気持ちが良い。私には不要なレインシャワーは無し。アメニティの化粧水類も無し(これは欲しかった)。朝食は部屋に運んでくれてお庭を眺めながらゆっくり部屋でいただけるのはありがたい。内容もちょっとした旅館くらいで品数も多い。 館内のスタッフは皆とても対応が良いのも特長。あとは温泉でも掘っていただけたら言うことなし。

The hotel has strategic location and the room is big for family of 4. Compare to other hotels in the area, I find this hotel has bigger room that other hotels. The location is also near to public transport and easy route to commute with stroller

I had a wonderful time at this beautiful yet understated property. It was a peaceful oasis just within walking distance of shops, parks, nightlife, easy transport to the rest of the city from subway. I was most impressed by the unobtrusive consideration from staff. I came a few hours before check in, asked to store my luggage for a good nearby spot to relax. The staff, seeing I was tired, instead offered me a slightly upgraded room that was immediately available for check-in. Throughout my stay I was courteously offered umbrellas to take as I walked outside, bottles of water after my workout, but never felt as though I were being hovered over. I will certainly stay here again.

Great, well managed hotel in the Ebisu district of Tokyo. I was here for three nights before flying home. As mentioned turn right after you exit the JR train station and walk all the way down through the tunnel to the hotel. I really like the the outdoor mall at the Yebisu Garden Place with it’s unbelievable food court. This place should win an award for a urban outdoor development with book stores, coffee bars , high end restaurants, hotel and train station. If I’m traveling with my wife I would stay here. If I m traveling with my teenage kids I would stay at the Hyatt in Shinjuku as it is closer to the action. I loved the 17th floor executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks . But I preferred the lobby lounge for breakfast as it had a better selection of items. I would not however pay $130 extra for the lounge. The rooms were very nice . I was so impressed with how clean the rooms and lobby were maintained. This is a world class hotel in the upper price range.

Sembrava che non sarei riuscito ad arrivare entro l'orario del check-in alle 23:00, quindi ho contattato l'hotel e mi è stato detto che sarebbero stati disponibili solo fino alle 22:00, quindi mi chiedevo se fosse per emergenze? Ho chiamato il numero di contatto. Pertanto ci è stata data una spiegazione sul servizio notturno e l'hotel ha accettato anche il check-in dopo le 23:00. Vorrei anche ringraziare il personale della reception per il loro cortese servizio.

Mentre ci sono molti hotel con bagni unitari, è stato molto bello che il bagno e il bagno fossero separati. La camera era molto pulita e il personale era molto gentile. Cammino un po' dalla stazione di Shinagawa, ma la uso spesso!

Andare a Tokyo per la conferenza degli alunni.L'hotel con lavastoviglie è raro.L'estate è molto utile.La stanza e il lavabo sono grandi, posso solo tornare a casa a mezzanotte. Purtroppo non vedo la finestra fuori, ma quando sono arrivato presto e volevo scaricare il bagaglio, sono entrato in camera presto, dicendo che sono pronto e posso fare le procedure di imbarco.Sono stanco, quindi devo essere salvato.L'Apa vicino sembra essere una stanza molto piccola, senza bagagli. Sono soddisfatto dell'installazione del caffè (perché i miei amici vivono lì).L'hotel Dong Emergency di solito fidarsi di lui.Voglio rimanere qui.

Grande posizione, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Vicina tranquilla, camera confortevole. Anche se il terzo letto è un letto di divano di tiro, è forte e confortevole. La camera è piuttosto piccola, se una persona si muove, gli altri devono rimanere sui loro letti. Il bagno è piccolo ma mi piace il sapone e lo shampoo di alta qualità forniti. Questo hotel può essere solo 3 stelle, ma il livello di comfort è oltre 3 stelle.

Anche se il secchio è piccolo, è completo, confezionatore, congelatore, pulitore d'aria, letto matrimoniale, può aprire lo spazio di due valigie. Il grande amore è un lavatrice di secco nella stanza, dotato di 㳖 polvere, lavare i vestiti di notte e asciugare e pulire la sua casa ogni giorno, è molto felice!

今回、東京に用があり一泊させてもらうことにしました。 用が終わり、チェックインが完了して部屋へ向かう為エレベーターに向かったところ、無料で沢山のアメニティーが用意されていることにビックリしました。化粧水や乳液などもあったのでとても助かりました。 今回デラックスツインの部屋に泊まったのですが、部屋が広く、レンジまで完備してたことに改めてびっくりしました。残念ながらタイトなスケジュールの為あまりゆっくり出来なかったのですが、今度はゆっくりとホテルサービスを堪能したいと思えました。 また来ます。

La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, basta attraversare la strada dopo essere scesi dalla stazione di Shinagawa. L'hotel è molto affollato soprattutto durante la colazione, ma ben organizzato, la qualità del cibo è buona e il personale è molto educato. Torneremo di nuovo quando viaggerò in Giappone in futuro.
