We haven’t stayed in such a wonderful hotel for a long time. We traveled all over the world in mid-range priced hotels and have not experienced such friendly staffs no matter they are at the front desks, room services, or in the laundry rooms! The lady in the laundry room even attended our clothes in the washer and dryer. When the laundry is completed she fold our clothes and delivered to our room. What a service 👍

Great location, clean and lovely rooms. Probably one of the best Atour we stayed at.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, both the cleaners and front desk staff . Free laundry service is a superb idea especially when there are cleaners to help with the washing and drying. That really saves us a lot of time while traveling. Hotel is a bit old. There is a stain on the ceiling. Personally I find the lighting too dim to my liking. Bed is firm and comfortable Thanks to the guy who kindly extended our check out time till 3pm. Just nice for catching our late afternoon flight home. And to different team members for giving us traveling information, retrieving parcels and offering a scotch tape for my packing. Thank you for making our trip a smooth and pleasant one.

Very Pleasant and polite hotel personnel at reception and breakfast. Hotel room is not new , can smell smoking in room, lifts n corridors as visitors still smoke as they like. Bad smoke smell in room though stated non smoking room even after 1 night stay, so gotto ask for hotel to help remove odour on day 2, feels slightly better. Overall pleasant, and if you dun mind the smoking smell.

Atour always give best impression and value for money. Its services are hardly comparable for similar money paid. Room is spacious. Thank you for the warmest services in the front desk. My family members enjoyed our stays there very very much. Thank you.

The place is nice and clean.

The staff was outstanding , especially Mr. Liao! Not only did he help me purchase2 mattresses but also helped us hail a large vehicle to transport our luggage! I can see why he is your customer service manager! Very professional!
