DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE FOOLED INTO LETTING THE HOTEL BOOK YOU A TAXI, BUT IF YOU DO MAKE SURE ITS NOT HASSAN’S FRIEND! The hotel is under 3km from Orly airport and only 2.4km from massy where we spent most of our time. On arrival the taxi was 25 Euro from airport to hotel, then we asked reception to call us a taxi to Massy which cost us again 25 euros but with the twist that the starting price was 15 euro as the driver explained we needed to pay for his travel to the hotel. Our friends who live in Paris were very disappointed and said this is not how it works in Paris so booked a uber for 11-euro return. The next day I complained to reception and asked for a taxi to massy again but I wanted the estimate and after what appeared to be trying to find taxi numbers was told 35 euro this time, so we declined as the uber quote was 11-euro. On our final morning we pre-booked an uber at 15-Euro to take us to the airport, but they cancelled the trip with lack of drivers, so we spoke with hotel employee Hassan who had told my wife the previous day he could arrange driver if needed. We asked Hassan to book the driver and after a few minutes of listening to him telling us how good this driver was, how helpful he was, and asking we mention him if we did a review, then some confusion over the collection, we eventually got collected and taken to the airport. Imagine our shock when we arrive and the driver demands 50-Euro for a 15-Euro trip! Well Hassan my review on you is stop using your contacts the rip off the hotel guests, and I hope the hotel take disciplinary action to stop you being further involved in these distasteful tactics. The hotel management [if it exists] should negotiate with a reputable taxi company to avoid this happening to gests in the future. Being a platinum Accor member, I’ve spent many nights in ibis’ hotels, but trust me I will never stay in this hotel again, and would look at other hotel chain options when returning to France. Maybe it’s my own fault for not understanding how basic a style room/hotel is, but neither the less even the basics failed – reception failed - the management failed – the franchise failed. No welcome drink as part of Being a platinum Accor member, 1 bath towel in the room [booked as a couple], no bottle drinking water in the room and none available, no phone to call reception. How does a hotel run out of basics like bottle drinking water? To get a coffee in the evenings you need to go in the breakfast room, operate the coffee machine then pay reception 2-Euro cash, they don’t even make it for you. We attended the hotel for a wedding and asked for the use of an iron, only to find no iron available and reception didn’t know where it was – not forgetting there are 4 floors on the hotel and you would expect they could organise an iron on each floor. Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno all'hotel, che era conveniente e ben situato. E' stato facile arrivare alla stazione RER da lì. L'unico posto in basso era il servizio di ricezione a mezzanotte. La guardia di sicurezza ci ha controllati era impazienza. Il servizio di colazione era lento anche domenica, e solo una persona faceva tutto, e il personale della ricezione non ha aiutato finché non è andata a servizio in camera.

Siamo tornati in questo hotel per una notte prima di andare all'aeroporto. La colazione è molto corretta. Non c'è niente. La lettera è corretta. Abbiamo avuto una stanza con bagno aperto sulla stanza, beh, non mi piace davvero questo concetto, da vedere per la prossima volta. Pequeno bemol, siamo stati svegliati a ooh30 dal concierge perché aveva trovato una chiave di camera corrispondente alla nostra, voleva sapere se era bene noi nella stanza. Bene, non è davvero cool a quest'ora. Tornero' perche' un hotel conveniente per noi, vicino al parcheggio.

L'hotel è stato trasformato da quando abbiamo visitato per la prima volta, un paio di anni fa, e inizialmente abbiamo scelto l'Alixia, perché era situato nel centro di Antony, vicino a dove vive nostro figlio. In quei giorni era piuttosto scorrevole e disgustoso, anche se il personale è stato sempre amichevole e utile. Ora è un vero piacere rimanere a Montbriand. In particolare le aree comuni - la ricezione, i corridoi e l'ascensore - sono benvenute, pulite e luminose. Il personale è ancora amichevole!Torneremo.
