I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renex Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. Conveniently located just 12 minutes from the airport, this brand-new hotel boasts with modern building. One of the highlights of my stay was the Turkish hamam, which provided a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; everything felt fresh and spotless. Additionally, the breakfast offered was of high quality, with a diverse selection of delicious and fresh options to start the day right. Overall, my experience at Renex Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Amazing hotel with great service! We stayed one night before a flight and it was everything we wanted. The gym is incredible with an outdoor and indoor pool. We left super early in the morning to catch our flight and they gave us breakfast to go. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be near the airport. We took a taxi to the old town and cost us about 500 TL

Месторасположение поставила 3, так как отель стоит прям на дороге. Я не знаю как я уснула, но шум от дороги был такой, что казалось, что окна открыты. Наверное, сильно устала за день. Перед сном мне хотелось встать и пойти и поменять номер, но мы были уставшие и решили попробовать поспать, ведь всего одну ночь перед вылетом. До аэропорта 15 минут на машине, за это плюс. Вокруг не гуляли, но кажется там негде. Кажется рядом сервисный центр или автомойка. Нам дали номер на втором этаже. Просите высокий этаж и чтобы окна были не на дорогу, иначе не уснете, окна очень тонкие. Хаммам и сауны хорошие, советуем. На завтраке можно что-то покушать, но нет риса, а есть картошка фри и пицца. Еще разные хлопья, сыры и колбасы, хлебобулочные. Кофе горький. В номере постель приятная. Полотенца хорошие. Средства гигиены использовали свои. Отель подойдет проездом на 1 ночь после прилета или перед вылетом.

It is a very good hotel with great hospitality. The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurants and spa are very good. You can relax with fitness. It has a great location which is in the centre of city. The hotel had very good personnel and breakfast. Brand new building.

We found the personnel in the hotel very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in the vicinity of the tourist attractions as well as the Expo Centre. The restaurant with luxurious interior creates a welcoming atmosphere and offers diverse Turkish dishes at affordable prices

Talking about the spa only it was 5 Stars. We had a traditional Turkish bath and aroma therapy massage. The staff put so much physical energy and skill into both parts that the experience was effective and so worth it. The whole hotel was beautiful, friendly staff, and good salads at breakfast. As a lactose and gluten intolerant person I did not find any allergen labels, "free from" products or alternatives but I still managed to eat well and enjoy the quality food.

If I could rate 0 stars i would, I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, expecting a luxury experience, but it was incredibly disappointing. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, the service and amenities fell well below expectations. The staff was unresponsive and seemed uninterested in guest comfort. Requests for extra towels and toiletries took too long to fulfil. Not the kind of service you'd expect from a “premium hotel”. This poor service was especially highlighted after experiencing a very unfortunate leak which looked like to be contaminated water in our room next to our beds. This leak was all over our clothes and left a disgusting smell. After reporting this issue this took very long to be resolved, and my family and I felt this was completed “brushed under the rug”. After we told them one of our family members with a health condition was feeling unwell and had to lie down and two of us are asthmatic there was STILL no urgency in concern in moving us to a safe area and had to wait in lobby for a long time. After waiting 2 hours we were offered a new room however upon entering the room I noticed dust on the furniture, and even a stray hair on the counter. Housekeeping clearly did not do a thorough job, and it made the room feel far from luxurious, this was also another thing which took too long to resolve. I appreciate this leak was not the fault of the hotel however, the service, lack of empathy and compassion was appalling. Please note when considering staying at this hotel has a policy of “no food from outside” this is included as any food deliveries. This is something they have not explicitly advertised on their website, as if it was, we would not have stayed in Renex. I have experience in travelling in many countries and staying in different 5-star hotels and I have never come across a policy like this in a “5 -tar” hotel. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far from the luxury stay I anticipated. It's marketed as a 5-star establishment, but in reality it’s not worth the money. It is very clear this hotel is very unfinished I would not stay here again, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for a truly upscale experience.
