Molto insoddisfatto, non è stata un'esperienza da 5 stelle, non vale il prezzo, davvero pessimo

I servizi delle camere sono davvero vecchi. Anche la sensazione generale è cupa. Di notte facevo il check-in con i miei figli. Mi è stata assegnata una stanza al secondo piano, dietro il grande logo dell'hotel sul pannello luminoso. Era difficile addormentarsi a causa del crepitio della corrente elettrica che durava tutta la notte. L'impressione generale e la sensazione non sono buone. Il giorno dopo decisi di cambiare stanza. La prossima volta che andrò lì, non sceglierò questo posto.

園區內酒店，整體非常棒。套餐中有下午茶+禮品茶葉。游泳池超棒。早餐還算豐富。中餐廳菜品（粵菜）中規中矩。唯一感覺就是整體感覺有點兒昏暗（純屬個人感覺，可能是整體設計風格的體現），尤其是就餐區域是否可以把遮陽簾局部開啟，供住店客人選擇不同的明暗區域。客房超級棒！！！是不錯的選測

很不錯的旅行體驗，服務人員熱情友好，態度也很親切，小哥哥都很精神 下單時候看圖片是開了很多年的老店。但進店後發現服務很好，一路有人幫忙拿行李，從下車到房間，服務員都很耐心，就是樓道里燈光有點暗，好在房間很好找。 房間床很大，睡的舒適，衞生很好，房間香香的，早餐吃的也可以，菜品很豐富，種類也很多，對於旅行來説還是不錯的選擇哦

五星好評。來北京出差就近選的酒店，位置隱蔽安靜、環境好、服務好、送的點心也好吃，外賣從來不需要自己去禮賓處取。我的行李箱拉桿脱了下來，毛經理特別有幫助，還拉了師傅來緊急維修。下次還來

朋友臨時有事來京，幫她訂的離辦事地點步行即可到達的酒店，沒想到超出預期的滿意。位置特別便利，和地鐵站就一牆之隔。房間乾淨，早餐豐富，意外驚喜的是游泳池，水清澈人還少。再感謝下前台，對朋友諮詢的事情不僅解答細緻還主動幫忙查詢資訊，幫她節省了時間和體力並且提高了效率。

給親戚訂的房間，來北京玩幾天。酒店是在園區裏面的，環境很好，而且離巢很近。大堂很富麗堂皇，前台人員很好，幫我拿行李到房間。大堂的服務員把我家人照顧的很好，還幫我規劃了出遊行程，很認可酒店的服務，非常感謝。

假期帶孩子出來玩，踏入酒店就被這裏的中式裝潢吸引了。服務和設定配置都不錯，酒店大堂吧非常舒適。表揚下服務員，幫我安排的距離電梯近的房間，主動幫我們拿行李到房間。餐廳的早餐品類很豐富，愉快度過北京之旅。

酒店的服務整體還行，前台處理問題有耐心有效率，在房間緊張的情況下前台經理小毛盡其所能的幫我調房延住，住宿期間全程提供了暖心的服務，感受不太好的地方就是房間有點味道，前台也及時幫我換房了[強]
