A great place located in the Southwestern part of Shenzhen. The rooms are clean and bright, and they really enforce the non-smoke policy, unlike other places in China. There is also a laundry machine and a dryer which is very convenient. The service of this place is the highlight. My mom forgot her watch when we checked out. The staff called me and they sent it to our stay in Shangri-La. Thank you very much!

I found the hotel fully booked although they accepted my booking prior. They spoke Chinese and were reluctant to assist me and there was one Chinese man who offered to speak on my behalf as he had a similar issue and translated for me, they then moved me to a hotel across.

Little too old need renovation n breakfast was too basic can improve a little more they buy outside foods bao was disappointing.

Good location, near Fuwei metro station. Big room and clean.

維也納酒店設施齊全，有自助洗衣機，24小時免費接送機場，酒店衞生條件好，乾淨整潔，周邊美食街琳琅滿目，酒店距離地鐵站特別近，出門衹有20、30米，出行比較方便，酒店帥哥美女服務態度特別好，熱情周到，早餐品質好，菜品種類挺多，維也納酒店與同類酒店相比性價比超高，值得推薦！

房間面積比較大，最大的亮點是酒店的接送機服務，每個小時一班，準時而且司機服務態度好，美中不足的是續住，要求打掃房間，幾個小時後後依然沒有完成。

酒店門口就是地鐵站，24小時有車可以送入住的客人到機場，也有免費停車場，功能性非常強，來住的基本都是要乘火車或飛機。同時房間很大，床單乾淨衞生，衞生間乾濕分離，唯一缺點地毯上有清洗不掉的污漬，這也是用地毯的一大缺點。

酒店就在地鐵12號線福圍站B出口50米，去會展中心和E庫吃飯都很方便，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，停車方便，服務周到人性化，是商旅出行合適的住宿酒店。

前台服務很好，房間衞生打掃得很乾凈，早餐不錯種類豐富多樣，停車也方便

酒店位置容易找，附近有地鐵站。設施齊全，環境還可以，比較乾淨。前台接待很好，用攜程積分升級了房型。有停車場。價格不貴

衞生真是一般。第一天入住的時候發現放箱子的架子一堆泥土。估計是打掃衞生的阿姨都不搽的。早餐也一般，湯粉要自己燙，喝的衹有一種，一天牛奶一天豆漿換着來。下次不會再住的了。
