Lit très confortable, petit déjeuner décevant. La chambre est agréable. Rooftop un plus ok mais ferme le dimanche. Fitness trop petit.

Most absurd réceptionniste I ever encountered, booke da room in front of him on ********** at 21:30 he refused access as they don’t take 50 eur pre authorisation on Apple Pay, offered to pay 50 eur in cash or to debit them via credit card he said it’s was impossible ( stayed at same hotel two weeks prior no problem) after he made fun of me for just being a “classic “ member . Made me call ********** to cancel reservation and leave … first time it happens to me in 25 years of travel

We stayed on two separate days before and after a long trip in Italy, as we used Annemasse as a stop before the Mont Blanc tunnel crossing. Positives first - the hotel is easy to find and located immediately across the train station - it is surprisingly modern and has a light design vibe - someone clearly tried to make this a little bit more interesting. Staff was broadly speaking quite friendly. If you have a car, you will need to park in the train station carpark, located across the road. Be warned that this parking garage was designed by someone with no actual knowledge of car sizes, with the entrance and exit being insanely tight. The area around the station looks barely safe so be aware of needing access to your car at night, possibly not advisable. If you’re looking for a room suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, book a room ending in 06 - these get you a larger bed in a slight recess and two single beds (sofa bed splits in two single, which is a very good feature). That room would be ideal for a quick stop would it not be for (1) terrible air conditioning - we could barely sleep despite tinkering with the controls through the night and (2) inconsistent housekeeping, in both cases items were missing. In the first stay my kids found an opened bag of crisps under the bed. Main issue was hygiene - at dinner on our second/final stay, we noticed that the staff was cutting bread with bare hands, whilst handling payments, cleaning the floor etc… that breads ended up in the baskets delivered to our table so not a good practice at all. Considering this is done in plain sight, one can only shudder af the practices in the kitchen. Hence the overall rating, would not look to stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the Annemasse trainstation. It is only a few minutes walk to the new shopping district which is filled with many different restaurants, bars and shopping outlets. By train it is only 22 minutes to Geneva or alternatively you can take the tram. From Geneva train station there are frequent trains to the airport only 6 minutes away. The hotel is modern and newly built within the past three years. They have gone for an industrialised chic look with polished concrete and exposed infrastructures. There is a lovely bar area which extends into the restaurant where breakfast is also served. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and check in was fast and efficient. I had booked a standard room and was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor, modern furniture and plush fixtures. The bed was very comfortable and naturally took up much of the room. There was a desk with chair, open wardrobe area to hang clothes and open shevling. It was appointed with tea/coffee facilities and a mini fridge. There was a large TV opposite the bed and ample lighting of different varieties. The bathroom was modern with large walk-in shower and a separate WC. The room was quite cramped and if space is important it may be worth upgrading to a larger room. The WiFi was good with speeds up to 40mbs however it did keep dropping and the signal was not strong with only 1-2 bars. There is a very nice rooftop Terrance with bar which is a lovely place to watch the sunset and have a social drink. I did not avail of the breakfast given the amount of bakeries in the local area. Overall this is a very nice modern hotel and well appointed. It's a great alternative to Geneva hotels and you get a lot more value for money.

Some of the staff are friendly, especially those from the Reception. The hotel is strategically located opposite Annemasse Main Train Station. You can easily purchase the ticket and travel to Geneva too. Latitude 46 serves good food (it is the hotel's only restaurant) There are several bus station nearby, where you can hoop on / off the bus easily (eg : Tango) Opposite the hotel is the Tourism Board of Annemasse. There is a mini bar and conference rooms at Level 8 of the hotel. if you wish to stay in this hotel, it is better to be able to communicate in French, else it is very hard to talk to the staff However the room is very small there is no cupboard to hang clothes. If you are staying in standard room, no bedroom sleepers will be provided. According to reception, Sleepers are only for those in Executive Rooms. The carpet in the room is not clean, and I noticed that cleaners entered the room with their boots / shoes, and that could be the reason why the carpet is always dusty and dirty. Another thing to note is the bedsheet is not clean. The mini bar at Level 8 closes at around 10pm, which is too early. The waitresses will ask you to leave by around 10pm. she spoke in French and none of us could understand. Most staff cannot communicate in English. The place may not be safe especially at nights, you can hear people fighting at the back street , from your hotel room . One of the evenings (16 Apr) , we reached the Latitude 46 at around 9.37pm, and were trying to place our orders, a young waiter told us that the kitchen have closed. However, as per the reception, the last call to the kitchen was always at 10pm. We were left with no food, as most of the cafes nearby have already closed, ended up we had to buy burgers from McDonalds. The young waiter (male) was very rude and could not speak English efficiently. In my opinion, this hotel is more suitable only for short stay One plus point is, it is located very near to the town's main train station. That's it.

This Novotel hotel is conveniently located opposite from the Annemass train station. It is a modern hotel which still has the appearance of a new built addition to the centre of Annemass. The main shopping area is only a few minutes walk away where you will find a range of restaurants, bars and shops. The train into Geneva is only 15 mins and is a great option for a less expensive stay than Geneva priced hotels. This was a last minute booking as I was already in Annemass and unhappy with the hotel I was staying in. Even though I have the Accor app I wished to see if a more compelling price could be offered in person. I am glad to report the discounted prices on the app reflect the best price you can avail of in person. Unfortunately I was unable to check-in before 3pm even though I tried at 10am and 12pm. Although the room was available it was policy that you had to pay for an early check-in. Alas, a wait. The lobby is very contemporary and aesthetically pleasing. It has modern fixtures and fittings to a high standard. There is a small seating area in the lobby which joins on to the larger bar/restaurant area. There is a selection of food offered which is priced fairly. There is also a roof top bar open after 5pm which nice views and a terrace to enjoy the evening sunset. I was in a classic room which had a large comfortable bed with a range of pillows to suit your desired softness. The room is appointed with tea/coffee facilities, a fridge, safe, desk area and large television. The WiFi was a very good speed and strength with open access. There was good storage but it is open style shelving and hanging space. The majority of the room is taken up by the bathroom. A large walk in shower with nice vanity area and a separate lavatory. The room was very comfortable but slightly on the small side compared to other Accor hotels. Of course there are other upgraded room options available if this is important. My only complaint was the cleanliness which was seen from staining spray on the toilet walls and curlies under the toilet- no doubt where the mop had pushed them to. I did not avail of the breakfast as there are some nice bakeries near by. Overall this is a very nice hotel up to the expected Novotel standards. Of all the hotels available in Annemass this is not overpriced and you get a standard you will be happy with. The staff were very friendly and helpful and you were always greeted with a smile upon entry.

It is a really brand new novotel series hotel. Very mondern with a lot of elctronic access, with gym and a perfect atmospheric roof garden...You must visit it. The rooms very small..but this is the new trend. Very big tv with internet channels also. Very clean, very new. Breakfast need more exercises...They are very shlow to refill the buffet..but it was a classic novotel buffet. Restaurant menu was perfect. We prefer this for the plates and prices better than the restaurantsof the area. Very nice atmosphere and thw chef...very creative.... Check out very quick. Car parking only 2 min walking with a discount. We would prefer to be free.

The room service menu is limited , need to improve ,the restaurant menu was de cent can add pizza , breakfast is decent too , very good location , reception is helpful , room is clean . Overall decent stay , will recommend it to friends and family .

Welcomed by 2 lovely ladies at the bar while waiting for a friend arriving from the station (literally in front of the bar). Enjoyed a professional service, definitely will come back around when I get the chance!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff are very friendly from time I checked in to check out. I stayed here from 9/6-9/18 and I was greeted with warm welcoming smiles and waves every time I walk in to the hotel. Ms. Jen at the front was very pleasant to chat with. The young lady and gentlemen at the restaurant were also very friendly. Lizbeth at breakfast was a joy to talk to. Aside from the staff, the location of this hotel is very convenient to the train station which made it easy to go around neighboring towns. I would definitely stay here again when I come back and would recommend this to friends and family for sure.
