The best thing about this place was 2 outstanding reception staff Dian & Loui (hope I’ve spelt names correctly). They were helpful, kind, friendly & did everything to assist us when asked. I booked the accommodation via luxury escape & the pictures were amazing & so many positive trip advisor reviews swayed me. The reasons for the poor rating are: there is no where to sit around the pool apart from the hammock, broken fixtures, hole in floor boards, rain leaking through ceiling lights, worn old towels, constantly having to ask for hand towel & top up of toiletries, all meals served in room.. which arrived in middle of massage so cold when time to eat, no where to sit outside of your room, don’t cater for food allergies, took 3 days before Loui was on shift & organised soy milk, but couldn’t organise any tea apart from liptons original black tea, cereal milk arrives in cup nite jug, outside floor uneven, broken jet surrounds in spa bath, need taxi to get anywhere (which Dian & Loui happy to arrange)…so in essence pictures & reality did not compare favourably.

Prime location, decently maintained property. Will recommend.

Aksari was a beautiful, quiet and comfortable villa. Located within a 15 to 20 minute walk to Seminyak beach, it was great after a busy day to head back to a more quiet location to relax. Staff are friendly and would do anything to make your stay remembered. There are cafes around the corner, and at the end of the street. Also an amazing pizza place 4 mins around the corner..would definitely stay again.

We loved staying here. Very kind and friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and the food was delicious. It is a great place to take photos and relax!! It is also convenient location to places including KFC and supermarkets. We will definitely come back again.

I have to admit, I was a little concerned about this stay. Having read some amazing reviews and some not so. The pictures were almost too good to be true but when we first walked in to our villa it was everything the pictures promised. It is a visually stunning accomodation. Yes, a little run down in some aspects (peeling paint/ cracked plaster in the outdoor shower area), noisy but effective aircon. We did find what we thought was rodent poop in our bed, staff were quick to come out and change our sheets as per our request but after a bit of a google search we found it was actually gecko poop! Still not ideal but thankfully not as gross. Our hot water was almost non existent for the first 2 nights but it wasn’t an issue as it was so humid! When we did mention it to front desk they immediately rectified the issue and we had hot water. The big Breakfast I felt was a bit ordinary but the fried rice breakfast was delicious and more palatable when not served steaming hot which is hard to achieve when delivering to the villas. Location was not too bad, only 2 minutes walk to a mart, English bar, Starbucks, kfc and other little local spots. About 20/30min walk to town and the beach. All in all we really enjoyed our stay, got loads of relaxing done in the comfortable surrounds. We were greeted with beaming smiles and hellos from every staff member we encountered and found them all very attentive. Would definitely stay again.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our villa was very beautiful and clean. Would 100% recommend for a couple. Breakfast and lunch was delicious highly recommend the waffles. The pillows were so fluffy!

Disgraceful... I could write a novel that would rival 'War and Peace' about the faults of these villas, but I will let just a few of my photos do all the talking. Management do not respond to communication and all the photos on their website are out of date. If you want a ridiculously creaky bed that you can't roll over on without waking up, cold breakfast, zero customer service, a kitchenette with nothing in it apart from ONE amazingly filthy wine glass, dirty amenities and a housekeeping team who have clearly had no training (note the banana from the 'welcome fruit platter' on DAY EIGHT of our stay still sitting on in our room), grey stained towels and to top it off staff who find it amusing when you find rats in your room for the price of $350AUD A NIGHT then this is your place. Their website states they use Sensatia bathroom amenities... in reality you will find 2 large dispensers of soap/shampoo that have not been changed, or cleaned in a very long time... I contacted management before posting this review to give them a chance to rectify the literal 2 pages of issues we had with their villa, I received no response so here I am. Do not stay here... Sincerely, the stupid couple who paid for 12 nights upfront due to very false advertising.

My partner and I have never stayed somewhere that was so welcoming! The staff at aksari really go above and beyond tia and dwik were especially accomadating and lovely. Location wise it was in a quiet street abit far from things but we actually liked that as some areas can be very hectic! The pool was amazing and the aircon worked a treat the villa could do with a little bit of a spruce up but we were very comfortable:)

We absolutely loved our stay at Aksari! The Villa was absolutely stunning and the staff were just beautiful! Our meals that we had were amazing and the included massages were blissful! Thank you for an amazing experience and stay.

A luxury romantic villa featured a spacious living area, swimming pool, elegantly furnished dining area. This villa has a private swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also, inside room has a complete kitchen set including refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, tv, speaker, telp, etc and complete amenities. Located in central Seminyak easy to find a food, bar, beach club are nearby. This villa provide floating breakfast with various kinds of foods. I’m impressed with the staff, whenever they see the guests, they always give greeting with smiles on their faces, thanks to Pratnya, Riyanti and Dwi who helped me during check in and check out. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back again. Btw, this is my second time stayed at Aksari.

服務態度100分，環境，位置，其它全都不及格。最恐怖的是，一個房間裏，是卧室裏起碼有五面鏡子，超大的那種，晚上關了燈總瘮的慌。

Jacuzzi is the best thing. my hubbs said the room is so spacious and fragrant. we love the bed, comfy, and lot of pillow. will back for sure. Breakfast is so so, but still good. and the pool is quite big.
