Abbiamo avuto un fine settimana molto piacevole in questo hotel. Sì è molto vecchio e poteva fare con una buona pulizia ma i positivi superano i negativi. La posizione è bella .... bello e tranquillo con grandi cammini proprio dietro l'hotel. Il parcheggio era piuttosto stretto, ma abbiamo scoperto un parcheggio di sovraspolveramento sul retro dove si trova la coperta e dove si possono chiudere le biciclette per la notte. Le camere sono tipiche di stile Fletcher ..... carpette blu con mobili marroni ma bello e spazioso. Molto comodi letti puliti con caffè e te'. Bello balcone per aprire la porta e lasciare l'aria. È voluto un po' trovare un asciugacapelli e ancora mi chiedo perché la hanno appesa e filata sotto la televisione. Il bagno era molto accogliente quando si vede quanto piccolo è la piscina ..... ma mi chiedevo come un anziano potrebbe salire nel bagno per fare una doccia vedendo che non ci sono mattoni di scivolo sulla superficie ..... letale per una persona anziano o qualcuno con disabilità. Una zona di colazione molto spaziosa con molte tavole disponibili e per il colazione stessa, era eccellente. Tutto quello che volevate era stato messo fuori e il cuoco dietro il contatore faceva costantemente uova fresche e bacon. Il personale di ricezione era sempre occupato, ma molto amichevole e utile.

Servizio orribile. Senza aiuto e molto coraggioso. Ho mandato un'e-mail all'hotel per dire che saremmo arrivati dopo le 11:00 per l'ispezione. Ho ricevuto una risposta gentile che diceva: ”Non è un problema”. Ho continuato a tenere informato l'hotel, dopo che abbiamo lasciato Amsterdam, e non ci hanno informato che c'era un festival in questa città e che sarebbe stato difficile arrivare all'hotel. L'uomo che ho parlato era la persona più inamichevole, insopportabile e insopportabile. Le camere erano confortevoli e il colazione era buono (al ristorante lungo la strada) ma ci siamo trovati solo per qualche ora. Il servizio del personale di mattina è stato costituito per l'uomo inaccettabile, brutto, non professionale e insopportabile della notte precedente, che non dovrebbe lavorare nell'industria turistica. Deplorevole, questa è la nostra prima volta che ci fermiamo in questo hotel e sarà l'ultima volta. È una vergogna che vogliamo sostenere piccole imprese familiari. Non mi consiglio di rimanere qui durante il fine settimana che abbiamo soggiornato in giugno. Siamo stati qui per la MotoGP e rimarremo altrove la prossima volta.

We chose to stay here whilst attending a wedding party with relatives. We had struggled to find a hotel in Groningen as there was a famous band playing and accommodation was either scarce or expensive. So although a little drive away, this hotel fitted the bill. There is free parking for guests and this is located around the hotel block. The reception staff were friendly and booking in was convenient and hassle free. The rooms are well presented and clean, with shower rooms and tea and coffee making facilities available. Within the complex there are a number of bars and restaurants as well as play areas and an arcade area. Although we never participated, there was entertainment and children’s activities on offer as well as swimming, bikes to hire, a spa and bowling. In our country we would call this a holiday camp rather than a hotel. The buffet breakfast was lovely and lots of outdoor seating available. We loved our stay here and although brief, we would consider coming back should we have a need to visit The Netherlands in the future. Thank you 🙏

Hotel molto grande. Spazioso camera da letto e bagno con bagno, doccia e toletta separata. Porta scivolante offre accesso allo spazio esterno condiviso (balcone). Abbiamo avuto cibo nel bar e ci siamo davvero goditi, a buon prezzo. Bagno e tavolo da bagno in zona bar, ma leggermente messo lontano. La piscina e le strutture di benessere sono libere e veramente ben mantenute. Molto pulito e molte scelte: sauna salina, sauna erba, sauna finlandese, hamam, sauna infrarossa, bagni a piedi e doccia di neve. Le stanze sono dotate di asciugamani e ci sono chiavi libere nelle stanze di cambio. Cambiamenti non sono misti. Godetevi il nostro soggiorno.

Siamo venuti a fare un tè alto, e all'ingresso abbiamo potuto prendere ogni tavolo che volevamo, a partire dal tavolo dove volevamo sederci, ci sono stati dei granelli di zucchero di una visita precedente. Dopo un breve periodo di tempo, i biscotti sono arrivati sul tavolo, insieme a due bicchieri di acqua calda e un altro termoscan di acqua calda seguiti da una selezione di sacchi di tè. Questo è un po’ un mistero, un po’ un pacchetto di se stesso. Era un po' più professionale e affascinante se si chiedeva quale tè volevamo e che era stato messo dalla cucina e servito in un bicchiere di tè, eventualmente con mutandine. I biscotti erano molto buoni, sembravano anche buoni.
