Hotel a Santa Cruz, Stati Uniti d'America

TL; DR: I’m a monthly traveler and this Fairfield Inn was absolutely a gem in Santa Cruz. Very clean, modern and well kept. Definitely coming back. This is a nice quiet property just off Hwy 1, but shielded enough from traffic that it's pretty quiet. Fairfield Inn SC is a newer property that is well maintained. Anthony at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating of special requests (higher floor, view, later check out). Staff in general were very friendly and staffing was appropriate for the traffic. We got the suite w/ a balcony on a higher level floor - though the hotel doesn't have amazing views from its location, by request, they placed us where there was a view of the ocean at least. The suite was spacious, well appointed, modern and best of all - immaculate. You could even see where housekeepers had wiped down high touch surfaces and counter tops from the residue of microfiber cloths being wiped across them. Save money on breakfast - they had something for everyone, including for those w/ dietary restrictions like gluten allergies or vegetarian. The breakfast had a good spread of various proteins, cereals, fresh fruit, juice, tea/coffee and even grab and go items. An extra plus, that the set up of the breakfast area allows for plenty of social distancing. There's even a patio you can eat breakfast on.

Check in was easy and they had everything ready once we arrived around 5pm. The hotel general areas and room were very clean. There is a free breakfast but we decided to go to McDonalds and Ferrell's Donuts, which are both just a minute walk away. Parking was $10/day. The parking garage is under the hotel but not secured with a gate in case that's a concern for you.

L'interno dell'hotel era pulito, soprattutto i piccoli pezzi di pelliccia sul pavimento del bagno, che mi facevano sentire come se fossi sotto pressione. Il ristorante interno era anche bello, e c'erano persone che giocavano nella piscina, ma non siamo entrati perché era freddo.

Grande posizione, l'hotel più recente vicino al cammino. Il parcheggio è extra (20 dollari attualmente), ma almeno è in un fondo sicuro. Grandi camere pulite, il personale del desk front era molto utile.Tornerebbe di nuovo!

La mia prima esperienza di Fairfield per una notte, usando il mio status Platinum con Marriott. Il check-in era molto piacevole e il personale in servizio era molto piacevole e ospite. La camera era bella e spaziosa, che rendeva la famiglia felice. Apprezzo un bagno in camera 2 Queen. Il parcheggio era in una garage coperta portata che si sentiva molto sicuro e sicuro. Amo l'esperienza nella piscina. Era una buona dimensione e molto pulito. Il cavo era un punto più. Il ginnastico era piccolo ma funzionava per un breve soggiorno. La mattina dopo era buona, oltre le mie aspettative e anche con le waffle!! In generale, una buona esperienza e ritornerebbero in futuro.

Non doveva mai scrivere questo cattivo di un recensione. E'stata una terribile esperienza per quello che ho passato. La prima impressione della ricezione frontale era cattiva. 2 ricevitori, uno al telefono aiutando una signora con un problema. Sembrava molto stressata. Il signore ci ha aiutato a fare una linea, e quando era il mio turno, la mia carta non passava. Quando la signora ricevente era stata chiamata, sembrava che avesse un'inconvenienza mentale. Egli decise di provare la mia carta da parte sua e fu processato con successo. Non mi spiegava né mi diede istruzioni sulla chiave. La chiave doveva lavorare gli ascensori e la potenza nelle stanze dovevo scoprire da solo. Non ha offerto né spiegato il parcheggio, sono tornato dopo aver scaricato le nostre cose e abbiamo scoperto che non c'era posto per parcheggiare. Il ricevitore ha appena lavorato la mia carta. Sono rimasto 3 notti e nessuno è entrato nella mia stanza per prendere il rifiuti o prendere i vestiti sporchi. L’unica cosa che hanno fatto è stato mettere un set di vestiti puliti la notte prima del mio check-out giorno e questo’è accaduto. Mi è stato dato una stanza accessibile. Non ne ho chiesto uno. Una luce su una stand notturna è stata smontata. Ho trovato più biglietti di lotto all'interno del letto. Il manico di carta da bagno è stato rotto. Per il resto..... che tipo di bar si chiude alle 8? Il barista non sembrava professionale o benvenuto. Quando ho controllato, mi sono chiesto come volevo il mio ricevimento. Su carta o email. Le ho detto che preferisco ricevere un mail. Ho controllato circa le 8 e sono arrivato alle 435 e non ho ricevuto il mio mail. Le uniche persone che dirò che erano sorprendenti al loro lavoro erano i camerieri. Sono stati amici, aiutanti e hanno fatto il loro lavoro.

位置不尷不尬，離海灘走過去稍遠了一點，開車又沒幾分鐘。因為代客泊車，開車出去小費要付的😉。停車要另外付費。圖片中酒店的游泳池，照片拍出來都好看，實際上很少人用。

Questo hotel è bellissimo! La piscina è calda e la spiaggia sull'oceano è proprio lì per prendere il sole e godersi il relax.

My fiancé and I were traveling for our one year anniversary and this hotel was amazing! When we walked into the room, the staff even left us a “happy anniversary” card and gift bag with some snacks and waters. How nice to walk into the room and see that! Staff was so kind during the one night we stayed there. Pool was pretty small when we walked past it but we didn’t use it, so it’s okay. It’s also the perfect distance from everything you want to do in Santa Cruz! I would definitely go back to this hotel in the future when I come back to Santa Cruz!
