Hotel 5 stelle centrale vicino zone nightclub necessita di un restyling totale e soprattutto della sistemazione dell aria condizionata che non funzionava proprio e si è dormito con le finestre aperte altrimenti si moriva del caldo ;la stanza parzialmente ristrutturata nel bagno (asciugamani grigi e lenzuola di basso livello )presentava mobili old style è un forte odore di fumo .In terrazza inoltre una piccionaia improvvisata in un buco la faceva da padrona . Cena e colazione nella norma . Per una notte va bene .

The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.

Sono rimasto per tre notti e non potevo essere più felice con la comodità della stanza, la pulizia del COVID e le precauzioni che hanno preso, e soprattutto il servizio del personale. Ho bisogno di aiuto con una chiamata internazionale e di prenotare una ferrata dopo aver lasciato l'hotel: hanno aiutato con entrambi. E non hanno bisogno ... La mia chiamata internazionale non è passata dalla stanza (probabilmente il mio goof), e hanno posto la chiamata per me. Quando ho cercato di prenotare un traghetto a Istanbul su un sito web che ha continuato a completare l'operazione in turco, mi hanno aiutato a capire i dati. E quando le mie carte di credito americane non sono state accettate, hanno anche prenotato con una carta aziendale, e hanno aggiunto il costo/non un supplemento alla mia stanza. Infine, quando ho lasciato la mia telecamera in cabina dopo aver lasciato l'hotel, hanno lavorato con il mio (futuro) capo di viaggio per identificare la cabina, tenere la telecamera per me e mandarla a me in viaggio. Non hanno dovuto fare nulla di questo: avrei già lasciato l'hotel ... ma erano eccellenti nel aiutarmi a uscire. La posizione è buona, per le altre recensioni, ma ciò che li rende davvero indipendenti è come si prendono cura degli ospiti dell'hotel sia in condizioni generali di proprietà sia rendendo il soggiorno comodo.

Ho scelto lo Sheraton perché di norma è un hotel di eccellenza. Non è però il caso di Ankara: il costo della stanza è di oltre 200 euro a notte, ma non ha nulla delle caratteristiche che sono proprie di un albergo a 5 stelle. Intanto sappiate che la piscina è chiusa per non meglio specificati restauri. Lo scoprite solo al momento del check In. La colazione poi è poverissima nel reparto dolce: cornetti stitici e rinsecchiti, muffin raffermi da oltre due giorni, cappuccino prodotto dalle solite macchinette elettriche, che fanno un prodotto modesto. Se poi uscite dalla camera e tornate dopo 5 h, potreste trovarla non rassettata, come è accaduto a noi. Scriviamo infatti per ingannare il tempo, in attesa che la riassettino. Per il resto la camera al 23 piano è luminosa e tecnologica, con bagno non grande ma soddisfacente. A causa dei problemi sopra rappresentati non mi consentirei di consigliare questa struttura a nessuno. Per quel prezzo- e forse per molto meno- si può trovare di meglio.

交通和購物都很方便，酒店後面就是安卡拉最大購物中心，距離地鐵站也很近 步行5分鐘左右吧，出差住在這個地方 無論打車還是坐地鐵都很方便，屬於安卡拉四條大主幹公路中間區域！

Odd title for this hotel, but you cannot believe how much of a struggle it is to find this hotel online even after it was booked for us! First of all, it is a generic name - Ankara and Hotel feature prominently in the name in which there are hundreds of hotels in Ankara and you are bombarded with ads or other hotels. Secondly, I am great at such things and finding out and even I struggled. Thirdly, it was worse when we were in Turkey as the websites all come up in Turkish and you spend valuable time translating etc on a cell phone with data! If you cannot rename it, add a unique identifier to it. Second gripe and the final one - this hotel is right outside the main train station at Ankara. We arrived by train from Istanbul, presumably a popular way for people to come to this hotel. Was there a single sign on the station? Nope.. Misleadingly, an elevator on one side of the station has a huge sign outside displaying an ad/banner for this which could be taken as the elevator to the hotel. Nope! It just goes down to the ground floor. So you have to exit the station, turn left and keep walking past some cafes and then come to the entrance. Once you are there, the hotel is magnificent, modern and spacious in every way. Staff is courteous and the onsite restaurant looks good though we did not use it. The rooms are very modern with every comfort, fancy buttons to set room status to buys, do not disturb, please clean etc etc. There are many empty well laid out floors with seating areas etc so you do not have to sit in your room. An office/working area too if you so wish. All in all, great value, excellent facilities, great staff, just let down by the previous two gripes.

Noi siamo rimasti all'hotel e siamo stati molto felici del servizio. I dipendenti erano molto felici di aiutare, soprattutto il direttore di vendita Nurettin Mutlugün. Era molto gentile, utile e carino. Raccomando i suoi servizi e l'hotel a tutti. Era molto gentile e carino. Ringrazio ancora Nurettin Mutluün.

Posizione comoda dell'hotel camere reali eccellenti Non so nulla di quelle ordinarie. È un po' scomodo dover salire le scale per le grandi stanze su un piano. Il personale è cordiale, tutto è pulito ma non la finestra.
