L'ho prenotato per il mio fidanzato per il suo viaggio d'affari. L'ha amata! Solo al lato non poteva regolare il calore nella sua stanza, quindi era come una sauna, ma tutto il resto era grande

The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.

This hotel is ideal for anyone coming to Ankara looking to stay in a comfortable and modern hotel that is located in a good part of the city and close to many attractions, recreational avenues and restaurants as well as walking distance from a vibrant part of Ankara known as Kızılay. The entire staff is very friendly and ready to assist throughout the day. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed and the rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated. My biggest concern whenever I travel is the cleanliness of the room and the rooms in this hotel are definitely very clean and the standard seems to be consistently maintained. They also have Starbucks available in the hotel which is another plus point for days when you just want to grab some coffee and don’t want to go too far. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with a mix of Turkish delicacies and other continental items. The service is fast and everyone is very attentive as well. They have a great seating section spread over 2 floors and even a small space outside for the cooler months which is great. The hotel is located in the Embassy district so if you’re coming to Ankara for any official work or to apply for visas, it’s advisable to stay near the embassy in case you need to go back and forth for documents or any printing/photocopying services which the hotel is also able to assist with. I think all the major embassies situated in Ankara are within 7-15 minutes away from the hotel. Holiday Inn hotels are always good value for money and this one certainly is worth your time and money if you want affordable luxury accommodation in the capital city! Would definitely recommend it to all types of travelers going to Ankara in the near future

Il complesso è fantastico, l'atteggiamento di servizio è buono, ci sono anche centri commerciali accanto, molto conveniente.L'unico piccolo problema è che il letto di camera doppia è molto piccolo. Se può migliorare questo, è perfetto!

L'hotel raccomandato dai clienti di Ankara è buono, la posizione geografica è molto vicina alla società clienti, ma un po'di distanza dall'aeroporto.L'ambiente dell'hotel è buono, la camera è anche grande, in generale non è buona.

Front, upper rooms offer fantastic view. All personnel was very kind, respectful and friendly, especially Anil, in the restaurant. He did always exceed my expectations... Hotel is located next to a mall in a busy business location. I would come back.

Sono venuto qui con la mia famiglia per guardare l'hotel... e sono molto felice di essere qui... e il personale era molto sorridente e affettuoso... e mia moglie non poteva uscire perche' era disturbata... e poi hanno portato la cena fino a qui. Grazie anche alla direzione per avervi inviato dei fiori per il loro disturbo e grazie anche al personale che si trova in un posto molto bello a Rosary, e consiglio a tutti i risate che si trovano in questo hotel.

La stanza è pulita, il personale è molto gentile e gentile, la generazione di piacere, la signora prima e il signore eren, era molto gentile e interessata. Le camere sono di vasta portata e non c'è nessun problema di parcheggio pulito... a caccia e caffè... a distanza dalla cocaina.

Abbiamo avuto una straordinaria esperienza a Lugal, un Luxury Collection Hotel. Il servizio clienti era eccellente. Erano molto utili per ottenere il nostro bagaglio che era stato perso dalla compagnia aerea. Il personale ha anche fatto ogni sforzo per assicurarsi che le nostre altre esigenze fossero soddisfatte. Ad esempio, quando siamo arrivati per la prima volta ho detto ad Aysima che ero in ritardo di jet. Ha avuto il bar dell'hotel mi ha fatto una bevanda che era noto per aiutarmi con questo. Era deliziosa. L'hotel ha anche offerto colazione per la nostra famiglia quando abbiamo avuto un volo mattinale molto presto per catturare. Il personale dell'hotel ha fornito una grande piastra di frutta nella stanza la notte prima del nostro volo. Tutto il personale era super utile e amichevole. Ci sentiamo molto benvenuti. Sembravano sempre sorridenti. Le camere e i bagni erano bellissimi. I letti erano molto comodi e il bagno era meraviglioso. Abbiamo apprezzato la varietà di caffè e tè fornito nelle stanze.L'intera famiglia è stata molto impressionata con questo hotel e con la gente.

Rooms were really sub standard. Told them for three days aur con not working, but insisted it was when thermostat read 26 degrees. Tatty furnishings, poor breakfast and closed many services due to low number of guests (I wonder why?). Had a leak from bath with water all over the floor. Refused to give me another room, as wanted to fix the problem and leave me in same room. Manager was completely arrogant and unwilling to prioritise guest comfort. Avoid at all cost!
