A magnificent hotel in every way. The rooms are very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the upper floors, they did not refuse my request and prepared a very nice room. The reception answers all your questions and needs, they are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Tunali, safe and within walking distance to important points. Thanks to housekeeping ( especially to Cigdem), room service and all the staff at the reception.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel sehr Zentral gelegen recht gute Lage. Haus sehr Modern sehr gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Wir fanden es Toll. Auch ein Zimmer in Oberes Stockwerk machte unsere Aussicht und Aufenthalt nochmals deutlich schöner. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung waren reichlich Parkplätze, was wir sehen konnten, aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants etc. Ich kann es meiner Meinung nach empfehlen, aber selber auch würde ich immer wieder dieses Hotel besuchen. Da wir täglich eingeladen wurden, kann ich das Frühstück leider nicht bewerten.

Beş yıldızlı bir otel donanımı yok,banyo havluları yüz havlusundan biraz büyük rengi gri olmuş incelmiş ve zımpara gibi olmuş böyle havlu kasaba otelinde misafire verilmez ayıptır, çarşaflar,yataklar, yastıklar hepsi 2 yıldızlı bir otel gibi , gerçekten inanılmaz kötü. Ayrıca oda servisinden söylediğiniz bir soda yı bile oda hesabına yaşamayız, peşin almamız gerekiyor diyerek misafiri rencide edici davranışları var. Misafir bir sodanin parasını ödemeden kaçacak ya....

The hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning. I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

Good hotel, very comfortable and the staff is always there for anything by you ever need. I would really recommend this hotel if you are searching for a good place with good location. Would’ve been good to have more machines in the gym

It was one of the best hotel in terms of price and quality ratio during our stay period. The rooms were very clean and new hotel , but there were some small details missing, like liquid soap for hands , slippers, and a toothbrush which is provided by asking. Rooms facing the front can be a bit noisy, but everything else, including the restaurant and the staff, was great. They have an indoor garage, and if it’s full, they’re very helpful. Other than that, I don’t have much else to say. It’s a decent and good hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

La suite di Jacuzzi non funzionava nemmeno. E i dipendenti non trovavano una soluzione. Ho chiamato prima di andare a pulire e preparare la giacca, ma la giacca era già pulita e quando sono arrivato, mi hanno detto di riempire la giacca e non era pulita, c'era un capello di peli e così via. Quando ho chiamato perche' non ho lavorato, ho fatto un trattamento che mi sembrava non avrei lavorato, poi qualcuno che lavorava alla terza chiamata è venuto a guardare e non ha funzionato, poi non c'è stato niente per il piacere extra, eccetto il problema del jacuzi, la stanza era molto bella e pulita. Non c'era un dentista e una borsa per uso unico, ma quando l'ha chiesto, l'hanno mandato subito. I lavoratori non hanno riso, ma hanno detto che la prossima volta che arrivate, vi alziamo la stanza, non so se andrò più, ma sono molto felice di trovarla.

L'hotel più vecchio, la posizione geografica è buona, ci sono molti hotel vicino, camminare mezzo ora dal centro commerciale.La stanza è abbastanza grande, il letto è abbastanza grande, il servizio è buono.Ci sono configurazioni di base, buona roba.Ma i vestiti, le tavole sono più vecchie e le attrezzature sono più vecchie. Il vento eolico della nostra stanza si fermano per circa dieci secondi, che non è buono per il piccolo e vecchio cassaforte.La colazione è generalmente sensata, non è troppo.
