Almaty: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

L'ambiente è molto bello e bello L'unico difetto è anche il più grande difetto del letto. Il letto è troppo vecchio, l'intera trappola si è incastrata, è ancora insidioso, e il sonno è molto incomodo La ricezione ha detto che ogni stanza è la stessa 🤷🏼♀️

L'hotel è stato costruito con stile, ma molto tempo fa! L'hotel è piuttosto vecchio e necessita di ristrutturazione!!!

Wonderful hotel. Breakfast is very enjoyable. Will come back again.

Appartiene ad un hotel più vecchio, il cameriere è gravemente insufficiente, l'hotel è molto grande, si può vedere la montagna di neve fuori dalla finestra, l'edificio hotel è di stile reale vecchio, l'aria condizionata è relativamente forte, è generalmente condizionata sotto letto, la colazione è buona, la consapevolezza del servizio del cameriere non può essere confrontata con l'hotel in catena internazionale

L'hotel e il personale erano fino a pari. Una questione è stata ancora inviata al conducente dopo aver ricevuto una doppia conferma della cancellazione del trasferimento aeroportuale.

Our stay at Ritz-Carlton Almaty was exceptional, in fact our fav part of the city as tourists. The best part was the warm service from the staff, in particular thanks to Yekaterina (Kate), Malika, and concierge lady. Kate was welcoming and informative upon check in. Guest service staff Malika gave us attentive care throughout our stay and accommodated our preferences, which truly enhanced our experience in the country. Concierge lady gave us comprehensive advice on where to visit. The view from both our room and the Sky Lounge was unparalleled. Snow-capped mountains framed the landscape, offering a mesmerizing backdrop that undoubtedly ranks among the best in Almaty. Will definitely come back here if we’re back in the city.

Location is in the fron of city, far away from airport. To the ciry centrum id will go in morning till 10a than will be in tradic and will go 1-2 hours. Room new with comfortable beds, but i recomend book the cheapest rooms, because deluxe (50sqr) are about nothing, just alot of free space. Maybe if you will do some party in the room for 5-10 people. Room design very simpe compere with ankther hotel where i was. Food very my tasty. In breakfast were a lot of vegetables, deuits, sweets and etc… No welcome drink, 80% staff looked for very strange, unfriendly and not plesure. Spa big, steamed bath with canalizatiom smell…

Subject: Excellent Location, but Overpriced and Outdated Rooms I stayed at Hotel Kazakhstan in Almaty for more than 10 days, drawn initially by its prime location. The hotel’s location is indeed its biggest strength—bang on the main road with excellent accessibility to various parts of the city, making it convenient for travelers. The property itself is a heritage hotel, and while it has its charm, the overall experience was mixed. The hotel is quite old, though the upkeep and concierge services were commendable. However, the parking facility was a major issue. During snowfall, it became extremely messy, and entering the hotel was quite challenging. Regarding the rooms, my experience varied throughout the stay: • The initial superior room booked online was decent, offering good space and facilities. • The “supreme premium superior” room I opted for later was disappointing—it was smaller, with a worse layout and fewer amenities than the superior room, which was surprising and frustrating. • For the last three days, I upgraded to a junior suite. While it offered more space, the layout and overall upkeep of the room felt outdated, leaving much to be desired. A consistent issue across all three rooms was the drainage system in the washrooms, which was poorly maintained and created unnecessary inconvenience. The breakfast provided as part of the stay had a wide selection and was good. However, the menu did not change for all nine days, which became monotonous for a longer stay. Room dining, though available, could be significantly improved in terms of quality and variety. Overall, while the location of Hotel Kazakhstan is unbeatable and perfect for those who want to stay in the heart of the city, the property feels overpriced given the outdated facilities and lack of variety in services. I would only recommend it to travelers with a good budget who prioritize location and heritage charm over modern amenities.

Posizione conveniente come potrei camminare ovunque Il colazione era buono, perché avevo tutti i cibi freschi dal buffet. La stanza era abbastanza grande Mi hanno fatto la notte quasi ogni giorno. La metà del personale era amichevole, ma metà era in faccia a poker. Non sapere se è la cultura kazaka. Ho trovato l'Uzbek molto più amichevole La sala da ginnastica non aveva un matto per i pesi così un piccolo rumore dal peso sarebbe stato sconvolto su La stanza era molto datata come è stata costruita più di 30 anni fa
