Hotel con piscina a Albuquerque

Jeffrey provided excellent customer service, he is courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, professional, & a very caring person! The other front desk staff & housekeeping also provided excellent customer service; however, we didn’t get everyone’s names. The only issue we had fir this location is that there are no elevators to the second floor where the most accessible accommodation for us is located so we could not stay. Thank you

Il cibo era catturato e andato e allergico al cipolle e al frutto di barbabietole era, un un non soddisfacente pezzo di frutta e caffè. Non sono sicuro perché non hanno cambiato il frutto di nuovo alle waffle. Il personale del desk era carino e amichevole, le tovaglie erano molto morbide, fluffy e quasi completamente senza scena, la zona della piscina era scarsamente luminosa e sembrava un buon istituto per un omicidio. Il tubo caldo aveva solo un jet, ma almeno l'acqua era calda. Mi sorprendeva che avessero una sauna che funzionava bene. Il letto era inciso nel sangue e la copertura della materassi era sporca, ma perché il pavimento non aveva un tetto, il pavimento era ben pulito.

This hotel is in a little bit of a sketchy place but we had such a great experience! My family usually stays at this chain when we travel, and this particular location was excellent. First, Roger greeted me at the front desk and was kind, professional and very helpful. The room was great. Im a germaphobe and the room was very clean and I felt comfortable having my two young kids there and bathing them in the tub. The beds and pillows were comfy. My husband went to the gym and said it was nice and clean. And the breakfast was robust! Lots of options including eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, etc. The only thing that I think could improve is the coffee, but it was drinkable! Overall a great stay. And for a great price.

Hotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room,hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used,although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.

Credevo che la posizione fosse grande. Il centro è relativamente lento ma sembra creare facile accesso al resto della città. Le camere sono relativamente basilari ho dovuto sperimentare quelle con una camera da bagno aggiornata e quelle senza. La palestra è molto scarsamente brillante e la piscina è ancora più così. Il personale è colpito o mancato. Alcuni erano gentili e attenti, altri non erano. È certamente la costruzione che sta avvenendo, quindi ci sono i suoni di ciò che accade in tutto l'hotel. Non c'è molto di più da dire, niente che sia davvero negativo o positivo.

We used the RV park. It is an open space very new and sterile. Great spaces with patios, full hook up, etc,, but don't look for any shade or ambiance. Stay 2 nights paid and get one night free. Unfortunately the power went out second night at 1 AM and did not come back on by 10 AM when and we decided to leave after 2 nights. Never got to use the 3rd free night because of the power problem. Also the center building which was supposed to have a laundry was restricted to bathrooms only and you had to go way to the front to do laundry. Security is excellent with a very attentive gate guard. ****** is very close and a shuttle is provided. Next time to Albuquerque I would find another park unless I was there for the ********.

Un'auto veloce e facile per la maggior parte della città. Le camere erano molto pulite e tedesche. Aveva qualche problema con le carte chiave, il personale era estremamente professionale e utile! Bella hotel a buon prezzo! Sicuramente rimarrà!

L'hotel era sorprendente personale molto rispettoso la stanza era sorprendente le strutture erano anche grandi molto vicini a molti luoghi per ottenere cibo camminare a distanza un piccolo piccolo discrezione la catena della porta è stata rotta ma nessuna grandezza diversa da quella io Molto consigliare questo hotel e io resterei lì di nuovo

OK for the price. But beware, our room #105 was super small. Ended up with all of our bags on the floor. Can barely get around one side of the bed. Walk in shower only. No tub. Small counter space at the sink. But the room was clean. Pretty easy access with a decent restaurant close by.
