Stay in the Executive Floor , the lounge closing hour is not as stated, lounge service and front desk is below average. The fitness center and pool area is closed anytime, you have to call someone to open it. The accessibility is very limited. Housekeeping service is good.

Double room beds are not queen they are full size and not comfortable not enough towels in a double room

On the way to this hotel my wife pulled up reviews on this location and was concerned about our stay. While no doubt the hotel needs a refersh, our room was fine, the staff was friendly and competent, they offer a free shuttle to area attractions (including pickup!). I would gladly stay here again. Our shuttle driver and the gentleman at the coffee bar were exceptional! Don't believe all of the negativity, not sure what these reviewers were hoping for.

Thankfully we got there early cause Libby was packed when we went to leave for concert and when we got back we waited 45 mins in line for slow ass elevators to get to our room on 10th floor so no walking up stairs

Our room had no heat. It was 36° outside and the AC would not stop running. Attempted to turn on the heat, and nothing happened. Shut the entire system off, and it continued to run for a couple of hours after. Hotel staff was amazing, making sure we had extra blankets and everything we needed to be as comfortable as possible. The check in process was great, considering the number of people trying to check in at once. The woman who checked us in was AWESOME!

Hotel location and staff were great. We had a room to attend a concert nearby and it was walkable. Came back to shower and the bath mat had hair on it, the trash can had someone's trash in it. It was 12am so we didn't want to bother staff that late at night. It was ok. Didn't realize that there was a daily parking fee until we got there. Nothing anyone can do about it, but there were some unhoused people outside of the hotel. Bar staff was so nice providing complimentary water when we asked for it and made sure to tip him as we didn't order any alcoholic drinks from them

We checked in at 6:00 pm, attended a concert at the MVP Arena (which we walked to) and checked out at 9:00 am the very next day. The staff was courteous and friendly. The shuttle was a welcome perk and the shuttle drivers were great. Just wish there had been more food choices available at 11pm on Sunday night. Grub Hub is expensive.

Stayed overnight after a concert, the hotel does not have public stairwells, which lots of people were unsure about how that was even legal. Hundreds of people waited in line to use four elevators just to get back to our rooms. Floors had signs for vending machines but there were only ice dispensers. Housekeeping knocked and tried coming into our room at 8:30 in the morning the day of checkout while we were still asleep. Room itself was okay - very clean and comfortable, the stay itself was less than great.

Hotel room was nice, but the toilet didn’t work properly and neither did the heat/air conditioning. Our room was 84 degrees overnight. We could hear our neighbors’ voices and phone alarms, not because they were outrageously loud but because the walls were too thin. Lastly, we stayed to see a large concert. When the elevator line was long as I asked where the stairs were, the receptionist told me there aren’t any stairs, which is clearly a lie because of fire code.

Check in process needs to be updated. Having only 3 people for a hotel that’s next to an arena is not efficient. Adding a check in kiosk or assigning rooms as they’re being booked would be better options. Bedding was yellow and dingy. Bathroom had grime on shower walls and tub. Every surface had dust. Mini fridge was barely cold. Getting on the wifi was an unnecessarily difficult process. The worst was another person was able to unlock and open our room door with a different room key which was very concerning. Thankfully we were in the room at the time but did not leave us feeling uncomfortable. Just disappointed in our stay since I thought Hiltons were a better quality hotel.
