Perfect location in the city and located just right at the station. Clean room and restroom although the amenities are dated. Nonetheless, expect the bellboy to deliver your luggage to the room and exceptional service. Staff are nice and patience enough to answer your questions I.e. where to go and where to eat. Nice vice for breakfast at the top of the hotel (breakfast schedule at the end). If the hotel staff can refill the breakfast items sooner that will be even better because some of the food are left empty for quite a while. Overall a great and pleasant stay and certainly will be coming back to Nikko Hotel if I visit Sapporo again.

I’ve been to Sapporo several times and also wanted to stay at this hotel. Location is very convenient, just next to JR Sapporo station, driving there is easy as well. Parking for a small fee on site without the hassle of going outdoors is a plus as it is very cold outside during this period. Hotel is surrounded by many stores and restaurants, there are plenty to choose from. Breakfast is average, but the view is really nice. The nearby restaurants make up for the average onsite breakfast. The view from our room was fantastic, day and night view of Sapporo is an eye catcher. The amenities they provide is also of good quality. The hotel could use some renovation as it is beginning to look dated. Also downside is that the onsen on the 22 floor requires additional fee. It would be great if hotel guest can use it for free. Overall a very nice hotel and I would definitely return.

The location is strategic at this season of time because it will be so harsh to brace through the cold snow dragging luggages to walk to any other hotels surrounding. So Nikko is the best choices. Amenities is fantastic and very fine too, they provide super handy pocket size sanitiser,skin care set meant for winter dry weather, bath salts and MIKIMOTO body lotion is so good for dry skin, absolutely loving it. View from 33th floor is just amazing, be it good or bad weather, overlooking the breathtaking snow mountains is just beyond satisfying. I tried to book local tour with the service desk, but they are not helpful. It will be perfect if the staff could be more professional with international tourists.

Location is too conveiient. Great for travel via JR. Taking JR or subway are steps away. View at breakfast place is impeccable. So is hot spring. My only complaint is room being way too small.

Excellent hotel just walking distance from shopping malls and restaurants. Just take the train from New Chitose Airport and you will arrive near to the hotel plus it is walking distance to places of interest.

Excellent stay. Was given free upgrade to a bigger room. The restaurant for breakfast gives you great views in different directions, which includes beautiful Mountain View! Good spread of breakfast. The staff at check in counter are helpful and provides the best information. Recommend this hotel to all who are coming to Sapporo. Convenient for transport and good shopping experience around!

Great hospitality, the staff at the concierge are really helpful and nice, great location. And the rooms are clean and tidy.

The location is good which is just beside the mall and metro station! The breakfast is good and with good views ! Yet, the service is normal as they refused my request for more pillows! How on earth did a hotel to reject the customer for more pillows .. it’s hard to understand.
