L'albergo è nuovo. Bella camera, ottima posizione. Piscina fantastica. Mi è piaciuta la stanza Del servizio svantaggi. Il servizio è pessimo. La pulizia ha iniziato a fare alle 10:00 suonando la porta. Ulteriori sacchi di caffè non sono stati segnalati Il buffet è nella media. I piatti non erano scritti, ho dovuto aprirli per vedere cosa c'era dentro, il personale non ha avuto il tempo di seguire tutto. Il cibo è finito e ci sono voluti circa 4 minuti quando ne hanno portato di più. La mia stanza ha finito la carta igienica. In generale, l'hotel è bello, il servizio non è molto buono. Ho soggiornato in altri, le camere sono peggiori ma il servizio è molto migliore.

Lookpla, Peter, Kevin, Tomo, & Bee in particular, deserve special mention for their exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, but it’s important to also note all those incredible people who work at the hotel for whom also provided great service for which I don’t remember their name (room service, laundry and housekeeping - thank you! The rooms are a haven of tranquility and luxury. The bedding, made of the finest cotton, feels like sleeping on a cloud. It's evident that no expense was spared in crafting a space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also supremely comfortable. The cleanliness is unparalleled, with every nook and cranny sparkling. What sets Amethyst apart is its ability to make you feel at home while surrounding you with luxury. It's a rare find that marries exquisite design with top-notch comfort and outstanding service. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay; it's an experience, a retreat that you'll yearn to return to. If perfection had an address, it would be at the Amethyst Hotel in Pattaya. Five stars do not do justice to this extraordinary establishment.

All good in this hotel from friendly staffs to room service with exception that breakfast needs a little improvement the choice of food is in limitation.

The swimming pool is so comfortable with great temperature. Very clean so as the room!

The hotel is new and clean, which the transportation is convenient too. The staffs are nice and helpful when we have any enquiries on local transportation and room facilities.

Good service ! Staff so nice and kind , Beautiful room and soft bed and swimming pool soooo goooddd! Not far from beach and walking streets you can go by local bus so easy, the hotel near 7-11 and shopping mall I love here !

First time with this hotel. Hotel looks new, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet with decent options and was great for me. Hotel staffs are friendly and always smiling. Locations is great, just 10km a walk to beach front. Plenty of bars, massage shops and 711 just beside the hotel. Road in front hotel was under repair so a bit dusty and some noises during the day but not a problem as we are outside exploring Pattaya most of the time. Highly recommended and thank you for giving us such a great experience! 👍👍👍

It's a new hotel centrally located in pattaya. The room was clean, and the pool had a nice view. The only issue we had was with the limited food options for breakfast.

If you want to be surrounded by the hustle of Pattaya, here is the place. Pleasant staff. Quite a distance from the beach tho..
