Agia Pelagia: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

Struttura potenzialmente bella con spa, piscine, attrezzature sportive e vista. Purtroppo la manutenzione è scarsa: oltre la poca cura dei dettagli, abbiamo avuto vari problemi tecnici nella camera (e non solo noi). Situazioni che con una manutenzione ordinaria non sarebbero capitate. La ristorazione non è all’altezza del livello con cui il resort si propone: vero che noi Italiani abbiamo uno standard molto alto, ma qui l’offerta è di livello mediocre sia per qualità che varietà. Grazie allo staff per gentilezza e disponibilità, la differenza la fanno sempre le persone e voi la fate.

This hotel was a bit of a surprise package to us. The room with sea view was excellent, and we loved the private pool. The sea view rooms face north, so get no sunshine throughout the day. Unfortunately, the hotel has no pool other than the small private ones and very limited outdoor space ( there was one space with only 4 sunbeds, and this was permanently in use by early rising sunbed hoggers. The local beach is very close to the hotel, but it is very narrow and absolutely rammed throughout the day, with sunbeds all taken up from quite early in the day. This, of course, is not the fault of the hotel, but it seemed surprising that a new upmarket hotel should not have been designed to provide more external space and a large pool. The outstanding features of the hotel, for us, were the delightful staff and the overall attentive service we enjoyed. We did experience a few adverse issues one day, but the response from management and staff was outstanding. Breakfast was very good for a relatively small hotel and was made particularly enjoyable by the delightful young serving staff. Thank you, particularly Harry, Bindi, and Katarina. Nearby is an extensive selection of very good, reasonably priced tavernas and restaurants.

La struttura è molto bella, la zona piscina/bar bella,pulita e rilassante. Appartamento era piccolo ma pulito e aveva tutto il necessario. Il pezzo forte della struttura è sicuramente la.struttura e il f&b ( non abbiamo provato il ristorante bostani ma il cibo ordinato al bar/piscina era squisito). La colazione è piccola, ma viene rimpiazzata in continuazione e c'è tutto per fare sia colazione salata che dolce. Le persone che ci lavorano sono tutte molto gentili e disponibili. L'unica nota negativa è housekeeping.. mi aspetto di un 4 stelle almeno un cambio asciugamani anche se non lasciati per terra e cambio saponetta minuscola lasciata all'arrivo. Ah sì, anche che non mi chiedono se serve o no la pulizia.. casomai glielo dovrebbe dire ospite se non desidera che entrino per le pulizie.. È comunque un hotel dove tornerei volentieri anche se non torno quasi mai nello stesso hotel ;)

This hotel did not live up to the advertised blurb by the travel operator, Love Holidays. Firstly, the rooms were fundamental, with the furniture required to be updated. The pictures needed to be updated, as the dining/cafeteria area was extremely basic. There should be air conditioning throughout the dining area, as the kitchen is situated close by, with all cooking smells adding to the extreme heat. There was little crockery and cutlery available at each sitting, and the tables needed to be cleared a lot quicker, leaving many tables cluttered with dirty dishes. Our party had to clear our tables to continue the next course. Fresh Juices are squash alternatives, dispensed only at breakfast. One visit to the coffee machine is enough for one week. Many dishes were not labelled, so anyone with allergies could not choose their meal quickly, and it was very bland and repetitive. It also states that there are lifts within the building, but to our knowledge, they were unavailable to the guests. The swimming pool could be more user-friendly for those who are strong swimmers. The minimum depth was 1.3 metres, but you had to use the only steps available at the deeper end, meaning that a non-swimmer couldn't even get in the pool for a cool-down. There were insufficient toilets available around the pool and bar areas. Far too many steps and slopes made it difficult for those entering the hotel with their luggage to get to their rooms safely. There is no lifeguard around the pool. The sun loungers needed to be more sufficient for the number of guests - no tables to sit at in the evening for a quiet drink after dinner, and you had to use the sun longer - never have I experienced this on travels before. The all-inclusive package only offers limited drinks and closes the bar at 11 pm. All local drinks are required, too. Please remember the text below.
