Hotel di stile internazionale provvisto di smpi spazi interni sontuodamente arredati con comodi divani in pelle. Ben due acensori collegano i 6 piani di camere ampie e confortevoli. La colazione e' all' americana a buffet.

I will get straight to the point. Location is great walking distance to beach. Apart from that everything else is horrible and the so called 4 star hotel is by far not a 4 star. I would give 1 star just for the location and view from balcony in room. The rooms are outdated and not to a reasonable standard with socket fixtures broken, cracks in the wall and floors with dust or marks that look like dust, not very appealing. The worst comes in the bathroom toilet area, what can I say, definitely 0 star for this. Please see my attached photos that I took. The toilet had a really bad smell coming from it, maybe the water not sure bur again not easy to use due to the smell. The towels were ripped, shower head and curtain rail had rust all over them. The hair dryer in the washroom was I don't know maybe a 1960s hair dryer that barely blew out hot hair. I could go on and on. It was a terrible stay that I had to cut short to 1 night and rebook another hotel. Even after asking reception about a different room to be moved into to give them the benefit of doubt, the response was all our rooms are like this. Going onto the breakfast which was included for the 1 night I stayed again was poor. The bread was stale so was most of the dry stuff and fruit which I guess was used each morning for breakfast without checking the quality of food. Only good part was the fresh omelets and type of morrocon bread (misimin) that was made by the women. The coffee machine has had its days not dispensing any coffee but just hot milk or water. So breakfast isn't worth it overall. I read mixed reviews before booking here with some saying it's actually not bad at all and they don't understand why people are leaving low score reviews, they are totally confused in my eyes because you have to understand that this hotel is advertising as a 4 star and to get a 1 star service is like being robbed. So I would advise anyone looking to boom this hotel to avoid it. There are plenty better hotels in same area for same price or less. It's time the owners pulled their socks up and had a total renovation. Not to mention the pool area and seating, the seating were dirty and outdated and worn. The swimming pool not in use with the water being cleaned out. Overall a waste of money and 1 night. Got my holiday off to a horrible start. I've tried to upload photos but for some reason it is not letting me. I will try and find a way to get these uploaded as it's only fair for customers to make a sound judgement on where they stay and not be robbed from a place like this which I felt I was and I wouldn't want some other couple, group or family to experience the same issues.

Average hotel but with a nice pool and good service

Idéalement situé à proximité de la baie d’Agadir. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Seul bémol : piscine non chauffée et le manque d’insonorisation au niveau des ouvertures.

Abbiamo passato 6 notti in questo hotel, che dire vorrei iniziare dal unici 2 punti positivi: il personale che è meraviglioso e la posizione che e centrale. Tutto il resto e stra negativo, l’hotel ha bisogno di rinnovazione, le camere i bagni “ un disastro” piscina sembra anche molto sporca…. Sicuramente e stato bello 50 anni fa’ ma adesso non più. Che dire della colazione: caffè faceva schifo la macchinetta del caffè sembra di 15 anni fà, niente succhi fresci. code sull pane marocchino…. Ho mangiato la maggior parte colazione fuori….

Le camere sono spaziose ma sono ormai vecchie e con molte problematiche (fulminata una lampadina, muffa in bagno). La posizione è strategica ma erano in procinto di fare dei lavori per migliorare l'esterno e questo potrebbe dare nuovo vigore all'hotel che però per essere competitivo a 4 stelle deve nettamente cambiare.

Ho soggiornato qui per il mio 40esimo compleanno e il personale dell'hotel era il più gentile e cordiale che abbia mai visto soggiornando in qualsiasi hotel all'estero. Mia moglie a casa, guardando il nostro bambino, (io sono andato con mio cognato) ha organizzato che lo staff preparasse una torta e cantasse tanti auguri (lo sta facendo mia moglie...). Erano dappertutto. Hanno suonato musica dagli altoparlanti, ci hanno offerto del vino, hanno tagliato la torta, hanno cantato tanti auguri, a loro è piaciuto molto.. Hanno organizzato i taxi e tutto il resto. L'hotel era molto pulito e la vista dall'hotel è eccellente. Erano persone molto amichevoli e continuavano a parlare con noi quando eravamo nell'atrio a costruire amicizia. Raccomanderei questo hotel a chiunque. Il personale mi diceva che lavoravano qui da 23 e 34 anni rispettosamente. Chiunque lavori qui da così tanto tempo deve godersi il proprio lavoro. Anche la colazione era deliziosa. Servivano ciambelle di zucchero fritte, toast al formaggio grigliati, uova, salsicce, patate, frutta, cereali, yogurt, frittate e crêpe e altro ancora. Il caffè era molto buono. Sono stato in tutto il mondo e non tendo a tornare nello stesso posto due volte, tuttavia lo prenderei in considerazione e soggiornerei nuovamente in questo hotel. Anche il direttore dell'hotel è stato fantastico. L'unico aspetto negativo, ed è fuori dal controllo dell'hotel, è che se esci di notte verrai avvicinato da mendicanti di strada e persone che vendono *****. Puoi salutarli e non si avvicineranno a te. Ma sii saggio quando esci la sera. Ci sono poliziotti ovunque sulla spiaggia che guardano, ma i mendicanti di strada e quelli che vendono ***** cercano di avvicinarti quando sei fuori dalla vista della polizia. Sii solo saggio e vigile.

We go to royal mirage 4 time's a year and everything is wonderful and all the staff are amazing and very helpful wether it be the reception staff, security or the lovely manager Lulu who we book with personally. The food is amazing and it is a very well run and clean hotel with amazing balcony views and lovely pools and amazing Moroccan decor throughout. This time was our honeymoon and they went out of their way to make our stay such a memorable and beautiful honeymoon. Thanks guys see you in September love Mr and Mrs Hague ❤️

There is no way this is a 4 star hotel, the hotel advertise all inclusive but don't tell you it's soft drinks only, you find out upon arrival, we questioned this and the manager said she would show us on our booking, but guess what it doesn't say anything about this, the food was poor and don't cater for British in my opinion, we ate out everyday as it wasn't for us, we tried it on the 1st day and was on the toilet all day, the dining area is so dirty and tables not set. the pool area is awful sunbeds were years old and tatty, there were lots of hazards as well round the pool area, the pools were green like a swamp, it's so run down, this hotel looks like it's been closed for years and it's been opened to house people after a disaster or something, so if you want a nice family holiday don't book here.

Sooty Scotland July 2024 WELL, I must admit all the negative reviews that have been written I totally agree with!!!!! When we arrived, I just took one look and thought no way is this a 4 star hotel, we took a seat until they got key for bedroom , the couch was falling apart and stuff coming out of bottom and filthy, ( minging) We went and had a look outside , the first small pool was green and filthy, like algae in it , the other pool which was a bit bigger, looked dirty, no way are we going in there The poolside had a lot (most ) of the sunloungers broken, and chairs outside was shabby We took a look at the beach in the distance, over car park and streets and down a lot of steps I thought I'm NOT staying here and started making some phone calls. We were shown 4 bedrooms, which was a bit unusual , must admit the top floor ones have been renewed , but for the rest well !! She showed us downstairs, the pools and pool bar which was like a hut, and said it only sells soft drinks, I thought, oh well, and asked where the other bar was , she pointed to this small bar in the corner with no alcohol bottles on shelves , she said your all inclusive doesn't include alcohol, that was it, the price we paid for all inclusive and not getting it, I went to the toilet before we left and it was filthy to say the least Talked to some people on the way home that stayed there for a few days, and they said there was ants coming out of the sofas, good job we never sat long enough and there was other complaints about cockroaches etc, I hope others will complain too We all have worked hard to have holidays and expect better from a so called 4 star hotel, there is better in Agadir for roughly the same price, we went to the Tikida beach We booked through our local travel agent, Murray Travel and they looked after us from the moment I phoned them and got our money back I would describe this hotel is for locals with a few foreigners thrown in to the mix

The actual service provided was full board with only three meals and no late breakfast or dinner options. 2. **Quality of Food**: The meals provided were not satisfactory in terms of quality and taste. 3. **Amenities Not Available**: Your advertising mentioned a gym, Turkish bath, and massage services. However, upon inquiry, the reception staff informed us that these facilities are not available on-site. 4. **Room Condition**: The room shown in the pictures appeared modern, but upon arrival, it was clear that it required refurbishment, and the flooring was damaged. 5. **Swimming Pool Issues**: One of the swimming pools was green and unusable, yet staff claimed it was acceptable. 6. **Unstable WiFi**: The WiFi was unstable during my stay, which was clearly advertised on your website. However, when I raised this issue, the staff denied any problems with the connection. Despite these issues, I would like to commend the hotel staff for their respectfulness and professionalism throughout my stay.

Please read - this is NOT a 4 star hotel - No alcohol at all In this local run down dam right rude Arab / Moroccan community hotel , if your partner likes to dress down this is NOT the place , the (guests)huge woman and kids have no good etiquettes , the buffet is bare repeat minimum service , the room you have to check physically before taking your luggage In - be warned they will auto give you the worst room , no fridge , no kettle the shower has a British mind of its own - there were ants in the bed - the pool is not safe for children the staff are exhausted and the lift has a mind of its own and if you purchased a sea view it is facing the busiest local free car park so be prepared to have sleep less nights till 5am , no chips no burgers no nuggets for kids - no nets on the window , no snack bar the hair dryer is 100 yrs old - the animation crew were okay - on the positive love holidays did compensate us after 4 days of constant emails

Please do not stay here!! Myself and the family have never been soo sick!! Not sure if it was the stagnant water in the pool or the food! The swimming pool was disgusting the water at the croc park was cleaner! Pumps did not work!! Pool was slimy and green! Around the pool was unsafe and dirty! You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool which made it dangerous as you couldn’t see the the the steep drop in the pool the pigeons used the water feature too bathe it and it wasn’t even fit for them!! After several complaints they started throwing chemicals in by the bag load whilst people were swimming! Sunbeds had seen better days all elastic had perished so all sagged tables were disgusting! pool area wasn’t cleaned down after use but sometimes the water around the pool was brushed into the pool filter fag butts all adding too the pool/swamp! Food was bland and lukewarm, there was a bbq at lunch but once the chosen meat ran out it was gone, so if you weren’t in within the first hour you missed out!! Same with the fruit! Meal times were not the same as stated and not all food labelled! Rooms were run down and in disrepair seals broken on the fridge, sockets out the wall, cracked tiles and worn away flooring!! Stairs weren’t cleaned unless they were complained about sick was there for 3 days! Taps didn’t work properly in the main taps and no soap in dispensers!! Nothing was as advertised!! No gym No spa No Barbour/beauty salon No crazy golf No park No outside sports area football/tennis No giant chess No snacks No alcohol No private beach No gardens to enjoy!! If you wandered round the hotel it was a run down building site which was dangerous for children. Men actually knocking buildings down without fencing off the area! Only good thing I can put a positives are: The animation team were great!! Although the children’s evening entertainment didn’t start till 9.30/10pm and went on till 11/11.30. The outside barman was friendly but once the soft drinks have gone you have too wait till the next delivery- which was days!!
