Good hotel , good food 👍🏾

I will get straight to the point. Location is great walking distance to beach. Apart from that everything else is horrible and the so called 4 star hotel is by far not a 4 star. I would give 1 star just for the location and view from balcony in room. The rooms are outdated and not to a reasonable standard with socket fixtures broken, cracks in the wall and floors with dust or marks that look like dust, not very appealing. The worst comes in the bathroom toilet area, what can I say, definitely 0 star for this. Please see my attached photos that I took. The toilet had a really bad smell coming from it, maybe the water not sure bur again not easy to use due to the smell. The towels were ripped, shower head and curtain rail had rust all over them. The hair dryer in the washroom was I don't know maybe a 1960s hair dryer that barely blew out hot hair. I could go on and on. It was a terrible stay that I had to cut short to 1 night and rebook another hotel. Even after asking reception about a different room to be moved into to give them the benefit of doubt, the response was all our rooms are like this. Going onto the breakfast which was included for the 1 night I stayed again was poor. The bread was stale so was most of the dry stuff and fruit which I guess was used each morning for breakfast without checking the quality of food. Only good part was the fresh omelets and type of morrocon bread (misimin) that was made by the women. The coffee machine has had its days not dispensing any coffee but just hot milk or water. So breakfast isn't worth it overall. I read mixed reviews before booking here with some saying it's actually not bad at all and they don't understand why people are leaving low score reviews, they are totally confused in my eyes because you have to understand that this hotel is advertising as a 4 star and to get a 1 star service is like being robbed. So I would advise anyone looking to boom this hotel to avoid it. There are plenty better hotels in same area for same price or less. It's time the owners pulled their socks up and had a total renovation. Not to mention the pool area and seating, the seating were dirty and outdated and worn. The swimming pool not in use with the water being cleaned out. Overall a waste of money and 1 night. Got my holiday off to a horrible start. I've tried to upload photos but for some reason it is not letting me. I will try and find a way to get these uploaded as it's only fair for customers to make a sound judgement on where they stay and not be robbed from a place like this which I felt I was and I wouldn't want some other couple, group or family to experience the same issues.

Average hotel but with a nice pool and good service

Idéalement situé à proximité de la baie d’Agadir. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Seul bémol : piscine non chauffée et le manque d’insonorisation au niveau des ouvertures.

I stayed here for my 40th and the staff at the hotel were the nicest and friendliest I have experienced from staying at any hotel overseas. My wife back home, watching our baby, (I went with my brother in law) arranged for the staff to bake a cake and sing happy birthday (My wife's doing...). They were all over it. Played music over the speakers, gave us wine, cut up the cake, sang happy birthday, they loved it.. They arranged the taxis and everything. The hotel was very clean, and the view from the hotel is excellent. They were very friendly people and kept on talking to us when we were in the foyer building up friendship. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were telling me that they have worked here 23 years and 34 years respectfully. Anyone working here that long must enjoy their job. The breakfast was lovely as well. They served fried sugar donuts, grilled cheese toasties, had eggs, sausages, potatoes, fruit, cereal, yoghurts, omelette and crepe stations, and others. The coffee was very good. I have been all over the world, and I don't tend to go back to the same place twice, however I would consider it and stay in this hotel again. The hotel manager was awesome as well. The only thing as a downside, and it's outside the hotels control, is if you go out at night you will be approached by street beggers and people selling *****. You can wave them off, and they won't go near you. But be streetwise when going out at night. There are police everywhere on the beach front watching, but the street beggers and those selling ***** try to approach you when you are out of sight from the police. Just be streetwise and vigilant.
