top very good , near to the aerpoo and best service . pruce us good

This hotel is ok. Nothing special about it. Rooms are the same but they will tell you they gave you the best room. Anyway, what was annoying is how they charge, when you book the room you should pay in dollars, they charged me in birr which they should not do and the charge was slightly high. I didn’t appreciate it, and for that I don’t think I will stay in this hotel again.

Especially for me as a solo Traveller was it very supportive to receive such a friendly environment. The service was brilliant and everybody always tried to help if it was needed. I extended my stay for 3 more days because the whole package fits to my expectations.

Clean and service is very good

酒店設施環境在埃塞當地還算可以了，和公司同事住的雙床房，感覺和國內200元的快捷酒店差不多，洗衣服很便宜，前台和保潔人員比較熱情，早餐也不錯，安保人員也很熱情，就是晚上能聽到旁邊平房的狗叫，哈哈，有免費的接送機服務，總體感覺能給個80分

不在主路上，沒有接駁車的話可能不太好找 服務很好，入住期間受傷酒店幫忙打車去葯店 衞生不錯，適合短期住

The stay was very pleasant, the hotel facilities, the rooms and the food. The staff is very friendly from the moment you enter the hotel, especially the night manager (Tilahun) always willing to help, jut like the security guys, the bartender and the waitresses

I had an amazing stay at TH-bonerosl hotel From the moment i arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality. The room was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The breathtaking view was an unexpected delight. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and gem. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was memorable. I can't wait to return and experience the exceptional service once again.

The hotel is a little boutique hotel, just perfect for a business trip. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and address any needs. It is well maintained and the food is good value. It is also at a very convenient location from the airport, I would definitely make it my hotel of choice. The only thing I would recommend is to increase the fruit variety at the breakfast buffet.

Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. Despite being located close to the airport, it is very quite and provides you with much needed break from the hustle of Addis. The restaurant inside the hotel serves delicious food. We will definitely go back soon !

Great staff, tasty breakfasts, comfy room. The hotel is close to the airport, so you dont have to bother yourself in traffic after a long flight. Definitely recommending. When I'm back in Addis, TH Bonroyal Hotel is a completely no-brainer decision.

excellencet Services, the cleanness of the Property is exceptional, the hospitality and the quality of the Hotel Staff is also commendable, Airport Shuttle was good and on time too.the Dishes they offer including the buffet breakfast was healthy therefore I recommend this property with their excellent hospitality.

Estou tentando cancelar a reserva faz um mês e o hotel não responde as mensagens enviadas pelo booking nem por e-mail. Telefone está bloqueado também. Péssimo atendimento. Já enviei vários e-mails, entrei em contato de todas as formas possíveis e não obtive resposta até agora. Nunca responderam nem visualizaram as mensagens no booking.
