Questo hotel è una merda, le foto che hanno sulla tua pagina e le app sono di due anni fa. Poco dopo siamo stati a Familia questo fine settimana giovedì 25 maggio del presente e le cortine disgustose, la camera con animali (cucaracha) il bagno non lo consegna come dicono nella foto disinfettata, non ti danno controllo per l'aria condizionata, Le letti niente che vedi le foto sono un cazzo o un po' di voglia di dormire in esse, non cambiano le tue zanzare e la coppa ti mettono di nuovo le stesse, la televisione è delle più vecchie, non ti danno la chiave del wifi, il telefono non ha mai avuto una linea, Dovresti metterti dei sapone e dello shampoo, beh, ti mettono solo due piccoli per i due giorni che prenoto e lo shampoo a metà dello stesso modo non mi hanno messo un altro al secondo giorno. Non vale la pena per quello che si riscuote e non se vuole permettere animali come se l'hotel valesse la pena. Mi dispiace di essere ospitato in questo hotel. Mi mancano più foto dei letti e bagno una merda.

Annnd the sink was never fixed the whole time I was there. 2. At checkin I got a band slapped on my wrist and later realized every guest got one. It showed you belong on the property. Also they come in different colors: White means a basic stay; red means breakfast included and purple means all inclusive. So yea others will know what you’re paying for during your stay. 3. The beach is pretty good except it’s a pirate’s cove — meaning that because of the vagaries of Mexican law, though Hotsun has a great location and a piece of the beach for its guests, where you can generally sit free, the spots nearest the water belong to the government. So if you sit in the lounge chairs and under the tents nearest the waves, you have to pay different guys who keep changing the price every single day. If you land on a cruise ship from some far-flung country you may not be aware of this. Those guys, wearing uniforms of some sort, also sell drinks that are exorbitantly priced. Before you figure out they have nothing to do with Hotsun, you may be taken for a ride. I was. Also, every 1-2 mins of every day, vendors descend on the beach with all sorts of things for sale. In one day I was asked to buy grilled shrimp on a stick, coconut water with jelly, sun hats, fridge magnets, massages, boat rides, oysters, sun dresses, sunglasses, beach floats, tattoos, braids, sunscreen, sand boots and a serenade from a nice old man with a guitar. People have to make a living, yes, and the law makes Mexican beach space very democratic, but I wish the hotel, which took a $200 MXN returnable deposit to give me a towel to lie by the pool for the duration of my stay, had warned me about the Wild West nature of the beach where it is located, and pointed out which uniformed person belongs to the hotel and a head’s up so I could buy at my own risk. I said “No, gracias” maybe 90 times during that one week. 4. The noise, oh the noise. If this is your jam, go for it. But for many it would be a frustrating experience all around.

Perfect location for shopping, beaches and dining. You can choose the All Inclusive and good and drinks are provided all day long. Bring a mask tho, you have to wear a mask in dining areas.The hotel is right on the beach he b arch with a big pool. The rooms are suites with a seperate room for sleeping and a room with couch, chairs and balconey. Don’t expect an upscale room for the price, we found the room comfortable for the price. The drinks have plenty of liquor too! La habitación que nos dieron estaba en un piso que se encontraba en mantenimiento, hacían ruido de reparaciones desde temprano y era muy molesto. La vista que nos tocó fue hacia unas canchas de tenis y un edificio de departamentos bastante descuidados, que no pertenece al hotel, lo cuál demeritó mucho nuestra experiencia. El mobiliario de la habitación en general es viejo, antes en la pequeña cocina había utensilios, ahora no hay nada, incluso quitaron el refrigerador, sólo dejaron el microondas. El wifi fue demasiado lento, no cargaban ni redes sociales, la limpieza, regular ya que no barrian la habitación, sólo se limitaban a hacer la cama. El servicio en las albercas es muuuuuuuy lento, tienen pocos meseros a pesar de ser temporada alta, y las sábanas que cubren las camas de la alberca están percudidas y viejas. El servicio de toallas de alberca te da una al día por persona, y no puedes pedir que te la cambien por una seca, tendrás que quedarte la misma hasta el día siguiente. Lo positivo fue la cercanía y excelente ubicación justo en el centro de la bahía de Acapulco, enfrente hay un centro comercial con restaurantes, y tiendas. A pocos pasos un mercado de souvenirs y artesanías. Y si quieres pedir comida o cualquier servicio por apps, te llega a la entrada del hotel en minutos. Las albercas bien, aunque podrían mejorar su limpieza, pues se ve bastante turbia el agua, sobre todo en la de adultos, que es una gran ventaja, si no viajas con niños y quieres relajarte.
