十分滿意，值得肯定的老酒店！阿爾普爾科上世紀六十年代的旅遊勝地對外國人已經生疏了，予定酒店後翻看網評更感不安，我憑五十多年前印象執意來閑遊真擔心選錯了地方和酒店！我們到這裏十三天競沒看見一箇中國人！酒店註明是八四年開業，是確實夠久了，酒店前台給安排了二十五樓的房間，站在陽台上，頓感此地來對了，酒店選對了！絕佳的位置，亮麗的外觀，周全的設計，體現了四十多年前的豪華！雖已是幾十年前的裝修水平，但空間寬敞，櫃櫥夠大，全天熱水，燈光明亮，用電充足，空調好用，而且網絡順暢，雖不夠豪華，但都很實用。更讚的是服務態度都很好，從前台到歺廳，從樓層到泳池，員工們都很和藹和熱情，雖然都不懂中國話，但都努力的主動的幫我們解決問題，每天回到收拾潔凈明亮的房間，感到由衷的滿意！所以我們要給HS酒店一個大大的贊！真是一個貨真價實的老的卻是很好的酒店！ 要提一點：2511的陽台門該修了。

Me encanta venir a este hotel sus servicios muy buenos, la vista al mar y los servicios en la habitación, el wif, con adecuada higiene y el restaurante muy buena la comida, me encaró

Cobran por todo extra, pagas un precio bajo, pero relación precio valor de la experiencia, pésimo. No lo recomiendo.

Buena ubicación, instalaciones bien

Besides that the are slow during check in and they may change your category of the room because of availability , the pools are chilling and it has an access directly to the beach. The towers may have a good view to the sea even for the ROHs, however the bathroom is not so huge and it also may also smell like a sewage in some specific times of the day (almost all day long) !

Upon entry, the resort was all you could ask for. Shiny, well run, etc. But if you look closely, you'll find that it's not really well maintained. I saw dead bugs on the bedframes, even after a cleaning, blood on the sheets, stains on the towels, poor masonry of the walls. I got food poisoning after my first meal at their buffets- the cold scrambled eggs were likely the culprits. All the food was lukewarm. Also, when it rained, the ceilings in the hall leaked, so there was a bucket

Acapulco 3rd time visiting Water waves perfecto Food is good , if you can understand the menu. Temp 79-90 sunny every day Cell towers and cell service good t mobile I used google translate. It saved my you know what. The town is always on go, very safe Mornings till 11 great. Hotels fiesta Americana, and hotsson and a private home. The bay is so entertaining w lights and music. Families from Mexico City. Very little tourist. Acapulco always gets a bad rap. I guess it from the big hotel corporations. It’s a great place to go restaurant hopping and ofcourse. Throwing down a few drinks is customary Local travel agent hooked me up on 26th floor at hotsson. Corner unit , views were spectacular sunrise to sunset(happy hour). What a way to get away from rainy, dreary January in boston

Excellent location, all needs are close by- grocery store, restaurants, Three Bs has great chocolate! Beautiful views, awesome room oceanfront- with three balconies! They did not feature furniture, and the sign says not to adapt room furniture, so lame. I had always wanted to stay at one of these high rise resort type places, as I have had a bunch of "short schlep to beach" experiences and am a dedicated cheapy with regard to tourist towns. But we had a great time at the Hotsson, room to elevator to beach in like three minutes! The place is definitely high volume, well used type place, sort of vegasy in that regard. There are small waves and a fairly sharp little shore break my girlfriend wasn't comfortable with as you need to go maybe 15-20 feet out to get past them, but there is a super mellow rock pile to swim by a few hundred yards away. Acapulco is a city of 1 million, so it's not the deserted tropical paradise vibe, but its still a great place in my book. Snorkeling is surprisingly good, the tank divers we were with had a good time also. La Quebrada cliff divers are awesome, Naval History Museum is a hidden gem! Diamond class ADO bus from CDMX is really nice and makes it a great add-on to a CDMX trip, or getaway for residents with a 5 hour super comfortable bus ride. Terminal Costera is 1 KM from hotel.

The building has an intriguing shape and there are many pools. It’s also right in La Condesa Beach. Ideal location, you would think. BUT…. 1. After checking in, I found a very dirty washroom sink, and called down to report it. The woman who arrived waved her hand dismissively but I stood my ground and she cleaned it. Turns out the drain is clogged so even if the poor cleaner did her job the first time, the previous guest’s hair and muck would ring the sink unless you took special care. Annnd the sink was never fixed the whole time I was there. 2. At checkin I got a band slapped on my wrist and later realized every guest got one. It showed you belong on the property. Also they come in different colors: White means a basic stay; red means breakfast included and purple means all inclusive. So yea others will know what you’re paying for during your stay. 3. The beach is pretty good except it’s a pirate’s cove — meaning that because of the vagaries of Mexican law, though Hotsun has a great location and a piece of the beach for its guests, where you can generally sit free, the spots nearest the water belong to the government. So if you sit in the lounge chairs and under the tents nearest the waves, you have to pay different guys who keep changing the price every single day. If you land on a cruise ship from some far-flung country you may not be aware of this. Those guys, wearing uniforms of some sort, also sell drinks that are exorbitantly priced. Before you figure out they have nothing to do with Hotsun, you may be taken for a ride. I was. Also, every 1-2 mins of every day, vendors descend on the beach with all sorts of things for sale. In one day I was asked to buy grilled shrimp on a stick, coconut water with jelly, sun hats, fridge magnets, massages, boat rides, oysters, sun dresses, sunglasses, beach floats, tattoos, braids, sunscreen, sand boots and a serenade from a nice old man with a guitar. People have to make a living, yes, and the law makes Mexican beach space very democratic, but I wish the hotel, which took a $200 MXN returnable deposit to give me a towel to lie by the pool for the duration of my stay, had warned me about the Wild West nature of the beach where it is located, and pointed out which uniformed person belongs to the hotel and a head’s up so I could buy at my own risk. I said “No, gracias” maybe 90 times during that one week. 4. The noise, oh the noise. El ruido comes up to the hotel’s top floors and grabs you by the neck: Music, laughter, children squealing, etc. These are usually all marvelous aspects about living on planet earth, but when you can’t sleep because a group at the hotel is holding a party on the beach and the thump thump thump of reggaeton is blaring deep into the night and giving you a headache, the conclusion is the hotel is not prioritizing the comfort of the rest of its guests. If this is your jam, go for it. But for many it would be a frustrating experience all around.

Hotsson is right on the beach, however, it is not the type of beach where kids or non-swimmer adults can just splash around. I enjoy waves and love swimming so i like this type of surf. Hotel has several pools where the kids can enjoy themselves. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and ready to help with anything you want. I would have given a higher rating except for 2 points. I reserved a room with 2 beds, I called a day before to confirm and advise that I was going to check after 7 pm and I Was told no problem. I called the day of the reservation and ask if there was any problem getting to the hotel as there was a parade in the main avenue and was told that indeed, I could not drive to the hotel because no traffic was allowed. I told them I was going to stop for dinner and would be checking in around 10 PM, was assured that there were no problems. When I checked in, around 10:30 PM I was told that there were no rooms with 2 beds available, only with a king bed. My adult son was with me for his first trip to Acapulco, my place of birth and it wasn't a best first impression. The second point is that it was a celebratory weekend and the very loud music in the Lobby carries upward where the "U" shape of the hotel magnifies the sound like an echo chamber. We couldn't sleep that night or the next. The doors and windows are not sound proof at all. After the festivities ended, the sound of the waves were a great and peaceful way to get to sleep. The location is great, fright in the middle of the (safe) hotel ***** inside Acapulco bay and the view from all the rooms is amazing. One last point, there are no fridges or microwaves in the rooms so you can't keep anything that will spoil. There is a good size safe for keeping valuables, including laptops.

The only bad thing about this hotel is the weekend people from Mexico City. Just when you think you cannot put one more person in the elevator you are proven wrong. Not the fault of the motel. Recommend this motel

I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times. When it was The Plaza, The Crown Plaza and the Hotsson. Three times since it became the Hotsson. I was very disappointed this last time. I stayed two weeks starting Feb 1. Housekeeping too early My room smelled of sewer and mould Elevators close too quickly Food, other than breakfast, was horrible Caters more to Mexican families than to tourists; there while a conference with 1,000 Mexicans and tourists treated poorly Given wrong info from front desk so missed shuttle to airport and had to pay 500 pesos for taxi No child pool No music. Boring

From the street of old acapulco beach you can find a modern looking white building over 20 stories long. The hotel is not secluded as it is a combination of city and beach for those who have never been to Acapulco. (it remind me of Miami life a bit) The Hotel is very clean, rooms are super clean (big recommendation to my house keeper Arline) and the room layout is perfect, the bathroom has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. No fridge in the room. The hotel has 2 restaurants one close to the beach and one closer to the pools with ac and glass doors that are not open everyday though, great if you are looking for a place that does not have flies, flying round the food all the time. (Thanks so much the young chef Selena, that made the best omelet, in the world) There is also a nice snack kiosk for fries and burger, I give it a 3 out of 5. The pools are amazing looking day, night and looking from my room 15th floor down. One of the great disappointments for me was the beach although, love the beautiful sound of the ocean all day long especially at night, however if you are not a good swimmer, it is very challenging to swim on, as the waves are very rough especially in Feb. If you are looking to be away from the locals this is not the place to be in, Friday, Sat and Sunday there is a beautiful combination of Mexican and gringos. Although we hear in Canada be careful in Mexico, I can tell you it is very very safe, and remember if you are looking for trouble you will find it, in Mexico, Canada and anywhere in the world. I took the local bus for 10 pesos. It had AC and was very comfortable to do a bit of sightseeing. Local trips are a great way to get to know Acapulco and if you are budget oriented get your trips directly from the Hotel and not from the travel agency, safe and for something ½ of the cost. I did the turtle release, came with transportation to and from, lunch and a boat trip to the mud lake all for only 80 can, it was the Highlight of my trip.
