Andalus è sempre in cima alla mia lista! E non mi pento mai di festeggiare il mio compleanno qui. Voglio ringraziare Ayoub alla reception per avermi dato la stanza migliore per festeggiare il mio 40° compleanno con i miei amici. Anas, Sandeep e Prashant per avermi assistito dal mio arrivo e durante il mio check-out. Voi ragazzi meritate un grande apprezzamento. Grazie ragazzi. Alla Sig.ra Tina e Rashed per essere stati così divertenti nelle mie chiamate e richieste. Un grande grazie per aver reso la mia festa extra speciale💜

La stanza era nella media e il personale non era molto accogliente, sembravano tutti un po' scontrosi... solo il servizio del conducente del carrello sembrava il migliore. Si prega di fare un workshop per il personale per migliorare il servizio ai turisti.

Sarebbe meglio se fornissero più prodotti da bagno, in particolare lo shampoo e il balsamo per capelli, anche il bagnoschiuma. Ma nel complesso è buono per me. Tutto il personale è accomodante e disponibile.

È stata un'esperienza fantastica, il personale è stato super gentile e disponibile e il servizio è stato fantastico. La piscina era molto rilassante e sicura. Quando tornerò ad Abu Dhabi soggiornerò sicuramente di nuovo in questo hotel. Ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, ristoranti, un centro commerciale con tutto al suo interno, caffetterie e molto altro ancora.

I encountered several issues during my stay at the hotel. The bathroom consistently had problems, particularly with the heater frequently switching off. Additionally, there was a noticeable presence of insects, which was quite bothersome. Overall, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped.
