La donna cinese (receptionist) è molto gentile e mi ha cambiato la stanza perché la mia camera prenotata, come ha detto, è senza bagno, ma non ci sono bottiglie di acqua potabile gratuite e non c'è alcun servizio, ma l'hotel è buono per i cinesi

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. We do speak a bit of mandarin which made things easier yet the couple who owns this place speak some English. They were very kind and helpful and picked us up from the other hotel we we’re staying at (I usually like to experience different hotels in a place to give us a richer experience of the place we are visiting. The other hotel was also 4 times the price). The couple has 3 home stays in total and they took us to the 3 of them so we could decide which one we wanted to stay at. We decided to stay at the one in the Kingdom center area, I think it was a great choice as the closing is great. This b&b is great for the price. The room price was better booking through English app Trip I have than the Chinese Ctrip the owner checked from her phone. I use Trip for everything btw. It is so easy to use. The wife who is the host offered us fruit, milk and water upon arrival and let us stay in the living room relaxing and chatting to them until we were ready to go to our rooms. The place has a friendly feeling to it as other guests and friends (all Chinese) gathered in the living room to chat. There is a lovely and playful cat with which my son was playing. They accommodated to our eating times unlike other hotels where breakfast closes at 10:30am. They have a chef who is very friendly and cooks nice home made meals daily. The room we had was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The one we stayed is a big house with a few rooms, we had a room with 2 single beds. They offer shampoo and body gel in the showers. Other toiletries were not in the bathroom but I think they might have been upon request (I am guessing as the wife was super helpful and attentive) and if not, you could buy them in the shops nearby. We brought our own. There is a maid who helps clean daily. I honestly think she could do a better job as the floor was quite dusty, the sink had some toothbrushing stains, the bathroom run out of tissue paper quickly so I had to get one from another room, and I had to ask the owner for towels which she quickly asked the maid to get us and she did so quickly. I also saw the owner (wife) was very much on top of things and asking the maid her to check things daily, put tissue on the table, etc so I think the maid just lacked some proactivity but I could see that the owner really tried to make it clean and comfortable. I also liked how other empty rooms were open so I could see them and get tissue paper there, it felt like we were trusted. I had a key to our room and the main door during our stay. There is a washing machine the owner said we could use so I am sure we could have asked for our clothes to get washed. We didn’t as we only stayed 1 night as we stayed with friends the rest of our stay.

第一次住利雅得的民宿，太驚喜了，老闆夫婦很熱心，幫忙接送機，還提供中餐，房間很乾凈，還有一個乾淨的大院子，中國人都可以放心來🤭

房東很熱情 卧室乾淨整潔 像在利雅得有了一個家一樣 位置很不錯 就在王國中心大廈附近 去哪兒打個車都挺方便的。

乾淨衞生，地理位置方便。提供早晚餐，機場接送。飯菜簡單但是挺可口的，出差在沙特這種國家，是一個很不錯的選擇。

優點： 1），周邊環境：在市中心，出口就有一個小型公園，周邊都是居民區非常安靜。 2），房間：大而且整潔，有專人打掃和維護。 3），房東：學問淵博、親切和負責，可以給你一些當地的人文和社科的的知識和好的建議； 4），接送機：主要針對國際航班，記得提前一天聯繫房東安排車輛； 5），中餐：每餐定時開飯，每天都會變換菜品和口味（葷素搭配），廚師是中國的師傅，飯菜可口，可以滿足大多數國人的需求； 缺點： 位於市中心，每天都會堵車，出門要提前規劃好時間。 感謝房東的熱情招待，下次我們過來應該還會入住， Tips: 11-12月的利雅得的天氣極度乾燥，愛美人士務必攜帶保濕用品。

華人大廚做的一日三餐，很好吃，衞生很乾凈，每天保姆都會打掃，房間也很大，最主要跟老闆娘很能聊得來，她也會給我推薦很多地方打卡，也跟着民宿的團去了一趟世界之崖。下次還來。

房間很大，安全性好。包三餐，均為中餐，味道也很不錯。老闆人很好，一來請我們吃水果和飲料。提前預約還能包接機/送機！

真心不錯，早餐特別好吃，而且很豐盛，在這個olaya 公園這裏，位置是很不錯的，去哪裡都比較近一些，房間也很大，住的也很舒服，這一個房間有兩個大窗户，採光也特別的好。老闆人也很好，跟我們聊了很多，推薦。

地處繁華中心的民宅區，交通出行便捷，民宿老闆到機場接送，提供營養健康的中國餐，宅內配套設施齊全，衞生乾淨，值得推薦！

很漂亮的大別墅，乾淨整潔，在利雅得市中心，出行開會去哪邊都很方便。房東小姐姐非常熱情，安排很周到很暖心，謝謝！

位置特別好，在圖書館對面，走路5分鐘直接就到了，旁邊還有一個很大的公園，吃完飯可以過去散散步，晚上人超級多，服務也很不錯。中國餐實在太符合我的胃啦。

住了10多天，詳細寫個評論給後來的人做個參考： 飲食：早，中，晚三餐供應，按照當地物價類比來看價格比較實惠，廚師是中國人，菜品自己選購，營養搭配合理，菜品多變，各地口味均能適應。 語言：老闆及服務人員可以阿拉伯語，英語，漢語溝通基本無障礙。 安全：房屋獨棟獨院，有大門鎖，位於市中心，國家圖書館旁，無需擔心安全性，沙特本身是比較安全的國家。 包容性：對文化，膚色，服裝穿着的包容度很高，和國內沒有區別。 老闆：樂於助人，提供很多有價值的訊息，理髮店，小超市，有各種需求可以無障礙溝通和了解。 再多説一句，本着中國人來都來了的思想：剛來時立志衹吃當地風味菜館，衹混阿拉伯圈子，後來慢慢想吃國內蘭州拉麪，想吃國內的炒菜，麪食，燉菜，再後來被民宿大廚的手藝徹底拿捏，這一變化的過程非常短暫而迅速[呲牙]。
