Solo Sokos Hotel Turun Seurahuone

The best hotel in Turku by far. Many different room types. My personal favorite room type is Solo sauna Supreme. Amazing beds in all room types. The walk-in showers are really spacious. The breakfast is the best I've had in hotels in Finland. The staff are friendly, relaxed and nice. Restaurant Gunnars Toast Skagen is a must have every time.

My favourite hotel in Turku. Location, staff, rooms, everything os good. Breakfast is great! In Finland prices are high, but I allways enjoy when we can stay in Turku in this hotel. Would recommend! Staff also remembered our anniversary, wich allways is nice gesture.

What a delightful hotel this is! The staff is superb, the breakfasts are outstanding and our bedroom was spacious and extremely comfortable. I usually stay in more deluxe properties but, this,hotel, can rank in service, among. The very best. Thank you kindly,for all your help and guidance.

What a wonderful service I had! I came in very late and went to bed straight away. For a reason or another I couln't sleep I jumped up and retuned many times. Finally I fell asleep and after three hours sleep I nealry fell to the foor, because the very thick mattres had moved around 40 cm and the other edge was "on nothing"! I complained for this to reception. They promised to improve the situation and they did that! In the following night I slept 9 hours continuously very well indeed and even after the breakfast one hour more. The mattress didn't move at all! They compensated the case in a light, but a very memorable way and I felt myself as an appreciated customer! I let you quess that. The room was well equipped, clean and silent (on the fifth floor, in spite of weekend traffic). Breakfast has a wide variety of selection and delicious.

Really nice, tidy and beautiful hotel in the center of Turku. Rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was excellent like it usually is in hotels in Finland. We we really happy with our stay! We loved our spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in-shower.

Stylish and nice hotel in the pulse of the city. We liked our stay, everything worked really well and the room was beautifully decorated. Didn’t look like traditional Finnish hotelroom and everything seemed made with quality. The breakfast was so GOOD!! I would recommend that also to people who are not staying in this hotel.

Nice, centrally located hotel. Check in was very friendly and smooth and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was tasty but the personnel couldn't keep up with the pace, on several occasions people had to ask for more of different ingredients. At breakfast there is the possibility to order extra hot meals but you have to pay extra for it, 5,30€ for an omelette for example. I have to say I find that strange, just increase the room price and include it instead, this system feels cheap.

It was great to visit again. Special thanks to the hotel staff for remembering our anniversary. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was again very good. The location of the hotel is great. We will definitely come again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Solo Sokos Hotel Turun Seurahuone is a wonderful hotel that definetly is worth the four stars. It is on a good location, and all the main must-see places are but a stroll away. The hotel offers a modern and somewhat luxurious experience with a few minimal flaws. Our room was located on the fifth floor, which is the highest room of the A-wing. The room was good size. The scenerie from the windows isn’t the best, to be honest. Some local kebab and pizza places! The room was well cleaned. The bathroom had a great rain shower and a normal shower. Amenities include conditioner, body lotion, a vanity kit and a blowdryer. The entrance hall had a drawer with an iron and an ironing board. The minibar fridge was good size but some of the products were extremely overpriced! 2.50€ for a petite bag of chips! The ChromeCast on the TV was a great extra. Many hotels in Finland don’t have it. There were a selection of teas and coffees in the room, including Americano, Latte Macchiato. green tea and Earl Grey. The bed was way too soft though, and even though you got three sizes of pillows you couldn’t affect the hardness of one. So you have to sleep on these extremely soft pillows which will make your neck explode. The breakfast was OK. They had many foods ranging from bread to porridge and to fruit. I took a smoothie only to notice that the glass was shattered. Sokos Hotels have been able to, despite the flaws, maintain a steady, good, experience in all its hotels.
