Città del 6 ottobre: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

Hotel fantastico e complesso. ALTRO RECOMANDATO. Bello e pulito. Personale amichevole. Veramente piacevole

Hotel di lusso un po’ agé, ma di fascino, in in campo da golf molto curato. Ottima posizione per escursione alle Piramidi e Sfinge (15’-20’ in macchina). Personale alla reception eccezionale - Hussein il migliore: in qualità di Hilton Honor Gold ha garantito alla mia famiglia un upgrade all’Executive Floor, assegnandoci 2 stanze comunicanti molto ampie e confortevoli. Il personale del ristorante, della colazione e dell’esecutivo lounge, è stato molto disponibile e gentile - pasti gluten free organizzati in tempo record. Cibo ottimo.

We stayed for 4 nights and first night we were happy with the hotel, room ambience etc. On the 2nd day when we came back to the hotel we noticed that the Air condition was not working and we called maintenance. The guy who came tried to fix it and after about 30 mins we were told he cannot fix it that day and will have to return the following day. He said he could get our room changed. As we had a long day and had an early wake-up call we said we will manage for that night as the thought of packing/moving was not ideal and was hoping it will be fixed. Following day we informed the reception before we went out and even got our travel agent to do the same. Sadly when we returned after a long day AC had not been fixed and there was no message to inform us that. However there were dust all over and not-closed panels on the ceiling instead. There was no messages to say they could not fix the AC too. So we called the reception however they kept the phone and did not even return the call in case they did not hear us. I went to the reception and informed as the guy on duty who told me it was fixed!!! I told him I will not come down from 4th floor if it was fixed. He then checked something on the system (and surely saw some remark) and so said they will change our room and he will send someone to assist us. I went back while a guy came in 2 mins! Obviously we wanted more time. So we asked him to stay for 10 mins or come back after 10 mins. He opted for the 2nd option. However after 20 mins as no one came we called the reception and reception answered the phone by saying ”my colleague will come now”. So it was obvious they can see our room number and knew why we were calling and it was also obvious our call earlier was cut deliberately. Luckily the room was in the same floor (4th floor) however we were given twin sharing beds instead of a double bed, which we had in the original room. Also the room was generally smaller, while the bathroom was not at all to the standard of the initial room we had. There were empty shampoo bottles etc. As it was quite late and as we were tired we did not press the matter after that. The hotel didn't even have the courtesy to apologise to us for not being able to give us a double bed! Similarly the hotel did not think to inform us or the travel agent that they could not fix the AC and that they would like to change our room until we went down to the reception! Lacked empathy and common courtesy BIG TIME and we were really disappointed.

Un Albergo sicuramente di classe e degno dei migliori Hotel della catena Hyatt che è sempre una garanzia di qualità in tutto il mondo. Stanze ampie e comode, un ottima colazione e una piscina perfetta per rilassarsi la sera dopo le visite al Cairo. La posizione dell'Hotel all'interno di un compaund moderno fa sì che sia una vera isola dal caos cittadino che al Cairo risulta essere veramente tanto. Necessarimente bisogna muoversi con un taxi o meglio ancora con UBER che risulta essere alquanto efficente al Cairo e di migliore qualità rispetto ai vari servizi di Taxi (scegliete sempre la opzione comfort quando chiamate un Uber e cercate di trovarvi in una posizione facilmente raggiungibile per evitare di non incontrarvi con il vostro driver). Unico appunto l'hotel si trova a circa un ora di distanza dall'aeroporto e questo sicuramente è un pò penalizzante per chi si deve spostare o prendere un aereo, in quanto deve partire con largo anticipo.

Ho apprezzato tantissimo il mio soggiorno presso il Cairo. Sono stato in questo hotel 5 volte ed è ormai il mio punto di riferimento per i viaggi al Cairo. Consiglio ha tutti il soggiorno con colazione internazionale ed un'alta qualità del servizio e del cibo offerto.

The hotel is good. Price is good. The staffs including reception Mr. Abdullah is good. I do suggest this hotel.
