Cambogia: hotel con pick-up nella provincia di Provincia di Siem Reap

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

L'hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative. La piscina è eccellente, e la nostra camera è ben attrezzata e pulita. La sua posizione nel centro è ideale. Vorrei esprimere un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Sara per il suo aiuto durante il nostro soggiorno. La vista dall'hotel è stupenda, e il colazione è stato delizioso. Tuttavia, non abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di provare il loro pranzo o cena.

The room is clean and spacious with a nice big bathroom, although there was no hot water to shower. There’s a mini fridge, kettle and safe in room. They provide bottled water, coffee and tea. There’s a nice pool and restaurant on site with good food and prices. It’s convenient to minimarts, restaurants and laundry places. The only downside is there are hostel rooms that tend to cater to the young and drunk crowd. Some have been very loud in the hallways after midnight until 4:00am. And some party at the pool all night although the pool closes at 22:00. Evidently the hotel does not enforce the pool hours or any kind of quiet hours. It can be very disturbing if you have a balcony room with a pool view. There are roosters that start crowing around 4am and the call to prayer starts just after 5am

The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.

The Twizt is an incredible stay! 5 minute Walk away from the pub street (which is great as it is not too noisy), you find a great hostel with an appealing interior design. Furthermore, you have an awesome rooftop pool, neat bathrooms and a sufficiently big room. ALSO: I forgot my headphones there. Within 1 day, I got them back at my hostel in Phnom Penh since they sent them on the same day they found them! Great service and once again, thank you! :) Only negative Point: No windows in the rooms - for longer stays at the hostel, you may visit the lobby or the rooftop bar.

Un amico aveva prenotato per me una stanza in questo hotel per quattro notti. Ero sul pavimento e ero molto felice della stanza. Il condizionamento d'aria funzionava bene, e anche se ero vicino alla zona di accoglienza, la stanza era tranquilla, pulita e confortevole. Il mobilio cambogiano è enorme, di colore rosso ciliegio e praticamente immobile. Non aveva problemi con l'internet e aveva buona notte di sonno. All'esterno dell'hotel sono tuk tuks - dedicati all'hotel - pronti a scotchare qualsiasi visitatore in qualsiasi parte della città che si sceglie di vedere. Il colazione è servito sul tetto dell'hotel, e per un vegetariano la selezione era sufficiente - poco. Il costo del buffet è USD 5.00 Oltre alla camera di colazione al tetto (terrazza) c'è una piccola piscina, più adatta a coloro che vogliono rifrire, piuttosto che a coloro che sperano di nuotare. In generale, ero molto soddisfatto dell'hotel. Un paio di grandi mercati sono a pochi passi. Il ristorante di Vit King (esclusivamente vegetariano) è vicino, ma la selezione è piuttosto limitata, purtroppo. Siem Reap è una bella città, vale la pena passare qualche giorno. Molto ovunque si desidera andare (ad eccezione di alcune attrazioni come Angkor Wat), è all'interno della strada passeggiata - il centro di intrattenimento, e il mercato turistico - Pub Street è vicino. Se soggiornare più di una notte, chiedere un tasso scontato. Il personale del servizio di ricezione è utile e ben informato.

Dalle 06:30 al colazione, l'ultimo giorno dovevo lasciare l'hotel alle 06:00, quindi ho rinunciato al colazione, ma all'improvviso mi ho fatto un rullo di uova, che mi ha lasciato un'impressione profonda. La posizione è a pochi chilometri dalla città, non sembra andare intorno all'hotel. La piscina è circa 20m, posso nuotare. Ho vissuto due notti, ma non c'era acqua calda.La mattina dopo mi sono lamentata e ho detto che lo ripararei, ma non l'ho riparato.Ok, non ho insistito, perche'la temperatura era molto calda, quindi non c'era alcun problema speciale. Il pranzo dell'hotel è delizioso, ma un po'prezioso. Il trasporto verso l'aeroporto è molto costoso.Ti suggeriamo di organizzare altrove. Ho scritto molti difetti, ma in generale il rapporto prezzo è molto alto e il prezzo è raddoppiato. - Si raccomanda.

Sono andato a SR per visita e lavoro , è stato soggiorno in questo hotel 3 notti, camera è bella con pulito , prezzo accettabile con piano regalo e buon WiFi , ero molto turbato con i servizi, non c'è un servizio standard, solo un po' di caso, ma hanno cercato di mentire , Il caso Non possiamo accedere alla TV I. La stanza che hanno cercato di lieci da quando ho controllato fino a quando ho solo controllato di dire che ci sono problemi con TV Cable 😅 In primo luogo mi hanno detto che hanno comprato la scatola TV intelligente arrivato hotel poi TV remoto non accessibile! Infine, è circa TV cable company look like they think we are local guest not much money to pay therefore no solution like change from another room to our room , just set up a wedding moon a bit expensive $ 7 charged . Ma il personale di turno notturno è buono e gentile

L'hotel è un albergo di lusso con decorazioni europee. Il servizio nella hall è buono. Anche la colazione gratuita è molto ricca. Nell'hotel c'è una piscina e le camere sono molto grandi. Sceglierò di rimanere qui se venissi di nuovo.

The most wonderful hotel of our trip. The rooms are incredible and comfortable, the bath is so nice after a day visiting the Angkor temples and the private pool perfect for cooling off with the heat of Cambodia! You can relax and rest in an intimate and calm space 🙏 The breakfast is super good and plentiful, the same goes for the restaurant food which is delicious. Finally, special mention for the hotel staff who are so pleasant, helpful and caring. Thank you Mr. Key, Mr. Leap, Ms. Morning Star and everyone else who made our stay perfect 🫶 we come back with pleasure ! Laura

Ihana luonnon keskellä oleva paikka. Hienot mökit ja kaunis sisustus. Myös uima-allas ja miljöö upeat. Ainoa miinus oli sunnuntai-aamulla alkava rummutus lähinaapurista klo 6 joka päättyi vasta klo 8. Ilmeisesti joku uskonnollinen rituaali. Muuten viihdyimme oikein hyvin. Leena

The Beige is a stunning Eco Resort, the design is spot on. Gorgeous tents, built on traditional Cambodian stone foundations. The fine design detail is everywhere to be seen. The prices are luxury prices, no big deal, after all, it is International level service in a remote jungle. We took the only villa with a private pool. We thought we were in Jungle heaven. Let’s step back a bit. We turned off the main road onto a local “Village Commune” road. This road was stuffed with potholes so we had a bumpy ride past a collection of magnificent houses set next to run down shacks. This should have been a clue to us that not all was well here near The Beige. Warning: There is only one road into the resort, so the village knows exactly when guests are arriving. Upon arrival, through the massive security gates, the duty staff greeted our airport pick up car, which, by the way, took us to all of the Angkor Wat temples before we arrived at the hotel. Check in was a breeze in the AC controlled glass reception. The welcome could not have been more impressive. The short walk to the Grand Tent revealed a truly magical jungle. We swam, watched the wildlife, napped on the swinging bed over the pool. Dinner was excellent, the wine list held classic surprises from the globe. The fire pit near the marsh sent us off to dream land. THIS IS WHERE THE DREAM TURNED INTO A HOLIDAY NIGHTMARE! At 6am, a local, described as a “Crazy young man” by the staff, began to play from the west of the resort, loud pounding, repetitive bass music on a loop. This went on until 11am. Next day, 7am the noise started again. (See photo attached of the 2 massive Rock Concert size speakers aimed directly at the resort from the village) A serious complaint was made to the staff who earlier had told us “There are ear plugs in the tents as Cambodians like to party.” We were to discover the truth during breakfast, this was not a party, this is an alleged extortion racket against the hotel. It was alleged that the “Crazy Man” who lives near The Beige, plays this looping bass music until the hotel calls the Police. The “city” staff told us they have to meet with the “local” leaders of the Commune Village to gently get the music turned down. The hotel give the Police cash, this goes who knows where, the music stops for a while. There is a second local who plays music that bombs the resort with noise from the East, although, it is actual music and not as loud as the repetitive looping noise that “Crazy Man” plays. We had 6 hours of full waking silence on the first day. 2 hours on the second day (before checkout) to enjoy the natural sounds of the jungle. 8 hours out of 48! The resort was empty, we were the only guests there, all the other tents were empty, now we know why. The hotel has a Standard Operating Procedure to deal with these sound pollution attacks. It is a roll of the dice if it works as we are told by the staff,the local Police and Village leaders “can only do so

Moringa Tree Maison è un hotel a casa e boutique. Le camere possono essere prenotate di notte o come parte dell'iniziativa ONG COPE, Bricks of Hope Voluntour Program che l'hotel sponsorizza. Sono venuto a Moringa Tree Maison come parte della possibilità volontaria che sponsorizzano 8-day. I sette di noi che sono venuti a volontariato per la settimana sono stati tutti di diversi paesi e il personale ha fatto tutto per farci sentire a casa e benvenuti per tutta la settimana. Il personale era sorprendente, conosciuto tutti i nostri nomi e ci salutarono con un sorriso amichevole, un asciugamano freddo e la firma di Moringa Tree freddo quando siamo tornati dalla giornata, facendo tutto il possibile per rendere la nostra permanenza una memoriale. La proprietà è ben decorata, con giardini tranquilli e un giardino organico che fornisce tutte le piante servite nei loro pasti, sono ecoconscienza con il sole che fornisce quasi la metà dell'elettricità della proprietà. Non troverai nemmeno prodotti di plastica, monouso sul sito. Il meglio è che tutte le persone che si addestrano e affittano sono tutte della loro comunità. Il programma Voluntour attraverso la ONG COPE, per cui ero li', è sponsorizzato dall'hotel. È stata una 8 day/7 occasione notturna di costruire una casa in una comunità locale con giorni pieno di giocare a turisti con una guida con licenza. I 7 di noi tutti hanno detto che questo programma è la parte più memorabile delle nostre viaggi individuali. Dirò a tutti che questa è la migliore visita che possano fare qui.Che tu voglia rimanere a Moringa Tree Maison per qualche notte o andare al programma Voluntary, non sarai deluso. Raccomando molto Moringa Tree Maison.

Il miglior soggiorno di tutta la nostra vita!!!!! Siamo capitati in questo resort perché c'è stato un overbooking nell'hotel che avevamo prenotato e ci hanno offerto questa soluzione! Cosa migliore non poteva capitarci!!! È stato tutto perfetto! Ci hanno fatto trovare una torta per la nostra luna di miele, lo staff è stato fantastico! Barang super disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta!!!
