Great location, very close to the airport, bus provided from and to the airport. Room is big enough for 3 guests. Buffet is available for dinner.

This is probably the review that you are looking for; After reading a lot of reviews here, i was skeptical but went for it anyways because of its airport shuttle. Although i wished that they extend their shuttle bus services throughout the night because my flight got delayed. The service was alright overall. I think I know who is the ‘angry red man’ in one of the negative reviews written and at first, he did seem to be an impatient person but i realised that after communicating with a lot of fast speaking foreigners, he was accustomed to their pace of talking and dont worry, he would adjust to yours. The hotel was filled with foreigners, mainly chinese (based on the lobby) and majority were men, calling on speaker and smoking. It was kinda refreshing given that I’ve been in Japan for 3 months and this is the first time i saw such behaviour in public. But tbh, the environment was inviting and you feel less pressured to societal norms because of them lol. The hotel lobby for my floor did smell like cigarettes but it was faint. I guess someone smoked awhile ago. The soundproofing was average. I could only hear someone when I was close to my room door. The store at the lobby had crazy pricing so i would advice to bring your own snacks from the airport before coming. The koi pond outside was cute tho! The cleanliness was average. It was clean but i did found a strand of hair on the wall in the toilet, but other than that (i checked everything) it was acceptably clean (but do use the slippers). My two main issues with the room are the bed and lighting. The bed was hard. It made me think that this is how it would feel like sleeping on the tatami mat LOL but if you’re staying for a night, it was bearable. The pillows were also so hard. The lighting on the other hand was limited. I had to do my make up near the door because that was the only bright and white light area. Even the toilet was kinda dimmed since it didnt have ceiling lights. Overall; its an OK hotel option to stay for the night to catch another flight the next day. I have never been to a motel but I would compare it to one, an OK motel lol. I hope I covered most of what people tend to look for :) Also! Theres a stamp at the lobby for travellers who likes to collect stamps in Japan.

Davvero impressionato dalla posizione così vicina a Tokyo Disneyland. E dai comfort e dai drink di benvenuto e dal cibo offerti! Hanno persino arricciacapelli e comfort free flow (come pannolini, bavaglini, giocattoli per bambini in affitto gratuiti) e spugna da bagno e altro ancora! Molto conveniente e altamente consigliato! Adoro la bellissima chiesa nell'hotel stesso e la vicinanza al centro commerciale Aeon e alla stazione ferroviaria

Supera le nostre aspettative, anche se abbiamo avuto solo una notte per riposare prima del nostro volo mattutino. Colpito dal terminale self-card all'arrivo!! C'era personale pronto ad assisterci se avessi avuto bisogno di aiuto con il terminale. Apprezzo la disponibilità oraria del servizio navetta che rende il viaggio per l'aeroporto super comodo la mattina presto per prendere il nostro volo delle 8. 🥰

Ci sono autobus navetta gratuiti per l'aeroporto di Narita T1 e T2 alla fermata n. 26. Ci sono autobus per Aeon, Narita JR e la stazione di Tokyo Narita. Guarda l'immagine per l'orario. L'hotel offre un servizio cordiale, camere spaziose, sorgenti termali, minimarket e ristoranti. È molto comodo soggiornare qui durante il transito.

Very new and nice hotel, self help amenities at lobby including face masks, cleaners and lotion. Dyson fan n air purifier, hairdryer in room. Clean and Comfortable stay. Next to train station and very big Aeon mall. Will consider coming back again. Limit to 3 pax in one room only. Strict regulation.

I accidentally booked and prepaid the 5-night trip at this hotel on Trip.com, then I became worried after reading a lot of negative comments about Trip.com. i booked this for my parents so I had to make sure they got the room, thus I came to ask the receptionist one day before. The hotel was at a convenient place to a lot of malls and restaurants, the room was bigger than I thought. The only bad thing is this room is a smoking room so there was heavy cigarette smell, and it barely faded out after several days even if we opened the window

I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the price—2200 yen for guests, with walk-ins costing 2700 yen. The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Additionally, its convenient location next to Nippon Car Rental made it easy for us to explore the area. Highly recommended! 🌟

Location is kinda far from Narita airport but they have free shuttle service. They said it’s more crowded in the morning so I had booked it before making a reservation for hotel room. Also I didn’t know that I booked a room for three people. Amenities are to me little disappointing since there was no bottled water, hand soap and shower cap. My husband wanted to go to a pharmacy in an emergency situation, but then there was no Pharmacy near there around 22:00. We arrived around 18:30, there were many restaurants opened in walking distance but no shopping mall kinda thing. We had dinner at the closest restaurant where you can get a good hamburg steaks and bread. Hotel staffs were kind and friendly.

Cleaners came into room when clean room tag was not hung up. They moved belongings around. Hotel felt desolate and the place was not very welcoming Breakfast “reservation” instructions were inconvenient. It is NOT a reservation system; it is just a waiting in queue system. You can only stand in line using QR code starting 0600 of day of use but this is not real booking. You cannot book for a designated breakfast time. Once you are notified by email, you have to go RIGHT AWAY to have breakfast or lose your spot. Levels and entrance layout confusing - could have better signage Rainbow room does not have rainbow design (unlike photos). On the good side, buffet breakfast has good variety of food, both Jap and western. Free shuttle to Bayside Station is helpful for Disneyland/sea goers Paid limo service to Haneda Airport is helpful for tired legs after Disney

I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the price—2200 yen for guests, with walk-ins costing 2700 yen. Servizio molto rapido da parte di tutti i dipendenti di questo hotel. Oltre alle mie aspettative, non mi aspettavo un servizio così meraviglioso, ma ero molto contento nonostante una lunga permanenza in camicia, come avevo un volo alle sette del mattino. Questo hotel si fa sentire orgoglioso di curare i clienti/hotel. Ogni piccolo punto è stato delineato; il complimentare bus SVC da/da terminali aeroportuali e il navetta SVC da/da centro commerciale AEON valeva bene, un gran prezzo per ciò che il cliente ha pagato per il prezzo della stanza. Devo congratularmi con Marroad Htl per la sua pulizia senza spot. Raccomanderà molto a coloro che cercano la navetta aeroportuale gratuita e con volo mattino per catturare. Sicuramente si affiderà su questo hotel per il mio futuro transito/stop di Narita . 10 stelle se posso. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Just as advertised. Nice compact room with comfortable bed and very clean. Air conditioning worked well. Close to both narita and keisei-narita train station. Easy walk to aeon mall and omotesando street with many options for eating and shopping. At end of this tourist street wonderful old shire. One of the best we have seen in japan. Lovely staff and breakfast was fantastic.

from the location wise, it is very convenient when it provide the shuttle to airport. there is a convenient store so you can get something to eat there. yhe hotel has machine help us on hotel check-in /out so even many people come at same time , it will not take long to get a room. highly recommend ! the room is Toky standard size but redecorate so feel new indeed and smart TV available

L'hotel ha fornito autobus di viaggio intorno dall'aeroporto all'hotel e era in tempo. La stanza è molto grande. Mi piace il bagno grande. Il personale che mi ha servito a notte era molto energico e aveva eccellente abilità inglese. Grazie mille. Voglio rimanere di nuovo qui.

Very large room with 4 beds, it was tidy and clean, great parking facility and conveniently located near Disneyland and Disney sea, especially with their free shuttle services. There are local malls restaurants and supermarkets within 10-15 minutes drive, staff was wonderful too.

Ho prenotato 4 camere in totale per la mia famiglia. Nessuna lamentela, la colazione era buona con 3-4 posti tra cui scegliere. Questo include un'opzione per un pasto tradizionale giapponese. Accessibile in sedia a rotelle e posizione comoda per le fughe Disney.

Great location. Busses to and from the hotel, Disney's, and trams are available and come around often. The facility has many restaurants, a Disney store, and a convenient store, but I do suggest getting extra amenities or dine around Maihama Station if you're on a budget. The room are quit retro and have everything you need. Sleeping wise beds are okay, pillows though are like flat sponges. Staying here is fine if you're looking for affordability near the parks.

房間很安靜，接待我們的是個台灣小姐姐，講話柔柔的，聽起來很舒服，其實沒有中文前台也還好，因為全程英語是可以溝通的，酒店旁邊依舊是有便利店的，買東西什麼的超級方便，也不會因為靠近領取，就漲價。接駁車直接把我們送到迪士尼海洋，下午回來休息室還有免費的飲料可以暢飲，早餐是一盒三明治，我可太喜歡日式三明治了，如果去迪士尼玩，這家酒店是首選哦～

Ho goduto il mio soggiorno nella Baia di Tokyo Hyatt Regency. Il personale era eccellente e le camere erano comode. La navetta gratuita a Disney era un grande plus. Tuttavia, arrivare lì attraverso il trasporto pubblico con bagagli e un bambino era un po' difficile, perché richiedeva un cambiamento di due linee e era a distanza dalla stazione per prendere un taxi, soprattutto nella pioggia. Inoltre, non ci sono negozi di comodità nelle vicinanze, quindi le opzioni per cena dopo le 9:00 sono state limitate. In generale, una buona esperienza ma essere preparati per la logistica del trasporto e cibo dopo le 9:00

Impianti: buona manutenzione, anche se non molto nuova. Salute: pulito, niente problema! Ambiente: la stanza è la più grande che abbia vissuto in Giappone allo stesso prezzo. La figura 1 è il paesaggio che ho guardato dalla stanza. Servizio: l'inglese è buono, l'atteggiamento è buono e soddisfa le aspettative. Oltre all'hotel di mobilitazione generale dei giocattoli, l'altro lato è la stazione di Disney. È possibile camminare dall'altro lato, o anche un bus alberghiero gratuito come la porta dell'hotel, e anche un bus aereo a Chengdao e Chengdao, in generale è molto economico!

Good value, no frills hotel room with everything you need. The spa is perfect to relax after a long day out. Comes with hot water kettle. Left means it’s boiling, and right side means to keep warm.

La stanza è fantastica. Ho bisogno di tre letti questa volta. Ho scelto e sono stati scelti tre letti sono grandi; le strutture interne sono buone; ci sono bagni indipendenti, bagni e bagni, ci sono piccole scatole e bagni, posso fare il bagno, e tornare a fare un bagno molto stanco. L'hotel ha anche un grande casinò caldo, 2200 yen una volta, ma penso che la stanza sia molto buona.Questa stanza può vedere la montagna Fuji 🗻, il tempo è luminoso e il paesaggio è molto bello; Il colazione del giorno dopo è disponibile al negozio di convenienza. Il ghiaccio di Hagendas del negozio di convenienza è molto buono. Gli acquisti di cibo ogni giorno questi giorni:)

the staff were all kind, they let us check in earlier than the allowed check in time when I beg to have the room because my son gets a little sick from our long trip. They were all accomodating and we will definitely refer hotel Green Tower to our friends. Kudos and thank you!

I book this hotel for my outlet shopping purpose as it’s just next to the outlet complex! Using the self check in service and speedy procedure.

Close to JR Chiba Station. Explore the streets around it and you can find Izakaya, Fastfood and cosme-drug store. The hotel had electricity shut-down on my checkout day - the staff helped to carry my luggage down to level one by stairs! Really grateful for that action :) Highly recommended - cheaper accomodation rates compared to Tokyo, but still fast and convenient to get into Tokyo by JR.

Ho prenotato la stanza standard e sembrava esattamente quello che ho prenotato, mini frigo con acqua libera e un buco di ghiaccio, non sono sicuro che il ghiaccio fosse libero, ma si può facilmente accostare al lobby di ascensore, amare il bagno e il bidet. Hanno fornito shampoo, lavastoviglie e condizionatore per capelli, non vedo molti hotel forniscono condizionatore per capelli, quindi sono contento di vederlo. Hanno un umidificatore nella stanza che era buono perché era davvero asciutto nella stanza. L'aeroporto di Haneda è stato vicino e dietro l'hotel, quindi non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi se si va all'aeroporto di Haneda e da e. Il costo del bus era di 1400 yen. La prossima volta che visiterò Chiba, mi piacerebbe visitare l'hotel!

Location is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance

Hotel molto pulito e bello. Il personale è molto amichevole. L'hotel è situato all'uscita ovest della stazione Chiba! Solo due minuti a piedi dalla stazione! molto conveniente.

Reservato un soggiorno 3-night in questo hotel, convenientemente situato a piedi dalla stazione di Chiba 5-minute. Godendo la bevanda di benvenuto complimentare disponibile dalle 2:00 alle 11:00. Sarebbe stato migliorato se fornissero caffè caldo per gli ospiti di mattina. Un'attenzione notabile è l'onz a livello 3, che offre un rilassante ritiro dopo un giorno di esplorazione. La signora Li, che ha facilitato il check-in, si è presto trasferita a Mandarin, per migliorare la nostra comprensione e la nostra esperienza generale.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere all'Hotel Francs durante il mio viaggio in Giappone. Uno degli aspetti più memorabili del mio soggiorno è stato il servizio eccezionale fornito dal personale dell'Hotel Francs. Anche se ho conoscenza limitata della lingua locale, sono andati oltre e sopra per assicurarmi che io abbia un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Erano sempre disponibili a aiutarmi con tutto quello che avevo bisogno, e la loro gentilezza e l'ospitalità mi facevano sentire a casa. In generale, consiglio al Hotel Francs di chiunque cerca un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole in Giappone. Il personale, la camera e la posizione erano tutti eccezionali, e non posso ringraziarli abbastanza per rendere il mio soggiorno così memorabile. Grazie a loro, ho potuto godere appieno del mio viaggio in Giappone, nonostante la mia incapacità di parlare la lingua locale.
