The whole stay was great except when I call for to book for massage service at 5pm which was told as “Baik Bu”. Nonetheless, upon arrive at the spa centre, just to find 2 employee was having a nap. And I was ask to wait. Later on, one of the girl mentioned the slot already full and have to wait for another slot at 7pm. Not delivering the promise is one thing but no remedies is another. No service recovery was made in the end.

To be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me. Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same... The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!

Questo hotel è molto buono, ho vissuto qui per diverse settimane, il colazione è delizioso. L'eccellente posto è la piscina celeste, mi piace sedermi lì, forma il top, si può vedere la vista in dumai, e per il resto, la sala d'esercizio è anche buona.

Questa è la prima volta che sono rimasto a batiqa. In generale il servizio è molto eccellente. La pulizia, la gentilezza, la camera sono la valenza di rimanere. Il colazione ha più menu da scegliere. Viene di nuovo all'hotel batiqa se si visita a Pekanbaru.

The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

I was very impressed with my experience. The hotel's strategic location, just a few steps from the city center, makes it very convenient to get around. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They provide excellent service, always ready to help with a smile on their face. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the facilities I needed. The hotel facilities also deserve a thumbs up. Their swimming pool and fitness center ensured I stayed active during my stay. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was also excellent, with a wide choice of delicious food 💯💯

Ottimo luogo per soggiornare a Pekanbaru. Amichevole e accogliente personale, pulito e non obstruttivo. Arrivato presto mattina a un lobby molto pulito. Haven non ha ancora provato il ristorante ma ha sentito grandi recensioni anche su questo. Vorrei molto consigliare di pianificare di rimanere presto.
