Francia: hotel con pick-up nella provincia di Centro-Valle della Loira

Chers homologues consommateurs, je souhaite attirer votre attention sur la mauvaise tenue de cet hôtel afin que ce qui nous est arrivé puisse être évité à d'autres personnes. Écoutez cette mise en garde et FUYEZ ! Je mets la note de 1/5, car il est impossible de mettre 0/5… Nous avions réservé dans cet hôtel, puisque la note google me semblait tout à fait correcte, avec le recul et notre expérience, je ne peux m'empêcher de me poser la question : les commentaires positifs n'auraient-ils pas été générés par des bots ? À ce jour, c'est l'explication la plus logique pour justifier cette note de 3.8/5 qui me parait incompréhensible. Je me suis décidé à rédiger ce commentaire, car je ne prends jamais cette peine, mais que j'ai l'impression que c'est une des dernières ”armes” qu'il reste aux clients de nos jours, ça et les associations de consommateurs. Notre besoin n'était que de courte durée puisque nous étions en Villemandeur, une seule nuit pour un mariage à la ferme de Vimory. Nous avons dû rester, en tout et pour tout, 7 h dans la chambre 27 de l'hôtel ”Inn Design Resto Novo Montargis”. Notre retour de mariage s'est fait vers 4 h 45 du matin avec un besoin pressant de prendre une douche, car il avait fait très chaud durant cette journée d'aout et cette soirée sur la piste de danse. Je vais vous lister ici ce que nous avons découvert en arrivant dans la chambre :  Une douche qui coulait à peine, la pression inexistante, tout juste de quoi s'y laver les mains. PAS D'EAU CHAUDE, ni dans la douche ni au lavabo. Une douche cassée qui nous est tombée sur la tronche. Un tour de douche qui fuyait, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec plusieurs centimètres de flotte dans la salle de bain et la chambre juste le temps de faire les tests avec l'eau. Une chasse d'eau qui fonctionnait à peine et qu'il fallait enfoncer à l'extrême pour utiliser  une chambre minuscule dans laquelle il est difficile de cohabiter à deux Une couche de poussière sur la tête de lit et les lampes Des liseuses hors service. Une bouilloire cassée sans couvercle et une belle trace collante à côté de cette dernière Une télécommande pleine de crasse qui semblait avoir bien vécu. Je vous laisse imaginer que nous avons dû nous coucher en l'état... au matin, et suite à nos plaintes, il nous a été donné la possibilité d'avoir accès à une autre chambre, la numéro 20, afin de pouvoir prendre une douche. Cette dernière fonctionnait, mais elle fuyait également et de la poussière volait dans tous les sens dans la chambre. La chasse d'eau était dans le même état que dans la chambre numéro 27. En termes de sécurité, il nous avait été donné un digicode un peu plus tôt dans la journée pour pouvoir accéder à l'hôtel à notre retour de soirée. À notre arrivée, la porte était ouverte et le digicode sans doute hors service dans les autres déconvenues, je précise aussi qu'il nous a été impossible de récupérer les clés avant 17h alors que la cérémonie était à 15h et que tous nos amis disséminés dans deux au

This is a budget hotel about halfway between calais and Toulouse, perfectly placed for our stopover. We found it to be clean but basic, no tea making facilities in room but a vending machine in foyer which cost just €1.10 for a drink. Friendly staff on hand to assist in matters. Breakfast was overseen by Akrem, a very friendly, engaging chap who seemed to be doing everything on his own. The breakfast was fairly good with enough choice of breads, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, and drinks to fill you up. Free parking at the hotel. Remember this is a budget hotel, if you want 5* hotel you will pay 3-5 times more for it. Would return next time and recommend to others.

If you are traveling by bicycle, this is the place to go. Secure and covered bike parking in the back yard. Central location right next to the train station yet quiet at night. Amenities are awesome, with pool and laundry facilities. We had a full kitchen it the room. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic. Although the hotel does not have any private parking, there is free parking all around the building so was easy to find a convenient spot. The main town centre is about a 20 minute walk away however there are lots of local restaurants near by. We booked our stay through the TRIP website stating we needed parking and a dog friendly hotel. Neither were true, no hotel parking and no dogs allowed although the hotel were great and still allowed us to stay with our hound. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was ensuite. No complaints. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

L'hotel è in centro a Chartres, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale, mi spiace dire che questo è l'unico punto di forza che abbiamo trovato. La stanza era piuttosto piccola, con un solo asciugamano a testa, noi ci abbiamo passato solo una notte e ci siamo accontentati, ma per soggiorni più lunghi ne servirebbe almeno un altro piccolo. Anche il wi-fi funzionava a singhiozzo. Abbiamo prenotato il parcheggio, che ha un costo molto buono, 8€ a notte. Ho chiesto se ci fosse qualche codice per entrare e uscire, ma mi hanno risposto che non era possibile, e che tanto tutte le attrazioni di Chartres erano raggiungibili a piedi. Non riesco a capire perché non devo più poter muovere l'auto fino al checkout, va bene che l'hotel è in centro, ma l'auto potrebbe servirmi per altri motivi.

Ottima accoglienza, la posizione è perfetta e il prezzo corretto, d'altra parte la biancheria da letto non è comoda, il materasso è cavo, peccato svegliarsi è avere mal di schiena, colazione pt molto poco, molto leggera più baguette solo pane e torta.

Nulla di impossibile, però un pò scomodo andare alla reception (qualche rampa di scale), tornare alla macchina parcheggiata in strada per poi metterla in garage e poi andare coi bagagli in camera. Ti danno telecomando in mano, codici da fare...

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti,qualità prezzo piu che buona,avevamo un cagnolino con noi ci hanno fatto pagare 9 euro in più al giorno,forse l'unica pecca è stata la colazione con poche opzioni salate,infatti ho trovato solo prosciutto e formaggio neanche delle uova sode.

Lovely walk in shower and very comfortable big double bed possibly king sized not sure but great night sleep. They offer a breakfast croissant hot drink and juice for €3.50 very good value . Dog friendly hotel we have used multiple times would recommend. Close to huge Auchan hyper market for food and fuel .

Avevo prenotato e pagato online la camera facendo affidamento sulle foto e sull'appartenenza alla catena Accor Hotel , mai scelta fu più sbagliata. Il fabbricato in cui è ubicato l'hotel è squallido, al mio arrivo era presente il receptionist , molto gentile. Ritiravo la chiave della camera e lasciavo i bagagli ,.nel frattempo ho anche pagato il garage. Al mio rientro in camera notavo che il bagno era sporco, i letti erano scomodi con materassi di circa 10 cm duri come la pietra, inoltre la camera era molto rumorosa . Ho deciso pertanto ,insieme alla mia famiglia di non pernottare, perdere 110 euro. La cosa strana è che il receptionist non ci ha chiesto come mai avessimo deciso di non pernottare . Abbiamo quindi trovato un altro Hotel a 4 stelle che.per 20neuro in più ci ha offerto una camera degna di questo nome , pulita,confortevole e silenziosa.

Château D'artigny & Spa in Montbazon is nothing short of astonishing in size and splendour. Whilst dated, the room was still excellent and the public rooms, reception, bar and restaurant are simply opulent. We absolutely loved the bar and the bar manager was a charming chap. The grounds are expansive and have to be seen to be believed. A short drive to the marvellous city of Tours, it is ideally placed to explore this historic region. Our only regret was that we did not stay multiple nights. We will be back again to rectify that!

Arrêtés sur Montargis avant la poursuite du voyage, nous avons passé une nuit au B&B, franchement, c'est top pour 56€ la nuit. La literie, je l'ai trouvé bien mais ma femme un peu moins donc partagé. C'est calme, la chambre est très propre, salle de bain suffisante donc rien à a dire. La douche (sans porte) donne une sensation de liberté, bon, un peu trop puisque l'eau se sent libre aussi d'inonder le tapis et les toilettes mais bon, c'est plus pour le personnel que cela doit être gênant. Nous reprenons la route, à bientôt.

Nous félicitons toute l'équipe pour la propreté et la bonne tenue de l'établissement. Les 2 studios étaient très propres et très bien équipés, rien ne manquait. Tout le personnel était charmant et se rendait disponible pour répondre à chacune de nos demandes. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement à l'excellent rapport qualité prix. T.J

Molto bello e facile da parcheggiare

We have visited this hotel a number of times over the past 15 years or so, including for some special occasions. Firstly the positives, the staff at reception were absolutely great and the manager and staff in the restaurant were also excellent. We had requested a change of room and this was facilitated without any fuss and again the reception staff organised this while we were out. The first room we were in had a very poor bathroom including the shower. There are no slippers or tissues in the rooms which though small items were indicative of what we saw as the small things being let slip. It appeared to us that the hotel is now focused on being a wedding venue and less attention is being paid to hotel. The breakfast was really disappointing and we were comparing it to one available at hotel we had stayed at immediately before arriving here. The coffee machine was a complete disaster and the staff appeared to be very inexperienced and failed to seize the fact that there was a problem and only agreed to make coffees when it was pointed out to them that machine was not working properly. Another guest spoke to me at the machine and said that it was inexplicable that we couldn't get a decent coffee in Italy. The selection of fruit was really poor and it appeared as if staff just added different fruit to top up the dish each day. This is a truly lovely hotel in a beautiful setting and it is a great pity to see if drop it's standards.

Molto buona posizione per visitare Orleans (solo 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città) molto utile ricevimento , sarà molto piacevole una volta completata la rinovazione (non tutti gli alloggi sono disponibili) check out a 12 è molto conveniente visitare la città anche prima del mezzogiorno

Sono molto lieto di poter scrivere una buona recensione in occasione del nostro 4° pernottamento, a differenza del precedente. La comodità e la tranquillità delle camere è confermata, così come il parcheggio gratuito e la cortesia del personale. Stavolta salviette e tappetino c'erano e non ci sono state lungaggini al ricevimento, né richieste di carta di credito. Per quanto concerne il Ristorante Lina, data la precedente pessima esperienza, prima di prenotare il tavolo, ho chiesto il menu, ho visto che i piatti proposti promettevano bene e, constatato che non c'era molta clientela, ho deciso che avremmo cenato in albergo. Effettivamente il cibo è stato buono e il servizio accurato. Stavolta promozione a pieni voti.

Hotel incredibile a tutti i livelli. L accoglienza gentilezza conforto la pulizia della camera il colazione perfetto. Hotel rinnovato con gusto belle decorazione ci sentiamo molto bene Abbiamo avuto l'impressione dell'accoglienza della direttrice ... Sul parcheggio.. ci siamo stati consigliati ci ha tenuto il nostro posto per mezzo turno.. veramente ... Bravo. Abbiamo visitato molti hotel, ma qui c è quasi sorprendente.. Abbiamo già voluto tornare. Grazie ancora iniziare le nostre vacanze con il sorriso

I found this hotel completely by happenstance when departing Orly airport with a rental car and I knew I would stay here again on furniture trips. I took the first exit near Orléans, and found this hotel. I checked in with no foresight at all, and I was very happy to have found it! I was quite surprised to find the kitchenette. It has everything you’d need to cook in for the evening, which I ventured out for food from a nearby grocery store and stayed in, safe and sound in my room, with food to eat. It was great, nice tv, nice quiet room, nice bathroom. The hotel staff are top notch, and have welcomed me every time with my mediocre French. I love this hotel!

Ciao ho prenotato un'albergo all'Universo per San Valentino ho fatto una prenotazione con mia moglie e poi abbiamo prenotato il ristorante per un menu speciale San Valentino ci hanno chiesto di arrivare prima delle 21:30 cosa abbiamo fatto per avere il menu che ci era destinato, a meno che non siamo arrivati molto prima per essere sicuri di avere il menu speciale San Valentino siamo arrivati alle 20:45 e ci sono stati annunciati che è troppo tardi non c'è più abbastanza per tutti, quindi sono molto deluso sono stato prenotato una settimana prima e mi sono promesso di avere diritto a un menu speciale di San Valentino dopo aver detto più volte il nostro disappunto ci hanno offerto di fare il menu che era concordato ma con una quantità limitata è davvero un peccato per un tale struttura perché il posto è magnifico l'hotel con piscina Jacuzzi e hammam e fantastico ma la ristorazione non è all'autore dell'appartamento molto deluso segnalato l'incidente al nostro accogliente il giorno della nostra partenza e ci hanno preso 40 € sul prezzo del menu speciale San Valentino ma avremmo preferito pagare il prezzo concordato e essere servito correttamente come era stato concordato quindi è un peccato per un tale istituzione

Un soggiorno molto buono, in un hotel gradevole, ristrutturato mantenendo il fascino della struttura originale e con stanze curate e comode. La struttura è comoda da raggiungere, l'unico appunto che trovo da fare riguarda la colazione, ricca e di buona qualità, ma con servizio in sala un po' carente.

Hotel confortevole come stanze e bagni, peccato per la colazione che è male organizzata e senza tanti posti visto la mole di gruppi che l'hotel accoglie. Mancava proprio personale a sbarazzare i tavoli, mancavano le diciture al buffet e non si capiva quale era il latte lo yogurt o formaggio cremoso (usato negli hotels francesi), pane finito, macchina del caffè ritirata perchè rotta, altre piccole macchinette di caffè in cialde ma nessuno capiva l'uso, insomma per essere un Mercure 4 stelle ne sono cadute due!! La cena poi... spiace perchè uso molto la catena Mercure ma a Tours sono rimasta molto delusa come tutto il gruppo.
