The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

Great Breakfast and Friendly Staff, but Poor Communication on Facilities I have mixed feelings about my 3-night stay. While there were some high points, the handling of basic facilities and staff communication led me to give a 3-star rating. The stay started strong with Jill at check-in, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the free daily breakfast. it was delicious, and having a machine for freshly ground and brewed coffee was a major plus. The room itself was comfortable, though I did have some technical trouble trying to cast from my phone to the TV. My main issue was the laundry situation. Upon arrival, I was told the machines were out of order and directed to a local laundromat (a 5-minute drive). Unfortunately, that laundromat was constantly full and a total waste of time. What frustrated me most was seeing other guests using the hotel’s ”broken” machines. When I called to clarify, the staff member was quite dismissive, insisting there was an ”out of order” sign on the door. I was staying literally next door to the laundry room and can confirm there was no sign there for three days. A handwritten note only appeared the next morning after my complaint. Being told I was wrong when the evidence was right in front of me was very disappointing. I also noticed that access to the breakfast area seemed uncontrolled. It felt like anyone could walk in off the street and eat, which raised some questions about guest-only security and value. Overall: A decent place to sleep with a good breakfast, but the management needs to work on honest communication and facility maintenance.

We drove from Lake Tahoe to Salt Lake, so it was a long day… thankfully the front desk was very accommodating and said they’d hold our reservation until 4:00am, we arrived a little after 1:00am. The room was adequate, although smelled a little odd (tha A/C?). The continental breakfast was good, but they ran out of waffle mix before my son & I could both get a full waffle. And we were going to hang out at the pool and hot tub until checkout but the pool was closed for cleaning or something… all-in-all a little disappointing, but hard to argue with the $109 pricetag for a family of 4…

Mi ha sorpreso piacevolmente di quanto tutto fosse bello all'hotel. Check-in era veloce e amichevole. Mi è stato dato un delizioso chip di cioccolato e biscotti di noccioline dopo l'ispezione. La mia camera era tranquilla, pulita, grande, con un letto molto comodo, e una sedia facile. La loro navetta aeroportuale era disponibile anche alle 4:00, quando ne avevo bisogno. Rimango sicuramente quando devo stare di notte vicino all'aeroporto.

Impianti: tutti sono ben cotti, e anche letti possono essere cotti Salute: pulito Ambiente: il dintorni è molto tranquillo, c'è un BBQ accanto. Servizio: buono Colazione: buona, ricco

Nel complesso, l'hotel fa un'impressione molto bella e pulita. Tuttavia, ci sono evidenti debolezze nell'elaborazione commerciale. Ho prenotato e pagato la camera tramite la vostra piattaforma. Dopo aver completato la prenotazione, ho ricevuto un'e-mail che mi chiedeva di effettuare il check-in online. Come parte della procedura di check-in, ho fornito i dati della mia carta di credito. Subito dopo il check-in online, sulla mia carta di credito è stato addebitato un importo di circa 180,00 €. Questa procedura inizialmente mi è sembrata insolita, poiché la camera era già stata pagata e l'hotel conosceva già i dati della mia carta. Dopo il check-in in hotel, è stata addebitata sulla mia carta un'ulteriore prenotazione di 162,27 €. Ho informato la reception dell'hotel di ciò e mi hanno assicurato che questi due importi riservati sarebbero stati sbloccati dopo il check-out. Il primo importo riservato è stato sbloccato alcuni giorni dopo il check-out, ma il secondo no. Il 26 agosto 2024, sulla mia carta sono stati addebitati 80,93 € e lo stesso giorno sono stati nuovamente accreditati 80,43 €. Il risultato è che la mia carta è ancora addebitata oggi, undici giorni dopo il check-out, con una prenotazione di circa 180,00 $. Sono sorpreso da un simile comportamento e ho chiesto all'hotel di spiegare i motivi degli addebiti sulla mia carta. Ho già presentato reclamo a Wyndham e ho chiesto all'hotel di assicurarsi che l'importo, ancora riservato sulla mia carta, venga ora rapidamente sbloccato.

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo andati via per una notte e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo!

Comfortable and basically clean. There was a little mold in the shower. We stayed in the handicapped room 121 though we didn’t request it. There was also a light out on the bathroom mirror. Biggest disappointment was that breakfast was available but, $16.00 per person more. Not sure this would be my first choice in the future.

Mi ha colpito molto il bel sentimento caldo e invitante che ho fatto quando sono entrato nel tuo lobby. La signora al check-in era molto amichevole e utile, con il suo sorriso caldo. La nostra stanza era pulita e confortevole. Mi sono particolarmente gradito le ombre della finestra elettrica. I letti erano molto confortevoli, mi piaceva la doccia, ma pensavo che le tue asciugamani avrebbero dovuto essere più vicine alla doccia che attraverso la stanza, che era inconveniente. Il colazione era fuori dal mondo, il migliore che abbia mai visto in un lungo periodo, con una grande varietà di articoli sul menu per adattarsi al gusto di chiunque. Il caffè era delizioso, fresco. Quando abbiamo controllato, la signora mi ha iscritto al programma dell'IHG, e ha raccomandato un parco vicino a noi per visitare, e ci è piaciuto passare la mattina lì. Sono stato molto lieto di visitare questo hotel e sicuramente considereremo di rimanere qui per una futura visita a Salt Lake City. Raccomando questo hotel a chiunque visita Salt Lake City per la sua posizione, prezzo ragionevole, e un servizio clienti eccellente fino al dettaglio più piccolo!
