L'hotel Indiana è davvero un bel posto, le camere sono molto confortevoli e grandi. Il letto era comodo con molti cuscini e una coperta di ricambio. il balcone era enorme e avevamo una bella vasca da bagno ad angolo. Abbiamo alloggiato in una suite executive per 2 notti ed è stato fantastico, la colazione è buona e ti riempie fino all'ora di cena. Il personale è ok.. non eccessivamente cordiale ma ok. Ritorneremo sicuramente in questo hotel la prossima volta che verremo al Cairo

We spent wonderful time at Hayat Hotel and Giza. All stuff of the hotel are so amazing and friendly, especially Mohamed, Semir and Ahmed on reception who were exceptional. They were really putting so much effort in taking care of us and making sure we have everything we needed in the hotel and our tour trips around the Giza and Cairo. Muhamed gave as a warm and friendly welcome, surving us fresh friut juices that were a real refreshment and we really needed it after we got scammed on the airport. We fell in love with the view from the roof top of the hotel, which has the best possition and the best view you can get in Giza, with all the Pyramids and Sphinx like on the palm of your hand. As we seen this view and friendly stuff of the hotel we decided to stay longer in Hayat Hotel. So Mohamed extended our stay in the hotel for 3 more days with the same amount we payed over tour operator and got us better room with a view. He also gave us new Egyptian sim card with mobile data. Hotel offered us great tours around Cairo and Alexandria, and we had excellent time seeing all the beautiful ancient places and learned a lot new things about this marvelous and mysterious place of Egyptian culture. With our tour guides, Hala and Ibrahim, and driver Atif, who are all wonderful people and were doing their best to make our stay in Egypt unforgetable, we spent 4 days in sightseeing. The food in hotel is great, very tasty, for a free breakfast you'll get many choices of traditional Egyptian, Mediteranian, continental and vegetarian kitchen, with coffee and tea, and fresh served fruits. It is a real life-time experince to eat your morning breakfast and drink your coffee at the footstep of the Sphinx and pyramids which energy is felt strongly. Sabir and all waiters and weitresses were nice and helpful in their service. We got lunch or dinner for free everyday, since it's in the tour package when you book the trip tour with the hotel. It was a great and lovely expeirence, we enjoyed a lot in Hayat hotel and if we plan trip to Cairo again we would for sure come here again. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop. There are only a couple of cons: 1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills 2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere 3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes. 4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause. 5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.

Absolute gem in Giza. I will recommend this place to everyone I can. Great view (I booked a room with pyramid view). The common area on the rooftop has amazing views as well. Breakfast was excellent as well though don't expect a brunch spread. And the staff were simply amazing. Felt like home throughout the stay. Cannot recommend more.

Staff Amazingly friendly and helpful, The views are incredible from room to resturant to roof top, where i got to watch and hear the evening light show in fully glory. Booked for my 1st 2nights in Egypt, perfect location in front of the sphinx side entrance to the plateau, literally a 2 min walk.. This side of Giza is rough and ready though.. with animals being housed on the ally leading to the entrance so expect the smell of horse and camel poo (which wasn’t a problem once in the hotel) also expect to be bothered a lot by the local hustlers and kids begging for something/anything.. The streets are noisy and hectic this side but you also get a more authentic Giza experience, The Hotels staff were super accommodating and welcoming, they were willing to help organise trips and guides but I wasn’t in need as i already had stuff arranged.. Breakfast was basic but enough to get your day of adventure started with plenty of option around for off site dinning. The best thing apart from the staff was the view tho.. with all 3 great pyramids and sphinx in view and close enough to get the full effect inc the sounds of the light show. Would recommend for a cheap budget stay close to the entrance of the plateau with the best views

Poiché è una stanza povera e sgradevole, abbiamo soggiornato due notti nella 107 stanza del quinto piano, che riceve il piano.Posso vedere la piramide del re Kov e del re Kavler dalla finestra e dal ristorante della stanza. La stanza è molto pulita e molto buona. La piramide e il Museo Egiziano sono a piedi, e il trasporto è conveniente.

Che fantastica esperienza al Jasmine Pyramid Hotel! Tutto il personale è stato assolutamente fantastico, grida a Mahmoud, Merina, Ala'a e Passm, così come allo staff della cucina, al capo chef e a Faris! Oh! Posso onestamente dire che non sono mai stato in un posto dove tutti erano così accoglienti. La colazione gratuita era soddisfacente (considerando il Ramadan), tutto era fresco e buono. Vicino a quasi tutto e a soli 900 metri dalla Grande Piramide di Giza, insieme al servizio navetta aeroportuale gratuito, ho prolungato il mio soggiorno di altri 2 giorni. La direzione ha organizzato per me tour giornalieri con persone molto professionali e in un accordo molto etico (il che mi ha sorpreso perché ero preoccupato per le recensioni negative dei turisti sull'Egitto ed era il Ramadan, quindi mi aspettavo tour più brevi e un cattivo servizio, ma non l'ho sperimentato) ) i tour erano {costosi} ma valevano la pena di vedere questa vivace metropoli e tutti i suoi antichi tesori (tra l'altro mi è piaciuta molto la mia guida turistica). Ricorda che questo è un paese in via di sviluppo, le persone hanno difficoltà finanziarie, quindi tieni pronti i tuoi soldi in tasca. Nel complesso sono rimasto incantato, stupefatto e incantato da questo ospite. Sicuramente lo CONSIGLIO!

Ho appena completato il mio soggiorno a una vista piramidale, e devo davvero esprimere la mia gratitudine per la cura che mi ha prestato durante il mio soggiorno. Dalla mia arrivo, mi sono salutato con la più calda ospitalità. Il proprietario andò sopra e oltre per farmi sentire benvenuto, essi notò anche la mia richiesta di camera e organizzarono esattamente la vista che ho chiesto, assicurandomi di avere tutto quello che mi serviva per un soggiorno confortevole. La casa degli ospiti è modesta, ma confortevole, inevitabilmente un po' indossata, ma colpisce il mio soggiorno. Ma la vera posizione era la cura eccezionale e l’ospitalità fornita dal luogo, che erano così amichevole e genuino che mi assicuravano un bel tempo. Hanno offerto un'ottima disposizione per il mio viaggio locale a prezzi ragionevoli, e mi hanno persino aiutato a pianificare un viaggio di giorno basato sui miei interessi. La colazione ogni mattina con una varietà di articoli freschi, fatti a casa, e andò a trovare un miglio di più. Ho lasciato una vista piramidale, la casa degli ospiti si sentiva rinfrescata e rigiovanita.Grazie.

Le recensioni non sono molto buone, ma in realtà mi sono sentito piuttosto bene quando sono stato lì. I commessi del negozio erano molto entusiasti, ma non chiedete loro di aiutarvi a comprare le schede telefoniche. Siete stati derubati così tanto 😂 Tour con tour di gruppo e charter anche le auto sono un po' costose. I servizi in camera sono simili a quelli della catena domestica Home Inns, inclusi gel doccia e altri articoli. La posizione è proprio accanto alla porta d'ingresso del Pyramid Light Show, quindi sarà piuttosto rumoroso per un po' prima dell'inizio dello spettacolo di luci perché entrano molte auto. La stanza che ho prenotato può vedere direttamente lo spettacolo di luci, così come il ristorante sul tetto e, poiché siamo vicini, possiamo sentire il suono. È piuttosto forte, quindi probabilmente è impossibile andare a letto presto. È abbastanza comodo se vuoi vedere lo spettacolo di luci. C'è un KFC nelle vicinanze e ci sono anche piccoli negozi che vendono bevande e acqua, il che è abbastanza conveniente.
